It wasn't just the fact they wanted to charge me $70 for a late check-out (I checked out 20 mins late) and that staff forgot to tell me about this policy - manager even apologize for not being informed about this late fee, yet they were not going to wave it. It was the way staff behaved when I was leaving, so stiff they are borderline rude. Most staff is very new, and they were a mess (Dave is awesome). I had specifically asked for a late check-out and was told 'not to worry about it', yet they still charged me. They got their late fee, they lost a customer. I travel often to Mtl and thought I had found a new gem, you're better off going to Hotel Monville, similar vibe but better managed. Pros: Rooms are big, nice, clean and comfortable, art and decor is pretty dope. Cons: Dark room with a small window so there's too many light fixtures which are a pain to control, and no plug next to the bed.

We had the chance to grab some drinks at the in house bar where we met Thierry who was our private bar tender(we were the only ones at the bar). He was very friendly and paid great attention to detail. Breakfast was brought to our room at 6am as requested and was much better than expected. Although I give a rating of 5 stars I will say the bedding was very hard and quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Still our overall our stay was excellent!

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui por uma noite enquanto visitava minha família em Montreal, e nós absolutamente amamos! Temos a sorte de poder ficar em belos hotéis ao redor do mundo, e fiquei realmente impressionado com este em minha cidade natal. Todo o local é lindamente decorado, desde a área da recepção / lobby até o quarto. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e elegante. Todos os detalhes estão bem pensados como o spray para a roupa de cama que fui comprar depois e o tapete de ioga para usar durante a estadia. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos! Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí por una noche mientras visitábamos a mi familia en Montreal, ¡y nos encantó! Somos afortunados de poder alojarnos en hermosos hoteles en todo el mundo, y me quedé realmente impresionado con este en mi ciudad natal. Todo el lugar está bellamente decorado desde el área de recepción / vestíbulo hasta la habitación. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y elegante. My husband and I stayed here for a night while visiting my family in Montreal, and we absolutely loved it! We are fortunate to be able to stay at beautiful hotels around the world, and I was really impressed with this one in my home city. The whole place is beautifully decorated from the reception/lobby area to the room. The room was spacious, clean and stylish. All the details are well thought out such as the bed linen spray which I went to purchase after and the yoga mat to use during the stay. The staff were really nice and helpful! The breakfast was great, and the check in and check out were smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Um dos melhores hotéis de Montreal, o pessoal é super educado e prestativo. O quarto era tão grande e moderno. Há muitas maneiras de entrar em contato com a equipe se necessário e eles sempre respondem. Há também um acesso ao spa para quem fica em St-Thomas, é além da perfeição (eu recomendo que você também vá lá se reservar este hotel). O café da manhã estava incluído e eu pensei que seria apenas um pouco como eu estou acostumada em hotéis, mas era uma refeição completa com frutas, iogurte, bebidas e diferentes tipos de pão. Estou realmente impressionado com minha experiência e posso garantir que você também ficará!

Nós amamos nossa estadia de 3 noites! Este é um hotel sofisticado com quartos luxuosos, chuveiro fabuloso, lençóis impecáveis, toalhas felpudas, cortinas blackout com controle automático e equipe simpática! Houve tantos toques atenciosos e tudo até os cabides parecia premium. O bônus é que o hotel aceita animais de estimação também! Tão bom ver tanta consideração e cuidado que entrou neste lugar. Nós viajamos bastante e pudemos ficar em alguns lugares muito legais e este lugar se destaca. Não posso listar todas as coisas que amamos sobre este hotel. Adoramos um espaço bem desenhado e este lugar não decepcionou. Muito obrigado por uma excelente estadia e esperamos voltar novamente!

¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia de 3 noches! Es un hotel de gran sensación de alta gama con habitaciones de lujo, ducha fabulosa, sábanas limpias y suaves, toallas mullidas, persianas opacas con control automático y personal amable. Hubo tantos toques pensados y todo, hasta las perchas, se sintió de primera calidad. La ventaja es que el hotel también admite mascotas. Es tan agradable ver tanta consideración y cuidado que se invirtió en este lugar. Hemos viajado bastante y hemos podido quedarnos en algunos lugares bastante agradables y este lugar se destaca. No puedo enumerar todas las cosas que nos encantaron de este hotel. Nos encanta un espacio bien diseñado y este lugar no defraudó. ¡Muchas gracias por una excelente estadía y esperamos volver nuevamente!

