Um ótimo hotel. Limpo, bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, quarto com bom tamanho, bom chuveiro, internet ótima e café da manhã bom para os padrões americanos. Oferecem café, chocolate quente e chá grátis. Para ser perfeito, só poderia ter um frigobar no quarto. Mas adorei o hotel e voltaremos e indicaremos.

Hotel com bom custo beneficio. Localização interessante, ao lado do metrô e com varias opções de restaurantes asiáticos na rua. Fácil se locomover para diversos pontos turísticos caminhando. Local um pouco barulhento mas como tantos outros na cidade.

Este hotel é muito bem localizado, bem nas costas do empire e mesmo ao lado da 5 avenida. O metro está mesmo ao pé e fica10 minutos de times Square. Recomendo! O pessoal é simpático e disponível. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e os quartos confortáveis. Crianças bem recebidas.

O hotel é bom para um 3 estrelas. O quarto limpo e arrumado. A localização é excelente, melhor é impossível, perto de tudo e no coração da cidade. Mas.... o cheiro nauseabundo de lixo na rua é intenso. Os restos do lixo que se acumula devido a existência de diversos restaurante é em quantidade que impressiona. Tudo isto convive com as pessoas que passam pelos passeios diariamente. Transmitindo ansmitindo um odor insuportável, bem como im potencial transmissor de doença, e é muito grave. Pela manhã o odor do lixo é indescritível, muito mau. Depois a recolha insuficiente e por vezes negligebte deixa a nu a gravidade da situação,caldo de lixo nos passeios e vias de circulação. Por isso, independentemente ds excelente localização, não recomendo, pois as náuseas e vómitos que tivecada vez que saia do hotel é inesquecível

NOTE: The hotel does not have concierge to store luggage after check out. Not even if you pay - you cannot store luggage in the lobby/front desk. The only option is late check at 2pm for $50 (what an overcharge!). 2pm was enough for us, but that is still quite early. Honestly I've never encountered/heard such things before. Also rude staff - the cleaning staff kept yelling at us when we were 5min late for checkout. Very small rooms. This is a great location, but you can still find many other great places to stay nearby.

La ubicación es perfecta, estás cerca de todo, es una calle bastante ruidosa pero tienes de todo. El personal amable y la cama es cómoda. Escribo esta reseña desde la recepción donde tengo que esperar a coger un vuelo 9 horas pudiendo haber aprovechado el día pero el hotel no te guarda maletas te da la opción de contratar otra empresa que la guarda y lo pagas, viendo las reseñas que tiene el hotel no ha valido de mucho a la mejora las quejas anteriores. Ya que sigue igual, sabiendo que NY es prácticamente un destino internacional lo cual el huésped estará bastantes días como es mi caso y el equipaje no es poco. Por otro lado deberían de tener una mini nevera en la habitación para uno poder comprar algo mínimo y esencial pero todo es un negoció en conjunto. Que menos que dejar a un huésped contento al abandonar su estancia para que vuelva a elegir este hotel o recomendarlo a alguien en su viaje a Nuevs York con algo tan simple como dejar un equipaje en un cuarto.

Convenient hotel middle for Korea town. Not much in the way of amenities, with rooms on the small side. If possible ask for rooms away from the W 32nd St, which is noisy until about midnight with the restaurants and traffic. Other than that super convenient if you love Korean food!

Lo esencial para un hotel no lo cubría por lo tanto un 1.Pros: - Ubicación muy buena. - Colchón aceptable.Contras: - Habitación sucia a la llegada. Había envoltorios de chocolatinas del anterior cliente y pelos en la ducha y suelo del baño. Y tenemos dudas de si el shampoo/gel había sido usado ya por anterior inquilino, no es normal que falte un cuarto del producto en la botella siendo nueva. - Habitaciones enanas y anticuadas. Nada que ver con las fotos de Booking. - La calefacción no funcionaba correctamente (nivel: solo sale aire frío). Avisamos varias veces, intentaron solucionarlo mandando a alguien de mantenimiento pero lo normal si no funciona una calefacción de forma reiterada es que te cambien la habitación (y más habiendo habitaciones disponibles). Estamos hablando de una época donde la temperatura exterior llega a ser de -7°C. - El aparato de calefacción, por inyección de aire, hacía un ruido espantoso para dormir era un horror. - Las luces de la habitación necesitan un mantenimiento. Nuestra lámpara de techo se fundía algunos minutos. - Muchos huéspedes circulando sin mascarilla, incluso algún empleado.

Never booking at this hotel ever again. Some staff was nice,but some had very bad attitudes. Didn't even clean my room when I request it. Toilet doesn't flush properly. Room was warm and cozy,though. This hotel needs improvement.

