Sinceramente, eu estava realmente empolgado com a minha estadia aqui, estava ansioso por essa viagem há muito tempo. Mas eu gostaria de ter ficado em qualquer outro lugar além deste "Resorts" World! (que piada!)O funcionário que tive no check-in foi incrivelmente rude e não acolhedor. É um lindo hotel com uma ótima localização, mas para mim isso não significa nada se a equipe e o ambiente não forem calorosos ou acolhedores. A recepção não tem comunicação consistente. Em casa, ligue para o operador do hotel e você ficará em espera por mais de 20 minutos apenas para fazer uma pergunta simples. A fila no saguão está SEMPRE do lado de fora, não importa a hora do dia, então não há como vir e falar com a mesa sem esperar para sempre. Entendo que é um momento movimentado, mas o fluxo geral do hotel é inexistente.A piscina fecha incrivelmente cedo e há crianças gritando EM TODA PARTE! Se você quer férias relaxantes e quer ser tratado adequadamente pelas propriedades do Hilton, vá para qualquer outro local, exceto este. Este lindo hotel tem muito potencial se a equipe da recepção estiver à altura.

I was honestly really excited for my stay here, I had been looking forward to this trip for a long time. But I wish I would of stayed ANYWHERE else besides this “Resorts” World! (what a joke!)
The employee I had at check in was incredibly rude and not accommodating. It’s a beautiful hotel with a great location but to me that means nothing if the staff and environment are not warm or welcoming. The front desk lacks consistent communication. In house, call the hotel operator and you’ll be on hold for 20+ minutes just to ask a simple question. Line in the lobby is ALWAYS out the door no matter what time of day so there’s no way to come and speak to the desk without waiting forever. I understand that its a busy time but the overall flow of the hotel is nonexistent.
The pool closes incredibly early and there are children screaming EVERYWHERE! If you want a relaxing vacation and want be treated properly by Hilton properties- go to any other location but this. This beautiful hotel has so much potential if the front desk staff was up to par.

Esta nuevo y las habitaciones están cómodas y la alberca esta tranquila, poca gente pero lo malo es que tiene muy pocas sombrillas, solo el 10% de los camastros tienen sombrilla, ya he por eso! Que les cuesta por lo que cobran poner una sombrilla de 100 usd ya ni la friegan, solo se puede estar en la alberca a hasta después de las 5 pm.Si l casino es pequeño lo cual me gusto porque está rápido ir del cuarto al parking. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que faltan lugares para desayunar, solo hay 3 lugares y son como Fast y el starbucks. El buffet súper pequeño, parece el bufete del holiday inn. Y por 36 usd ni al caso. Pero bueno está bonito y está nuevo todo.

Definitivamente um bom hotel, dado o quão bonito e limpo parece. No entanto, os serviços aos hóspedes são escassos. Solicitei um berço para minha filha dormir e um membro do serviço de atendimento ao hóspede levou mais de 2 horas para trazê-lo porque ela estava almoçando. Nosso bebê não conseguia dormir no check-in após nosso longo voo até que o berço fosse trazido até nós. O controle remoto da TV não responde e, quando perguntado sobre isso, o membro do serviço de hóspedes reagiu como se fosse um problema conhecido. Ela trouxe outro controle remoto de uma sala adjacente e disse que poderia substituí-lo por isso, mas os botões de navegação não funcionam. Apenas a mudança de canal e a mudança de volume. No dia seguinte, o controle remoto simplesmente para de funcionar. Não há como navegar pelos canais ou fazer um programa para nossa filha assistir.Fique para a nova experiência de hotel/casino, mas há opções muito melhores com melhor localização e serviços aos hóspedes mais responsivos. Definitivamente não vou recomendar amigos e familiares para ficar aqui.ATUALIZAÇÃO: Depois de entrar em contato com a Hilton, a equipe respondeu prontamente e abordou os problemas mencionados. Definitivamente, apreciei a equipe de gerenciamento por acelerar rapidamente para garantir que minha estadia restante estivesse de acordo com os padrões.

