We stayed for two nights in Las Palmas hotel. Check in was quick, and you need to pay deposit as a standard procedure.Parking fee was $15 which was pricey for us and we were lucky to find spot in front of the hotel on the street.Hotel was secure, and the room was not clean, specially bathroom (see pics). Also, toilet paper selection was awful. You can hear your neighbours via bathroom, and the room was smelling bad little bit.Based on location, we would stay again but price/quality was not satisfied us.

Wife and I stayed on 10-29-22 for a Halloween party down the street. Upon arrival check in was smooth and quick private and gated parking so we felt safe leaving our Tacoma there. Room was clean bathroom as well (see pics ) would stay again book ahead if you have an event near by since it does sell out days before. Esposa e eu ficamos em 29-10-22 para uma festa de Halloween na rua. À chegada, o check-in foi tranquilo e rápido, estacionamento privado e fechado, por isso nos sentimos seguros deixando nosso Tacoma lá. Quarto era banheiro limpo também (ver fotos) ficaria novamente reserve com antecedência se você tiver um evento por perto, pois esgota dias antes.

Decent budget spot in a cleaner "Historic Hollywood" building.Management is rude (they have to be), bed is hard (I like firm), and the internet is fast (over 200mbps).Better than Motel 6 and they refunded my $50 cash deposit for leaving a clean room.

Stayed Oct 3rd. Came for show. Used visa only placed I used visa was hotel!!!! Never a sign of charge on mobile bank app. Oct 5th deposit back. Oct 6th room total back in am .Oct 6th money missing in pm.Never showing any charges from Las Palmas where I did stay.

Os quartos não são apertados, com TV e frigobar, mas para esfriar há apenas um ventilador barulhento e eles precisam de pelo menos algumas repinturas. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar e muitas vezes não há funcionários na recepção... blindados (!?!?). A localização é muito boa, a poucos metros da avenida Hollywood. Wi-Fi gratuito e kit de banho diário trocado. O estacionamento também está disponível por uma taxa. O custo, considerando os preços atuais nos EUA e que ainda estamos em Hollywood, é adequado. Mas talvez o que mais torna este pequeno e insignificante hotel tão charmoso seja o fato de ter sido o cenário da última cena de um filme agora icônico: Petty Woman! Curiosamente, a árvore não anuncia tanto esse fato que poucos clientes sabem disso... ainda hoje, todos os dias, ônibus turísticos param em sua entrada para lembrar a famosa cena de Richard Gere que para com sua limusine para chegar Sua princesa.

I'm so surprised by all the negative reviews for this place. I had a really nice stay and would call this a hidden gem in LA. The price is fantastic for what you're getting, but you have to expect the accommodations to reflect the price. The room was completely fine and I checked really carefully for any signs of bugs and there were none. I also checked for any signs of hidden cameras since I'm really careful about that kind of stuff. There was nothing out of the ordinary. The man at the front desk was nice and I was charged properly. It was a really nice stay and I'll probably be back again. The security of the property, the cleanliness, and the price really made it an awesome deal. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, this isn't it, but if you want a cheap safe and clean place, this hotel is great. Estou tão surpreso com todos os comentários negativos para este lugar. Same your money this hotel is TERRIBLE. The staff is so rude and the two times I’ve stayed here they charged a different deposit each time so I feel like they’re just making that up the rooms have absolutely no AC just a small fan on the wall that does not do anything I literally wake up in sweats. It’s 95° in LA how can you charge what you charge and have no AC you should be shut down. The small bathroom smells like sewage when I walked into the room and I know they know because they had the window open trying to air it out. I ended up ending my trip early and decided to go to Vegas instead and when I went to check out first the front desk I lied to me and said that I paid my deposit on my card I went and checked I didn’t so he said he was going to go check the room and surprise surprise when he came back he said that I had smoked in my room which I had not and that he wasn’t aaa giving me my deposit back . After I had already stood there for 15 minutes knocking on the front window because he was asleep in the back Mesmo o seu dinheiro este hotel é TERRÍVEL. A equipe é tão rude e as duas vezes que eu fiquei aqui eles cobraram um depósito diferente a cada vez, então eu sinto que eles estão apenas inventando que os quartos não têm absolutamente nenhum AC apenas um pequeno ventilador na parede que não faz nada Eu literalmente acordo suando. They’re crooks. When they said I couldn’t stay there because I had a dog. They still kept my money they refused to return it. I never even set foot in the hotel. When I walked upstairs to go to my hotel the keys were not working. And then he said I could stay there because of my dog. Well anyways it says on the Internet pet friendly. But I’m pretty sure they collected my money. They let somebody else stay in that room and then collecting money from them. They are crooks they refused to return your deposit. I didn’t even get to park my car there and they refuse Return that. So if I was you I would not trust to book a place there. Cause they will take your money and not offered any compensation. I also looked on my bank statement. They will put extra charges on there. For getting room service or something. So I called my bank and I settled it. So that’s under investigation. So trust me this hotel they are thieves and if I was you I would not book a reservation there. Unless you like getting robbed Eles são bandidos. A hidden gem. Steps you back in time. Rooms aren't fussy. Comfortable and very clean. We were there one night but wished for more.. Free Ice cream, sodas and candy. Continental breakfast and swimming pool 24 hours a day. Nothing much more to ask for.
Talk to many people checking in and most of them were return customers all have enjoyed the amenities. I'd like to come back sooner than later; the experience was amazing.

I have an excellent experience with this hotel! It has complete amenities, well-equipped, and the air conditioning was suitable. Also, the TV shows that I want to watch was on the channel. The comfort room was clean, and the water supply was enough. Even the food was good and delicious. I greatly loved my stay in their hotel last month. Till next vacation!

Affordable -friendly -clean -great cable channels-refrigerator-great location. No air conditioner but a hard rotating fan that works wonders. Quiet. Avoid Motel 6 and go here. It's way better for the price.

Issues with hair on pillows and sheets, sheet stains, dusty furniture, greasy and sticky fingerprints on mini fridge, t.v., and remotes, paper thin industrial grade toilet paper, smell of curry throughout hotel, and our room, hallway carpet full of stains (but I suppose it may not matter to some guests because it's not in the room). I gave an extra star to forgive the fact that the hotel seems to be under construction. The security parking fee of $15 per night should not be charged given the poor condition of the room. To the owners credit, when I showed pics of the linens, he gave me clean linens and apologized. There should be a credit given to the guests, at the very least. I recognize that low rate hotels come with low grade amenities but as a Traveller, cleanliness is a must.