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Montreal, el personal es muy educado y servicial. La habitación era genial y moderna. Hay muchas formas de comunicarse con el personal si es necesario y siempre responden. También hay un acceso al spa para las personas que se alojan en St-Thomas, es más que perfecto (le sugiero encarecidamente que también vaya allí si reserva este hotel). El desayuno estaba incluido y pensé que sería algo como lo que estoy acostumbrado en los hoteles, pero era una comida completa con frutas, yogur, bebidas y diferentes tipos de pan. Estoy realmente sorprendido por mi experiencia y puedo asegurarle que usted también lo estará.

We loved our 3 night stay! The is a great high-end feeling hotel with luxurious rooms, fabulous shower, great crisp sheets, fluffy towels, auto controlled blackout blinds, and friendly staff! There were so many thoughtful touches and everything down to the hangers felt premium. The bonus was that the hotel was pet friendly too! So nice to see such thoughtfulness and care that went into this place. We’ve travelled quite a bit and been able to stay at some pretty nice places and this place stands out. I cannot possibly list off all the things we loved about this hotel. We love a well designed space and this place did not disappoint. Thanks so much for a great stay and we hope to come back again!

One of the best hotels in Montreal, staff is super polite and helpful. The room was so great & modern. There is many ways to contact the staff if you need to and they do always reply. There is also a spa access for people who stay at St-Thomas, it’s beyond perfect ( I would highly suggest to also go there if you book this hotel). The breakfast was included and I thought it would be just a little something like I’m used to at hotels but it was a whole meal with fruits, yogurt, drinks and different bread types. I am really amazed by my experience & can assure you that you’re going to be too !

Excelente equipe, ótimos quartos, ótima localização! Reservei este lugar para uma escapadela romântica e este lugar não decepcionou. Eu não tinha certeza do que esperar, mas quando chegamos, a entrada estava bem decorada e fomos recebidos e registrados por um dos simpáticos funcionários. Quando entramos em nosso quarto, ficou claro que muitos pensamentos e muito trabalho foram colocados neste lugar. A cama era muito firme, grande e confortável para dormir. Nós também não sabíamos que havia um café da manhã de cortesia que era trazido para nós todas as manhãs que era muito delicioso! Ficamos por 2 noites e nesse tempo todos os membros da equipe foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Com certeza ficarei lá novamente quando estou em Montreal.

Excelente personal, excelentes habitaciones, excelente ubicación. Reservé este lugar para una escapada romántica y este lugar no me decepcionó. No estaba muy seguro de qué esperar, pero cuando llegamos, la entrada estaba bien decorada y uno de los amables miembros del personal nos recibió y nos registró. Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación, estaba claro que habíamos pensado mucho y mucho trabajo en este lugar. La cama era muy firme, grande y cómoda para dormir. Tampoco sabíamos que había un desayuno gratuito que nos traían cada mañana, ¡que estaba delicioso! Nos alojamos por 2 noches y en ese tiempo todos los miembros del personal fueron muy amables y serviciales. Sin duda me alojaré allí de nuevo cuando esté en Montreal.

Really impressed by very personalized service. Sincere gratitude to Marie Josée and entire stuff. My wife is vegan. I mentioned that in reservation and she really went an extra mile: assembled a magnificent vegan breakfast and even booked a vegan restaurant for dinner for us. Very professional. Room was impeccable. Combined with a central location it makes it a perfect place to stay for us. Definitely will come back and highly recommend.

Great staff, great rooms, great location! I booked this place for a romantic getaway and this place did not disappoint. I wasn't too sure what to expect but when we arrived the entrance was well decorated and we were greeted and checked in by one of the friendly staff members. When we got into our room it was clear a lot of thought and hard work was put into this place. The bed was very firm, large, and comfortable to sleep in. We also weren't aware that there was a complimentary breakfast that was brought up to us each morning which was very delicious! We stayed for 2 nights and in that time all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Montreal.
