Overall, our stay was very nice. Staff was amazing. Stephaney (front desk) was great. She went over and beyond. Our one issue was with the restaurant. While it's renovation is beautiful, we thought the menu was somewhat limited and the hostesses needed to be more personable and smile once in a while. Nick, our server was great.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, porém em 2 noites, um dia faltou água quente pela manhã devido a uma manutenção, o ar condicionado é portátil com ruído alto, uma noite não havia vagas para parar o carro, ao alugar bicicletas(particular, não são do hotel apesar de serem alugadas dentro do hotel $30 4 horas), levamos 30 minutos para interpretar as orientações da recepção de onde alugava bicicletas e mais 20 minutos esperando alguém aparecer e no final pagamos uma taxa de $25 de resort por dia por uma estrutura que não usamos nada, nem o manobrista ou alguém que retira-se as malas do carro! Custo beneficio não compensa pelo nível de serviço e localização do hotel.

The hotel feels rather outdated and would benefit from renovation. Furthermore, after dark some areas are unsafe for walking because stairs are not illuminated and one could easily trip up - for example, near the fitness center.

Great hotel. Updated rooms. Large bathrooms. The ping pong, bocce ball, and fire pits were a super fantastic touch. Bar was superb, as well. Location was A+. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Awful customer service for such an overpriced hotel. Everything opens late and closes super early. I called for room service at 10pm during my stay and asked for a cup of hot water so I could have some evening tea. The person who answered the phone said to use the coffee pot and make it myself. I replied that the coffee pot will make water that tastes like coffee and to please bring me some. They then said they wouldn't be bringing it because we have the ability to make it ourselves with the coffee pot. WHAT?! I opened up the coffee pot and sure enough, FILTHY. For what this place is charging, I expected much better treatment. Rude and snippy front desk staff during check-in and check-out. Ridiculous.

Quick Summary Not the most attractive Hyatt Regency for its exterior. Service was very lackluster and it gave off a motel sort of vibe Room- 3 stars The room was relatively clean and was actually quite large and comes with a balcony. However, did not enjoy the lack of a glass door on the shower, which appears to be a Hyatt feature (just way too much draft when you're showering). The hotel just felt like a previous motel that they renovated. There was plenty of parking but it didn't give a pristine vibe that most Hyatt Regencys give. Service- 1 star This was one of the worst hotel staffs I have ever encountered. They were strict with their water bottle rules and only limited 2 water bottles per a night (and they didn't even have a water filling station!). Despite using the phones and text services, it would take 1.5-2 hours just to get anything. They even declined giving us extra water bottles!! And they were the cheap Nestle waters too! Bottom Line It's probably the worst Hyatt I have been in. The rooms were large, but the service provided was one of the worst I have seen at a hotel. I have no idea how this place is a category 4 because it really was category 1-2 standards

Amazing resort. Didn’t have time to play golf but the course looked beautiful. The bar in the lobby has great food and deserts. The banana pudding was incredible. Great service and beautiful hotel with all the attention to detail. Will be back.

Lindo campo de golf, cómodas habitaciones, buen servicio. Lo único es que el baño es muy normal y la bañera pequeña. El restaurante tiene variedad y buena atención. De noche no es fácil ubicar la recepción, es subiendo una loma, en eso sería bueno que mejoraran la señalización.
