O nosso quarto era bonito e espaçoso e repleto de muitas comodidades. Nós até tivemos um deck bastante isolado com uma excelente vista. Mas era uma noite quente e nosso AC não esfriava o quarto abaixo de 75 F, o que diminuiu a experiência. Eles também nos cobraram o dobro para o nosso quarto. Reservamos e pagamos o quarto com nosso cartão de crédito da empresa e demos a eles nosso cartão de crédito pessoal para despesas ocasionais. Eles cobraram meu cartão pessoal e o cartão da empresa. Quando os confrontamos sobre isso, eles disseram que, como usamos o hotels.com para fazer reservas, isso causou confusão. No geral, se eu fosse ficar lá novamente, eu testaria o AC primeiro.

Our room was beautiful and spacious and packed with many amenities. We even had a fairly secluded deck with a great view. But it was a hot night and our AC wouldn't cool the room under 75 F which diminished the experience. Also they double charged us for our room. We booked and paid for the room with our Company Credit Card and gave them our personal Credit Card for incidentals. They charged my personal card and the company card. When we confronted them about it, they said that because we used Hotels.com to book, that caused confusion. Overall if I were to stay there again, I would test the AC out first.

Fique aqui!!! Mary Ellen foi uma bartender incrível e representante do Hyatt. O Hyatt também protege seu café como um tesouro de ouro, cobrado por xícara e só depois de outra espera enquanto o único caixa o serve. Qualquer um dos 2 funcionários da recepção parados de braços cruzados poderia facilmente ter entrado como assistente de caixa para acelerar imensamente o processo.

Nós estivemos aqui para o nosso aniversário. Nós o encontramos no Air BNB. Embora houvesse construção na esquina, tivemos que passar de carro. Foi mantido fora do caminho e fácil de passar.Quando chegamos ao check-in, a equipe foi simpática e prestativa. Assim que chegamos ao quarto, ele estava limpo e convidativo, com um toque suave de jazz.Isso mudou a maneira como eu viajo. Vou ficar em lugares como este daqui em diante. Especialmente porque custava pouco mais do que um hotel típico.Como a nossa estadia era privada, nossos anfitriões foram Heather e Beau. Stay here!!! Mary Ellen was an amazing bartender and representative for Hyatt. If you are lucky you will get her on one of her bartending shifts and she will entertain you while providing amazing service.
That said, make other plans for breakfast. The resort dropped 2 stars for their mishandling of that meal. We waited in line 22 minutes to even order food, and an interminable wait after to actually receive it. The Hyatt also protects their coffee like golden treasure, charged per cup and only after another wait while the single cashier pours it. Either of the 2 front desk associates standing idly by could easily have jumped in as assistant cashiers to speed up the process immensely.

My husband and I stayed at The Hyatt Centric in PC this past weekend for our wedding! We had the most amazing stay. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and every staff member we encountered was so helpful and kind. Doris Rodriguez, the event and sales manager helped us book our hotel room block for guests as well as our own suite. She was patient with our many questions, and quick to answer our emails. Her responses were so friendly and understanding every time. She is truly amazing. We would highly recommend staying at The Hyatt for a wedding weekend or just a weekend away.

We stayed here for our anniversary. We found it from Air BNB. Even though there was construction down the corner we had to drive past. It was kept out of the way and easy to travel past.
When we got to checkin, the staff was friendly and helpful. Once we got to the room, it was clean and inviting with smooth jazz playing.
It’s changed the way I travel. I’ll be staying in places like this from here on out. Especially since it cost barely more than a typical hotel.
Since ours was a private stay, our hosts were Heather and Beau. They were great hosts and checked in with us regularly.
We loved our stay!

10/10 I hospedado aqui algumas vezes e a equipe é excelente, assim como os quartos e comodidades. A banheira de hidromassagem e a área da piscina são como um mini Bellagio. A comida é decente no restaurante e café. Há uma cadeira ao lado do hotel que leva você para Canyons, então a localização é ótima para entrar / sair de esqui!

10/10 I stayed here a couple times and the staff is excellent, as are the rooms and amenities. The hot tub and pool area is like a mini Bellagio. Food is decent at the restaurant and cafe. There’s a chair next to the hotel that takes you to Canyons so the location is great for ski in/out!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia aqui, todos com quem interagimos foram simpáticos e prestativos. A equipe aqui é de primeira qualidade. O quarto era incrível. Ficamos na suíte bi-nível; era enorme. A loja de esqui no local era realmente ótima e ficamos muito felizes com eles. Comemos no restaurante uma noite, e esse foi o aspecto mais decepcionante da nossa estadia. A comida estava com preços razoáveis e tinha um gosto bom, mas tínhamos que continuar pedindo para que o refrigerante fosse reabastecido, embora a água fosse mantida cheia. O menu infantil dizia para colorir a imagem e você pegaria um biscoito, eles ficaram muito animados, mas quando deram para o garçom disseram "desculpe, não temos biscoitos." Nossos filhos ficaram muito desapontados, acho que eles poderiam ter feito algo por eles.

Este hotel é incrível. Eu tenho ficado em hotéis de esqui 5 estrelas e este é lá em cima com eles. Tudo é novo e tão limpo (extremamente importante durante o covid). O ônibus está sempre disponível para levá-lo à gôndola (passeio de 10 segundos). Serviço de manobrista verdadeiro ski in / ski out. Cada funcionário foi tão amigável. O quarto é tão espaçoso, chuveiro enorme com duas cabeças. Adoro os produtos de banho ecológicos e o secador de cabelo Dry Bar. É um hotel tão bonito, estou tão feliz por ter reservado aqui. Algumas das críticas negativas são tão estranhas e você não deve confiar nelas, considerando que as pessoas que as deixaram também avaliaram a pizzaria e um colecionador de lixo.

We had a really great stay here, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The staff here is top notch. The room was incredible. We stayed in the bi-level suite; it was huge. The ski shop on site was really great and we were very happy with them. We ate in the restaurant one night, and that was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. The food was reasonably priced and did taste good, but we had to keep asking to have soda refilled, the water was kept topped off though. The kids menu said to color the picture and you would get a cookie, they were very excited but when they gave it to the waiter were told "sorry we don't have cookies." Our kids were very dissapointed, I think they could have done something for them.

This hotel is amazing. I have stayed in 5 star ski hotels & this is up there with them. Everything is new and so clean (extra important during covid). The shuttle is always available to take you to the gondola (10 second ride). True ski in/ ski out valet service. Every employee has been so friendly. The room is so spacious, huge shower with dual heads. Love the eco friendly bath products & Dry Bar hair dryer. It is such a beautiful hotel, I am so happy I booked here. Some of the negative reviews are so strange & you should not trust them considering the people who left them also reviewed pizza hut and a junk collector.