Definitely a nice hotel given how nice and clean it looks. However, guest services are scarce. Requested a crib for my daughter to sleep and it took a member of guest services over 2 hours to bring it because she was on lunch. Our baby couldn't sleep upon checking in after our long flight until the crib was brought up to us. The TV remote isn't responsive and when asked about it the guest services member reacted like it was a known issue. She brought another remote from an adjacent room over and said she could replace it with this but the navigation buttons do not work. Just the channel change and volume change. The next day the remote just stops working. No way for us to navigate the channels or cast a show for our daughter to watch.
Stay for the new hotel/casino experience but there are much better choices with better location and more responsive guest services. Definitely won't be recommending friends and family to stay here.
UPDATE: After reaching out to Hilton the staff responded promptly and addressed the issues mentioned. I definitely appreciated the management team for stepping up quickly to make sure my remaining stay was up to standards.

Eu ouvi sobre este hotel de um colega de trabalho. Este tem sido o meu lugar favorito absoluto para ficar! Eu não queria ir para casa. Minha única reclamação, por culpa minha, escolhi um quarto com vista para a cidade, mas a vista para a cidade não era a melhor, mas o quarto ainda era ótimo! O cassino e as lojas foram excelentes! A maioria da comida parece de inspiração asiática e tudo o que tínhamos para comer estava delicioso. A área da piscina deles é ótima! Muitas crianças ao redor da piscina principal, mas a área da piscina vip era de longe o melhor lugar para se ter um pouco de tempo de adulto sozinho! Todas as anfitriãs foram super simpáticas, meninas super lindas. Meu marido e eu gostamos da nossa estadia e definitivamente escolheremos o Resorts World para nossas próximas férias em Las Vegas!

O hotel é muito limpo e a equipe é incrível. A arrumação fez um trabalho fantástico e estava sempre disposta a ajudar. A comida é excelente, mas um pouco no lado alto. O chuveiro no meu quarto era incrível e foi ótimo entrar depois de um dia de trabalho. Minhas reclamações são que as máquinas caça-níqueis eram apertadas e a falta de garçonetes de coquetel. Eu teria que ir às máquinas caça-níqueis do bar para conseguir qualquer tipo de serviço. Eu não sou um jogador, então, quando perco dinheiro e ganho bebidas grátis, sinto que é um comércio justo. No geral, a experiência foi ótima e visitaria novamente se eu ler comentários melhores para garçonetes de coquetel.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and were always willing to help. The food is great, but a little on the high side. The shower in my room was amazing and it was great to step in to after a days work. My complaints are that the the slot machines were tight and the lack of cocktail waitresses. I would have to go to the slot machines at the bar to get any kind of service. I am not a gambler so when I lose money and get free drinks I feel like it is a fair trade. Overall the experience was great and would visit again if I read better reviews for cocktail waitresses.

I heard about this hotel from a coworker. This has been my absolute favorite place to stay! I didn’t want to go home. My only complaint, by fault of my own, I chose a room with city view but the city view was not the best but the room was still great! The casino and shops were outstanding! Most of the food seems Asian inspired and everything that we had to eat was delicious. Their pool area is great! A lot of kids around the main pool, but the vip pool area was by far the best place to be to get a little bit of alone adult time! All the hostesses were super friendly, super beautiful girls. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose Resorts World for our next Vegas Vacation!

New hotel at the far end of the strip. Rooms are super modern, with lots of usb charging points, wireless charging, storage space and a large shower room. The lobby and casino areas are light and airy. Plus points: Great pool complex. Lots of beds and lots of shade offered by parasols. Also, the pool is a short walk from the hotel lifts, unlike some other strip hotels where you have to embark on a 1km hike to reach the pool! Check in and out is quick and staff are courteous and friendly. Minus points: The hotel is situated at the far end of the strip, a block beyond the Wynn, so if you wish to explore the rest of the strip, be prepared for a long walk. A few minor issue with the room - no kettle or coffee facilities. Also housekeeping didn’t replenish facial tissues in the bathroom for our whole stay. The pool has loud music playing 24/7. Thankfully the tunes were great, but an adjustment in the overwhelming volume, especially in the early morning should be considered.We would stay here again

Great first time Vegas experience. The resort gives just enough of everything dining, shopping, awesome pools. The room was clean, modern with comfy beds. The bathroom is the standout. We checked in later in the eve and the computers were down Staff member Heather was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. Definitely will stay again.

