Location Very unhappy about the $29 resort fee which was not disclosed at booking. Also really disliked the bathroom louvered door gave minimal privacy, and there was absolutely nowhere to set anything down or hang up clothes. Worst hotel bathroom ever

The cleanest and the water. The outside odor and the size of the bed it stated that the room came with two queen beds but they looked like full size beds.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. The hotel made a mistake and double booked our hotel room so we got locked out of our room and had to go back down and deal with that, which was annoying, but the staff offered us free breakfast and drinks.

Loved the location's proximity to BART. Our room was quiet and spotless! The bar closed at 11:00 on a Friday, as well as their snack bar. Unless you want to pay a fortune to valet park, parking was restrictive in the public lot nearby.

Hyatt Regency is always top notch. They don't get five stars as their bathrooms need a bit of help - just a bit out dated. The radio next to the bed still uses a 30 pin apple connector. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the activities for children. I booked the room at about $-- a night. Which I know is a good deal. Probably because of the fires and smoke. But when we checked out my bill was almost double. $80 a night for parking. $--- in total. Really disappointed.
