Este é um ótimo hotel, a uma curta caminhada de ótimas opções de restaurantes e do shopping. Mas talvez devido ao COVID eles parecessem com falta de pessoal e tecnologicamente atrasados. O AC não estava funcionando em algumas salas de reunião. A configuração do telefone para audioconferência demorou um pouco. A equipe estava disposta a ajudar e fazer as coisas funcionarem.

This is a nice hotel, short walk to nice dining options and to the mall. But maybe due to COVID they seemed understaffed and technologically behind. The AC was not working in some meeting rooms. Setting up the phone for audio conferencing took a while. The staff were willing to help and make things work.

Ficamos no hotel por três noites. Quarto era OK e limpo. Fiquei surpreso ao ver que não há lixeiras e bebedouros disponíveis no hotel. Não deve ser difícil fornecer uma em vez de dar garrafas plásticas de água aos clientes. Quando sugeri ao gerente, ela ficou zangada e sugeriu que eu pegasse as garrafas. Acredito que todos os hotéis especificamente na Califórnia devem cumprir a reciclagem e menos uso de plástico. Há muitas outras coisas que contribuíram para minha pontuação baixa, como em dias de semana, o café não estava disponível no saguão. Há uma piscina, mas não limpo sentado disponível ao redor da piscina. Sempre longa fila para falar com a recepção.

We have stayed in the hotel for three nights. Room was OK and clean. I was surprised to see that no recycling bins and drinking fountain available in the hotel. It should be not difficult to provide one instead of giving plastic water bottles to customers. When I suggested to the manager she got angry and suggested me taking the bottles. I believe that any hotels specifically in California should comply with recycling and less usage of plastic. There are many other things contributed to my low scoring such as in week days coffee was not available in the lobby. There is a pool but not clean sitting available around the pool. Always long line to talk with reception.

Agradável estadia de uma noite. Dolores é INCRÍVEL lidar com tanto de uma vez com gentileza ... obrigado Dolores! 4 estrelas porque não é o lugar mais limpo e a equipe poderia usar o treinamento de atendimento ao cliente. Além disso, você NÃO recebe uma taça de vinho em seu quarto na chegada ...... em seguida, retire-a de seu marketing.

4 stars because it's not the cleanest place and the staff could use customer service training. Also you DO NOT receive a glass of wine in your room on arrival......then remove that from you marketing.
