I didn’t stay. The fella at the desk who wouldn’t give me his name was very condescending and attempted to talk down to me. I asked a simple question regarding corporate reservations. He got an attitude and that’s when I fired right back. I was the better man and attempted to apologize and he wouldn’t have it. He then asked me to leave the property. All of this could of been dealt with in a more professional manner.

Os quartos eram limpos e confortáveis, o serviço foi muito amigável. Eu teria classificado como cinco, mas parecia que algumas coisas não eram tão bem mantidas quanto poderiam ter sido. E nossas chaves não funcionaram no começo, o que foi bom, mas quando voltei para a recepção para pegar novas chaves, notei que outras pessoas estavam tendo o mesmo problema. Isso é apenas uma equipe mal treinada ou algum outro problema?

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, el servicio fue muy amable. Lo habría calificado con un cinco, pero sentí que algunas cosas no estaban tan bien mantenidas como podrían haber estado. Y nuestras llaves no funcionaron al principio, lo cual estuvo bien, pero cuando volví a la recepción para obtener nuevas llaves, noté que otras personas tenían el mismo problema. ¿Es solo personal mal capacitado o algún otro problema?

The rooms were clean and comfortable, service was very friendly. I would have rated it a five but it felt like some things were not as well maintained as they could have been. And our keys didn't work at first which was fine, but when I went back to the front desk to get new keys, I noticed other people there having the same issue. Is that just poorly trained staff or some other issue?

La primera impresión al entrar al hotel fue que era agradable y limpio. El personal fue amable. Sin embargo, nuestra habitación no estaba muy limpia y nuestra nevera no funcionaba. El empleado de la recepción fue muy comprensivo y nos cambió a una habitación diferente. Esa habitación estaba mucho más limpia y olía mucho mejor. Las habitaciones eran pequeñas y la cama no era nada cómoda. No es un buen hotel para quedarse por un período prolongado de tiempo.

A primeira impressão ao entrar no hotel foi que era bom e limpo. A equipe foi amigável. No entanto, nosso quarto não estava muito bem limpo e nossa geladeira não funcionou. O funcionário da recepção foi muito compreensivo e nos mudou para um quarto diferente. Aquele quarto era muito mais limpo e cheirava muito melhor. Os quartos eram pequenos e a cama não era nada confortável. Não é um bom hotel para ficar por um longo período de tempo.

First impression walking into hotel was that it was nice and clean. The Staff was friendly. However our room was not clean very well and our fridge did not work. The front desk worker was very understanding and switched us to a different room. That room was much cleaner and smelled much better. The rooms were small and the bed was not comfortable at all. Not a good hotel to stay at for an extended period of time.

Me quedaría de nuevo. Hotel actualizado que cumplió con todas nuestras necesidades. Edificio y habitación perfectamente limpios. Personal amigable. El desayuno fue lo mejor que pudo ser gracias a Covid, pero nadie en la familia pasó hambre. El mantenimiento de la casa era genial e incluso preparó los animales de peluche de los niños para hacerlos sonreír. Se lo recomendaría a cualquier familia viajera.

El personal era amable y la habitación estaba limpia. Mi única queja es que nos colocaron directamente al lado de otra habitación ocupada (que resultó ser muy ruidosa y nos mantuvo despiertos de 3 a. m. a 5:30 a. pared detrás de las camas, lo que me pareció MUY sórdido.

En general, un buen lugar para quedarse. Mi único problema fue que decía en su sitio web "cunas disponibles", pero, cuando nos registramos, nos dijeron que solo tenían una cuna para todo el hotel y que ya estaba en uso, lo que nos dejó luchando por encontrar algo para nuestro 3 meses para dormir justo antes de Navidad.

Ficaria de novo. Hotel moderno que atendeu todas as nossas necessidades. Edifício e quarto perfeitamente limpos. Equipe amigável. O café da manhã foi o melhor que poderia ser graças a Covid, mas ninguém na família passou fome. Manter a casa foi ótimo e até mesmo configurar os bichinhos de pelúcia das crianças para fazê-los sorrir .. Recomendaria para qualquer família que viaja.

A equipe foi gentil e o quarto estava limpo. Minha única reclamação é que fomos colocados diretamente ao lado de outro quarto ocupado (que por acaso era muito barulhento e nos mantinha acordados das 3h às 530h) quando havia muito espaço para espaçar os convidados, e a decoração incluía espelhos colocados no parede atrás das camas, o que me pareceu MUITO desprezível.

All in all a nice place to stay. My only issue was that it said on their website "cribs available"- but, when we checked in, we were told they only had one crib for the whole hotel and it was already in use, which left us scrambling to find something for our 3 month old to sleep in right before Christmas.

The staff was kind and the room was clean. My only complaints are that we were placed directly next to another occupied room (which happened to be very loud and kept us up from 3 am to 530am) when there was plenty of room to space guests out, and the decor included mirrors placed on the wall behind the beds, which struck me as VERY sleazy.

Would stay again. Up to date hotel that met all our needs. Perfectly clean building and room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was the best it could be thanks to Covid but no one in the family went hungry. House keeping was great and even set up the children's stuffed animals to make them smile.. Would recommend to any traveling family.

Empleados extremadamente agradables. Estaba en la ciudad para la cirugía y me ayudaron con una pequeña bolsa de basura con hielo y una toalla adicional para envolverme en la espalda. Son un hotel que admite mascotas. (pero el agente de reservas me dijo que no) por supuesto que traje a mi perro de todos modos como perro de servicio. Yo recomendaria este hotel. Además, hay varios lugares para comer, desde comida rápida hasta varios restaurantes, a poca distancia para algunos. Me quedaré allí de nuevo si necesito una cirugía adicional.

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos. Eu estava na cidade para uma cirurgia e fui ajudado com um pequeno saco de lixo com gelo e uma toalha adicional para embrulhar nas minhas costas. Eles são um hotel que aceita animais de estimação. (mas o agente de reservas me disse que não) é claro que eu trouxe meu cachorro de qualquer maneira, sendo um cão de serviço. Eu recomendaria este hotel. Além disso, existem vários lugares para comer, desde fast food a vários restaurantes a uma curta distância para alguns .. Eu ficarei lá novamente se precisar de uma cirurgia adicional.

Extremely nice employees.
I was in town for surgery and was helped with a small garbage bag with ice and an additional towel to wrap in in for my back.
They are a pet friendly hotel. ( but the booking agent told me that they weren't) of course I brought my dog anyway being service dog.
I would recommend this hotel.
Plus there are several places to eat from fast food to several restaurants within walking distance for some..
I will stay there again if I need additional surgery..
