We didn’t take advantage of the continental breakfast as we wanted some eggs and went to Little Gem diner instead. It’s really a nice place and enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is no more a hot one, it is only serving small sandwichesburritos style,cold eggs and muffins/toast. My room (presential suite) was I not as I expected. Some dust were found on several items of the furniture and the furniture itself are older. gave a mark of 6/10 to the mattress. I expected a better one for this type of hotel and suite and the price I'vepaid. Nogym , this area is now a room to store all kinds of things.Not appealing because things are also in the hallway. So overall I recommend that you really make sure you do your own shopping before going to this hotel. The room was very comfortable. Spacious and beds were very comfy. Overall very clean. I was pretty upset at our initial greeting when checking in, the woman was not very nice. In the morning for breakfast it consisted of all toaster or microwave items with canned beverages or coffee. There were a handful of small water bottles put out, when they were gone I had asked if they had anymore and was told I could purchase I bottle if I would like to, this was at 930am when their "complimentary" breakfast was still to go on for another hour. Clean and comfortable but absolutely horrible customer service from the moment we walked in. O quarto era muito confortável. Espaçoso e as camas eram muito confortáveis. No geral muito limpo. Fiquei bastante chateado com a nossa saudação inicial ao fazer o check-in, a mulher não foi muito legal. De manhã, para o café da manhã, consistia em todos os itens de torradeira ou microondas com bebidas enlatadas ou café. Havia um punhado de pequenas garrafas de água, quando elas se foram, eu perguntei se elas tinham mais e me disseram que eu poderia comprar uma garrafa se quisesse, isso foi às 930 da manhã, quando o café da manhã "cortesia" ainda estava para ir por mais uma hora. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One of the most comfortable I have stayed in.The new renovations they have done have made the rooms amazing! Beds extremely comfortable and rooms were pretty spacious. The staff was also great. Nancy, who I believe was head of house keeping, worked with us to get us into our rooms early to get ready for our wedding! She was so upbeat and a great employee for that location.My only complaints are the elevator and the location of the building. The elevator takes a while when hotel is fully booked. Only 1 elevator for the 11 floor hotel. Hard for guests as well as staff!The location is perfect for sky armory and bars/restaurants. However that area is crawling with unsafe homeless or mentally ill people. When unpacking my car, I was approached by a man who started grabbing my things and fighting my family. He was swinging at us and threatening us, so we had to call the police. Not the hotels fault! Just not the best area of Syracuse. Gostei muito da minha estadia neste hotel. Um dos mais confortáveis que já fiquei. As novas reformas que eles fizeram tornaram os quartos incríveis! As camas extremamente confortáveis e os quartos eram bastante espaçosos. A equipe também foi ótima. Nancy, que acredito ser a chefe de manutenção da casa, trabalhou conosco para nos colocar em nossos quartos mais cedo para nos prepararmos para o nosso casamento! Ela era tão otimista e uma ótima funcionária para esse local.Minhas únicas reclamações são o elevador e a localização do prédio. O elevador demora um pouco quando o hotel está lotado. Apenas 1 elevador para o hotel de 11 andares. Difícil para os hóspedes, bem como a equipe!A localização é perfeita para sky armory e bares/restaurantes. No entanto, essa área está repleta de desabrigados inseguros ou pessoas com doenças mentais. Since the hotel is old it does have old carpet and not the nicest painting but that's fine with me. They have a small parking lot behind the hotel. We didn't do much in the city but did visit the zoo which was a ten minute drive away. Breakfast is a "cold continental" which includes bagels, cereal, fruit, pop tarts, yogurts, cold boiled eggs, and microwave products like breakfast sandwiches, waffles, etc. I thought it was a good selection. There were some random people seemingly coming in and out of the hotel but you did have to buzz in or use your card to get in any of the doors. É um hotel histórico que é puro. A equipe foi legal. Os quartos são exatamente como anunciados. A cama era boa, o chuveiro era incrível com um chuveiro com efeito de chuva. Como o hotel é antigo, ele tem carpete antigo e não é a pintura mais bonita, mas tudo bem para mim. Eles têm um pequeno estacionamento atrás do hotel. Nós não fizemos muito na cidade, mas visitamos o zoológico, que ficava a dez minutos de carro. For us.. we wished they would have had "hot" food for their continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage etc. Overall an excellent hotel!! Extremamente limpo. Quarto era um bom tamanho. Estacionamento sem problemas. Recepção muito simpática. Bem perto de bares e restaurantes. Para nós.. desejamos que eles teriam "quente" comida para o seu café-da-manhã continental. Great last minute find! Stayed on the 10th floor in a king room with a kitchenette, room was nicely and tastefully updated. Loved the little rubber ducks lol! Great location for all the downtown life. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great place to stay super cold AC! If ever back in the area I'll definitely be staying here again! Grande descoberta de última hora! Se Hospedaram no 10º andar em um quarto king com quitinete, quarto foi bem e com bom gosto atualizado. Adorei os patinhos de borracha lol! Excelente localização para toda a vida do centro. Eu recomendo este lugar para quem quer um ótimo lugar para ficar super frio AC! Se alguma vez voltar à área, com certeza ficarei aqui novamente!