El hotel muy lindo,el casino maravilloso.la piscina muy moderna . Las habitaciones cómodas pero mobiliario no a la altura de las 5 estrellas , puertas desajustadas, almohadas incomodas, limpian cada 3 días. Debo indicar que lleven más de una tarjeta de crédito a este hotel. Nosotros tuvimos problemas con las de nuestro banco ( Las Vegas tiene fama de que hacen muchas estafas y algunos bancos las bloquean), nos toco en el check in ,que las tarjetas se bloquearon y la persona del mesón, nos trató pésimo,nos denosto e hizo sentir muy mal , pésima experiencia. Luego otra persona nos atendió gentilmente y se dio el tiempo de ayudarnos a solucionar el problema,pasamos otra tarjeta y ningún problema . La fila para el check in es interminableasí que deben armarse de paciencia .

The resort and our room was nice, clean and spacious.Beds were super comfy.I would request that a coffee pot be put in rooms as it is way more convenient for the guests than having to trek down to Starbucks every morning.Our view was a "strip view"it was a decent view of the strip (I guess).Our main complaint (and why I gave it 4 stars) was the quick food choices like in the street food court area were super weird choices and definitely not for everyone, so we chose to eat elsewhere most of the time.We did try the Mulberry Street Pizzeria in the mall area and it was good.Overall it was a good stay and would probably stay there again.

Novo local legal perto do centro de convenções de Las Vegas. Na verdade, 3 hotéis em um com cassino limpo e compras legais. O que absolutamente torna esta revisão 5 estrelas é a equipe. Se você já teve um atendente incrivelmente cortês no chick-fil-a apenas aumente essa experiência cerca de 10x e foi isso que encontrei em todo o hotel. De não mesa a garçons de café da manhã e equipe de limpeza, nunca tive uma interação que não fosse estelar. A localização é conveniente para os frequentadores de convenções e perto o suficiente de tudo sem estar no meio do caos. Os quartos foram bem decorados, mas foram no lado pequeno. O banheiro do nosso quarto era muito pequeno para abrir a porta por medo de bater na porta do chuveiro. A única outra reclamação que tive foi o quarto atualizado que tínhamos fornecido vistas da Strip, mas as janelas precisavam ser limpas. Os restaurantes no local eram bons e com preços como eu esperaria em qualquer restaurante agradável do hotel. A churrascaria anexada Carver Steak tinha comida e vinho de alto nível, mas o serviço não estava à altura do preço, da qualidade da comida ou do hotel vizinho. A instalação ainda está em desenvolvimento e parece que ficará ainda melhor quando estiver concluída.

