This was a fun stay. Great location and access to transportation modes. Loved Hayes Valley restaurants as well. Wifi access is a little clunky and looks untrustworthy to browsers, OSes, and security software. Probably fine, but have a VPN provider. I hope they are able to reopen the restaurant in 22.

Sem resposta, 5 vezes em 3 noites. Como membro platina, eu queria 5 noites, mas fui ao Best Western ... Eles atenderam o telefone.

Tried calling several times. I read many reviews and a lot said no air conditioning, hard beds, small rooms, high parking. I decided to ask hotel directly. No answer, all 5 times over 3 evenings. As a platinum member, I wanted 5 nights but went to Best Western... They answered the phone.

Excelente localização para ficar, ótimos quartos e ótimo serviço. Café da manhã continental diário, espaço para guardar uma bicicleta, pessoal muito simpático. Faltava todas as comodidades fora do quarto em si, mas eu não precisava de nenhuma para valer a pena.Muito perto das artes, bem como do vale de Hayes, que é especialmente moderno. Excelente vista da prefeitura também.Não teve problemas com "paredes finas" ou semelhantes.

Instalações muito limpas. Quarto confortável. Quieto. Todo o interior parecia recém-pintado.A localização é muito conveniente para o thep Opera, Symphony e Ballet. Também lojas e restaurantes de Hayes Valley a poucos quarteirões de distância.A equipe estava continuamente acima e além do seu dever para ajudar sempre que eu tivesse uma pergunta ou solicitação.Definitivamente vou ficar no Inn of the Opera na minha próxima visita a San Francisco.

Very clean facilities. Comfortable room. Quiet. The entire interior looked freshly painted.
Location is very convenient to thep Opera, Symphony and Ballet. Also Hayes Valley shops and restaurants a few blocks away.
The staff continually went above and beyond the call of duty to assist whenever I had a question or request.
I will definitely stay at the Inn of the Opera on my next visit to San Francisco.

Great staff couldn't have had better staff! Very helpful and informative on anything you might need. Just ask! Rooms were comfortable. I enjoyed the older charm!

Great location to stay in, great rooms, and great service. Daily continental breakfast, space to keep a bike, very friendly staff. It lacked any amenities outside of the room itself, but I didn’t need any for what it’s worth.
Very close to the arts as well as Hayes valley which is especially hip. Great view of the city hall as well.
Didn’t have any issues with “thin walls” or the like.

A equipe da recepção é extremamente útil e um recurso valioso para os viajantes. O quarto em que ficamos era bom, pequeno, mas grande o suficiente para duas pessoas. O colchão era super firme, como uma laje de pedra. Não há A / C (não é realmente necessário), mas há um ventilador de teto para circular o ar. Se você abrir as janelas, ficará frio o suficiente. Esteja ciente de que há um ruído considerável da rua, sirenes, tráfego, etc. Acordei várias vezes todas as noites como resultado do barulho da rua - tampões de ouvido são altamente recomendados.

Front desk staff are extremely helpful and a valuable resource for travelers. The room we stayed in was nice, small but large enough for two people. The mattress was super firm, like a slab of rock. There's no A/C (not really needed), but there is a ceiling fan to circulate air. If you open the windows, you'll be cool enough. Be advised there is considerable noise from the street, sirens, traffic,etc. I woke up multiple times every night as a result of the street noise - earplugs highly recommended.

Mi experiencia por Inn at the Opera fue muy bien. Todo fue muy relajante y fácil, con el servicio cada dia hasta la comida en la mañana. Pero lo mejor ventaja a quedarme aqui fue el aceso central para shows y transportación. Estamos directamente en el centro de la ciudad. Directamente detrás del edificio de City Hall.

Excelente hotel. Fuimos 2 adultos de vacaciones y supero nuestras expectativas. La habitación limpia, con ventanas y luz natural, súper silenciosa. Muy buena la cama, con colchas para el frío, buenas toallas y elementos de higiene. El staff es muy agradable y servicial, y algunos hablan español. El valet parking lo cobran, porque el garage está lejos del hotel, pero el auto lo entregan impecable. Demora solo 15 min. Hay 1 solo ascensor así qué hay que tener paciencia, pero no es tan grave. Hay agua caliente y fresca, y café libres todo el día. El desayuno es muuuy bueno: la panadería es casera y tiene bagels con cereal riquísimo, hacen wafles los fines de semana, tienen fiambres y mermeladas, yogur, cereales, jugos, huevos revueltos y mucha fruta fresca y rica. Reponen constantemente así que todo es abundante y fresco. Está cerca de varios transportes públicos así que la ubicación es un plus. Muy muy recomendable.
