Beds were very comfortable. Room needs update. No hot water. Faucet in tub leaked a stream of water even when turned off tight. Chairs in room were extremely dirty and stained.

It was a very nice large and clean room. The water did not get hot in the shower. At all. It was a hair above luke warm at best. It completely ruined the value of the room. If a hot shower is not available then I might as well sleep in a tent.

The quiet and privacy was excellent along with the mini fridge microwave and safe free coffee great No very clean there was maybe 3 tiny baby roaches but that's normal for California heat that doesn't mean the place is dirty,very clean for a clean and neat freak. Besides I did not even mention it there harmless.

Nothing, Next door room too loud partying until 4 am could not let us sleep. The room smelled like weed really strong odors. Electricity went out at 5pm and never fixed. We had no lights for an entire day not able to charge out phones or use lights Everything they didn't even reimburse us for not having any type of electricity and they never fixed it

Very good price for the quality and location There were some homeless people that confronted us in the parking lot, asking us to give them money and let them in to the pool area. There appeared to just be a lot of homeless people in the area. Maybe a fenced parking lot would help with security.

The only great thing at this hotel is the girl who works the afternoon shift and was so extremely accomodating, sweet and helpful. The place is an absolute dump. Again, I'm grateful to employee for being such a gem! I hope this is shared with her!

Nothing it was the worst place ever stayed there was no TV was broken Rumors never cleaned the 3 days we stayed there no new towels we had use the old Towels that we dried ourselves for 3 days with the receptionist didn't have a clue The cleanliness of the Room was just so disgusting they did never change the towels and never made the bed they never vacuumed they never tied it up they never came until Room at all for 3 days

The location was good. Nice to see a dresser in the room. A/C barely worked, frig didn't work, parking was pathetic, tv/phone didn't work, no breakfast as guaranteed, morning staff was rude, table was too short, housekeeping didn't clean or restock.

Close to airport Rented hotel because close to airport and it offered shuttle service. After arrival at airport, called hotel to arrange shuttle and phone was not answered for 15 minutes. After finally answered, was informed shuttle does not pick up after 7:30pm.