Mi mala experiencia en este hotel es reiterativa. Pero uno aveces tropieza con la misma piedra. Ya tuve una malicima experiencia unos meses después que el hotel se había innagurado. Por el cumpleaños de un familiar. Las llaves de la habitación no abrián y tuve que bajar a cambiar las llaves más de 5 veces y la ultima vez me abrio la habitación un seguridad que mandaron. Después de decorar la habitación para el cumpleañero, le encargamos al manager y demás trabajadores que se asegurarán que la puerta estuviera en buen estado para la gran sorpresa al cumpleañeros. Después de tanta demora, problemas,malas atenciones, mal humor, mala cara de los trabajadres. regresamos a la sorpresa. Pues no abría la puerta, tuve que bajar 2 veces más y el resultado fue que tuvimos que quitar la decoración como quiera sin poder cumplir el objetivo de la dichosa estancia en ese hotel. La habitación nunca habrio correctamente.de esto estoy hablando que fueron más de 3 horas. Y mi familia tirada en el piso con globos, cake. Desastroso. Y hace unos dias, mi prima tuvo su boda y quería ese hotel, pues le di su regalo y fue peor esta segunda vez que la primera. Todo es una mentira, Desde el precio que dice en el internet de $79, le suman una cantidad de cargos, que termine pagando por solo una noche mas de $300. El check in es a ahora super lejos. O sea ño unieron y no les importa a ellos de donde vienes, como te, sientes. Pues hice mi entrada después de tantas dificultades y fui bastante decorar la habitación y cuando los novios llegaron, tuve q bajarlos a buscar, y se me acabo la batería de mi telef. Y me hicieron caminar más de 2 horas y con lagrimas en los ojos pedía que me cominicaran con las demas entradas porque ya no aguantaba mas de tanto caminar y otro disjusto peor. La novia, el novio, la familia de los novios estaban ya de mal humor y cansados de esperar. Horrible, peor imposible. Que mala experiencia,que mala atención, que falta de coordinacióny falta de preocupación a los visitantes. Ese hotel para mí, es de los peores en todos los sentidos.no tengo palabras para describir tantas decepciónes y peores momentos en ese hilton de las Vegas.

Cool new spot near the Las Vegas convention center.Actually 3 hotels in one with clean casino and cool shopping.What absolutely makes this review 5-Star is the staff.If you have ever had an amazingly courteous attendant at chick-fil-a just raise that experience about 10x and that is what I found throughout the hotel.From don’t desk to breakfast waiters and cleaning staff, I never has an interaction that wasn’t stellar.The location in convenient for convention goers and close enough to everything else without being in the middle of the chaos.The rooms were well appointed but were on the small side.The bathroom in our room was too small to open the door all the way for fear it would hit the shower door.The only other complaint I had was the upgraded room we had provided views of the strip but the windows needed to be cleaned.The on-site restaurants were good and priced like I would expect at any nice hotel restaurant.The attached steakhouse Carver Steak had top-notch food and wine but the service was not up to par with the price, quality of food or its neighboring hotel.The facility is still in development and it looks like it will be even better when it’s complete.

Inacreditável a demora no check in... sempre tem fila, toda hora. Se tem o aplicativo, tem que entrar na fila pra autorizar, ou seja, não adianta nada. Hotel bonito, mas não me. senti bem atendido... perdi um cartão chave e levou 45 minutos pra trocar, e fui super. mal atendido pela recepcionista. Falam pelo cuidado na limpeza do quarto, porem ao entrar, tinham um oculus e uma camisa na gaveta. Caiu meu celular no chão, ao lado da cama, passei a mão e tinha teia de aranha. Hilton numca mais.

Conveniently poised next to Encore & Wynn. Only a short walk to other casinos. Has the best City Views and the rooms are all very new age!
Wonderful accommodations and for a reasonable price. $150/day deposit but you get that back pretty promptly.
Card activated elevators so you can only travel to the floor your room is in.
Have stayed 2 times and will continue to book!

The Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World is a brand-new (2021) resorts area with a great casino and really nice rooms. I got put on the floor 52 facing the sunset, and each night the sunset was absolutely beautiful. This is a really nice place even if it is further down the Strip than more well-known hotels/casinos. This place is worth it in my opinion. I had no trouble catching a cab out front when I needed to go to the convention center each day. I highly recommend Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World. You won’t be disappointed.

What could I say about the Hilton Resort World. It's new and beautiful. They have everything in their. It's really nice and elegant. I don't recommend you take your kids there . If you love eating well 😋 this is the place. They have all kinds of Restaurant but it's a good idea to make reservations. We were able to get in Viva Restaurant a Mexican restaurant. The place is very nice and the staff is friendly 😊. You don't have to dress up. The only thing is that the portions of food are very small so don't expect to get full unless you eat 😋 like a bird. The food is spicy and they don't let you know. I was not happy 😕 about that because I don't eat spicy foods. Don't get me wrong the food is good 👌. If you are around the area you have to try it at least once. The alcohol 🍸 drinks are good.
