Não se esqueça de usar ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ ao fazer a reserva. Eles comparam centenas de sites de reservas e normalmente terão preços muito mais baratos do que outros! Agradeça-me mais tarde! Este hotel é um dos mais bem avaliados nesta área. Estou hospedado aqui há anos. Se você ficar por algumas noites, você definitivamente não vai se arrepender.Os quartos eram muito limpos e novos. Esperançosamente, a limpeza permanece ao longo dos anos. Pessoal foi muito doce obrigado pela hospitalidade.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't regret it.
Rooms were very clean and new. Hopefully the cleanliness stays over the years. Staff was very sweet thank you for the hospitality.

Nós comparamos este hotel com outros na área e este parecia ser o melhor, especialmente por causa da piscina na cobertura. Infelizmente, à chegada não foi de todo a experiência de hotel que esperávamos. O chuveiro era absolutamente nojento (se tivéssemos notado antes, teríamos pedido um quarto diferente). Então, novamente, o banheiro no saguão cheirava tão mal que alguém tinha que se perguntar quando foi a última vez que ele foi limpo e desodorizado. Os sofás da piscina são imundos, parecem sem-teto dormindo ali, mas não têm medo, fecham as cabanas e marcam como “RESERVADAS” quando não há ninguém no hotel a semana toda. Este foi o argumento decisivo para nós.

We compared this hotel with others in the area and this one seemed to be the best particularly because of the rooftop pool. Unfortunately, upon arrival it was not at all the hotel experience we expected. The shower was absolutely disgusting (had we noticed it earlier we would have asked for a different room). Then again the restroom in the lobby smelled so bad, one had to wonder when was the last time it had been cleaned and deodorized. The couches at the pool are filthy, and look like homeless people sleep there but have no fear, they close off the cabanas and mark them “RESERVED” when there is no one staying in the hotel all week. This was the clincher for us.

Um quarto tão agradável! Quase parecia que você estava em um apartamento. A cama era incrível, super macia e confortável. O quarto estava extremamente silencioso, e você não conseguia ouvir ninguém acima, abaixo ou ao seu lado. Hotel bem no meio do shopping, para que você não precisasse ir muito longe para fazer compras ou jantar, pois estava tudo bem ali! A recepção foi super cortês e prestativa. A equipe parecia feliz e ansiosa para ajudar.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely located to restaurants and shopping. My complaints are there are very limited electrical outlets; no towel racks to hang up a hand towel; not a fan of no shower door though the shower is huge with half glass partition.

Such a nice room! It almost felt as if you were in an apartment. The bed was amazing, super soft, and comfortable. Room was extremely quiet, and you couldn't hear anyone above, below, or next to you. Hotel right in the middle of the mall, so you didn't have to go far to shop or dine, as everything was right there! The front desk was super courteous and helpful. The staff seemed happy and eager to assist.

Por onde eu começo ... Desde o momento em que fizemos o check-in até o check-out. A nossa estadia de 3 noites foi INCRÍVEL! A equipe foi MUITO ACOMODATIVA para a minha família de cinco pessoas. Tudo o que precisávamos, eles garantiam que o recebêssemos rapidamente. O quarto era limpo, oh cama tão confortável. O chuveiro parecia que eu estava recebendo uma massagem! O barman da Watercraft me fez a bebida mais saborosa ... Você deve experimentar ‘The Butterfly Effect Margarita… vê-lo fazer foi incrível! Tããão bom! O Hyatt Centric será nossa casa sempre que visitarmos. A área da piscina no último andar tem uma vista incrível e relaxante. Está convenientemente localizado perto de lojas de varejo, restaurantes, da praia, atividades familiares, a distância de Los Angeles era de 15-20 minutos, assim como do aeroporto de Long Beach! ... preciso dizer mais! Vejo você em breve:)

O quarto era bom e limpo. Grande chuveiro e outlets curta atmosfera agradável. MAS! Os itens foram levados e chamados à mesa para dizer a eles que deixei uma sacola para sempre21 com roupas dentro. Instrua-me a ligar para a limpeza e deixei uma mensagem dizendo que deixei uma sacola e sei que você está com ela. Eu verifiquei em 18 de agosto e verifiquei em 20 que era o meu único problema de ladrão

The room was nice and clean. Big shower and outlets walking nice atmosphere. BUT! Items were taken and called to the desk to tell them I left a forever21 bag with clothes in. Where do I start…From the time we checked in until we checked out. Our 3 night stay was AMAZING! The staff was VERY ACCOMMODATING towards my family of five. Anything we needed, they made sure we got it quickly. The room was clean , oh so comfortable bed. The shower felt like I was getting a massage! The Bartender at Watercraft made me the most tasteful drink…You must try ‘The Butterfly Effect Margarita… to watch him make was incredible! Soooo good! Hyatt Centric will be our home every time we visit. The pool area on the top floor has an amazing view, so relaxing. It’s conveniently located near retail shops , restaurants, the beach, family activities, distance to Los Angeles was 15-20min, as well as the Long Beach airport!…need I say more! See you soon:)

El hotel está padrisimoooo, padrisima ubicación, no me gusto que había mucho ruido porque estaban arreglando el cuarto de enseguida, no me dejaron ni dormir

Trabajo en Long Beach, so me gusta pasar un poco de tiempo en el Hyatt cuando no quiero manejar en tráfico. Cada vez que voy, me tratan bien, y el servicio es rápido. Grácias Hyatt!

Estoy muy contento de que este lugar esté aquí. es hermoso y realmente hace que el área se sienta lujosa. The Pike ofrece excelentes restaurantes y una sala de cine muy bonita con asientos reclinables. Voy a visitar aquí de nuevo.

La locación se encuentra en el centro de Long Beach que viene siendo perfecto para restaurantes y para ir de compras. Lo que no me gustó fue la piscina. Se encontraba en el techo, con una vista hermosa, pero se me hizo muy chica. Aparte de esto, este lugar estuvo agradable.