Our room is 2 queen beds and room big enough and perfect for 3-4 people!Also, the air/heater conditions are noisy, but you will get used to after 3 nights lolService: The best one is i gave 5 stars for the janitor guy; he is the best!!! And also cleaning lady work good as i see how clean our room...But the front desk they did not like to answer the phone call (at all) we stayed there and called them mutime never answer ( not a good service but atleast they are a bit friendly)Hotel summary: a bit old room style but all ok... NO LUGGAGE STORAGE durring covid, no gym , no bar just room to stay and front desk, coffee machines must require at from desk,since we live in koreantown there was many karaoke, bar and restaurant..at night if your room stay in street sideyou will hear everything people shout , car horn,siren from police,ambulance,fireman car all noise we can hear even we stay at 8 floor.Summary is all good, not perfect, but for the price that we paid, it is fair enough, and I do not mind staying here again if I come back to New york!

Nos alojamos en este hotel en nuestras vacaciones. Lo bueno, la cama y la ubicacion (estas justo debajo del empire state aunque tan tan cerca que ni se ve). Pero las instalaciones eran bastante viejas, incluido el baño, regular. No nos hicieron la habitación varios días. Una de las sabanas tenia un agujero de un cigarro. Tampoco tenían jabón de manos ni gel ni champú, por el covid supuestamente (no comprendo🤷🏼♀️). Ademas, al irnos no pudimos dejar nuestras maletas allí y no nos ayudaron a buscar una solución para dejar las maletas mientras esperábamos que saliera el vuelo. Por ultimo, y mas importante, nos sentimos bastante inseguros en recepción. Parecían que no tenían ningún tipo de control sobre quien entraba en el hotel, y un día entro un hombre en estado de embriaguez que nos comenzó a increpar sin motivo alguno. Obviamente si vuelvo a nueva york, no volveré a este hotel.

Best thing about this hotel is the fact that you are right in the heart of the city as this hotel is in Korean Town.Outside of that, it's not a great hotel.I don't know if this is the motel 6 of NYC hotels, but we had no fridge, no microwave and the water pressure of the shower was a complete joke.The staff at times was not at the desk and at one point people in the lobby said they had been waiting for them for 10 minutes but no one was to be seen. When they were at the desk, they were helpful and friendly. The other 1 positive is that the beds where above average for a hotel.

Clean rooms. Pretty quiet place. Rooms are bare. No fridge, microwave. CVS around the corner to get basic needs. Great location. Front of hotel is a mess as far as traffic, people hanging on steps and lines to the bar next door. Rooms are pretty small but good enough. I'd stay again.

When we first arrived on Sunday 12/26/2021 @ 3:30ish, there was no one at the check-in counter, but he returned fairly quickly and had someone there to let us know he stepped away. Upon returning, he was very welcoming and friendly, which is more than I could say for his P.M. relief. We reserved the terrace room for the week and were very impressed with the size and view it provided. It was actually larger than the guest room itself. The room was clean and housekeeping was provided as requested. The bed was super comfy, and the room smelled nice and clean. The tub was oversized and provided a nice hot soak after a long cold day. (takes the water a few minutes to warm up though) Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers. My one suggestion to the hotel: Hot water for tea or coffee in the mornings, whether available in the lobby for a fee or provided in the guest rooms, would have been a huge plus, especially since there was no microwave, fridge, or continental breakfast options. I would have gladly paid for a cup of coffee every morning before getting all bundled up and leaving the room for the day.

Un hotel más que correcto para tu estancia en NY. Tiene una ventaja i una desventaja. Lo bueno es, justo en la calle 32 tienes el barrio koreano, con todos los restaurantes i karaokes, genial para adentrarse en esa cultura, comidas cenas i desayunos. It was better that we thought, after the horrible reviews read. It was clean, we got the room cleaned every day (tip on bed left between 3-5$),near the Korean street (nice easy food) and Penn station. On walking range of everything Manhattan and very connected to the metro or Port Authority Bus Station. We will come back. :) I felt safe in this hotel ,good value for money. Staff was nice and helpful.

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación. El Wifi no funciona bien, la limpieza no la hacen (tuve que hacer un reclamo para que limpiaran mi habitación y me dieran toallas limpias), ya no hay servicio de desayuno y el personal no es para nada cordial, a excepción de una chica.

We stayed at The Hotel @ Fifth Avenue during the week of December 14, to December 17, 2018. The staff was nice, the bed was comfortable. Elevators are very small and take forever to transport you to your room. The complimentary breakfast was not healthy at all, just carbs. The bathrooms were substandard, it took the water in the shower forever to get hot. We stayed three days and on the last day I was showering in cold water with shampoo in my hair. They had a problem with the water heater. I complained, but to no avail - just "sorry, it happens." Will never stay there again.
Addendum: The owner says it was freezing cold in its response to my review. You can check the weather for those days, it was not freezing outside. It was cold, but not freezing. That's a good cover up for the problem. I wonder how they would like to be in the shower with shampoo in their hair and cold water for 5-10 minutes.
