Not impressed at all. Staff was rude. Room was almost as small as the bathroom. And you can hear the freeway all night long. Horrible motel.

Pior experiência de todos os tempos! Faith não me deixou fazer o check-in e foi muito pouco profissional e me chamou de nomes. Pedi para falar com seu gerente, mas ela tornou difícil até mesmo me deixar ouvir o que o gerente estava dizendo e entrou no escritório. Eu me senti discriminado em um momento e Faith deixou claro que não éramos bem-vindos e continuou me chamando de incompetente! NÃO RESERVE AQUI!!!

Recepção Faith nos discriminou. Tínhamos pago integralmente por uma reserva e eles queriam que fizéssemos outra reserva porque minha identidade de esposa havia expirado há 2 semanas. Mostramos a ela a confirmação do dmv, ela disse que precisava de uma identificação com foto. Minha esposa então disse que ela tinha sua permissão de trabalho e ela disse que não era uma identidade válida da Califórnia com comentários presunçosos. Tentamos ser reembolsados e ligamos para todos os números e todos disseram que o hotel tinha que reembolsar. O telefone do terceiro literalmente faria o telefone da recepção tocar. Ela estava escondida na parte de trás por 30 minutos quando ficamos presos a 3 horas de distância de casa à meia-noite. Ela nos chamou de incompetentes e disse que não tinha "direito" para nos ajudar a devolver o dinheiro.

La fe de la recepción nos discriminó. Habíamos pagado el total de una reserva y querían que hiciéramos otra reserva porque la identificación de mi esposa había expirado hace 2 semanas. Le mostramos la confirmación del DMV de que dijo que necesitaba una identificación con fotografía. Luego, mi esposa dijo que tenía su permiso de trabajo y dijo que no era una identificación válida de California con comentarios engreídos. Intentamos obtener un reembolso y llamamos a todos los números y todos dijeron que el hotel tenía que reembolsar. El teléfono del tercero literalmente haría sonar el teléfono de la recepción. Estuvo escondida en la parte de atrás durante 30 minutos cuando nos quedamos varados a 3 horas de casa a la medianoche. Nos llamó incompetentes y dijo que no tenía "derecho" a ayudarnos a recuperar el dinero.

It was a decent play to stay. A great value compared to a lot of the room rates available in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Worst experience ever! Faith did not let me check in and was very unprofessional and called me names. I asked to speak with her manager but she made it hard to even let me hear what the manager was saying and went into the office. I felt discriminated at one point and Faith made it clear that we weren’t welcome and kept on calling me incompetent! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

Front Desk Faith discriminated us. We had paid full for a reservation and they wanted us to make another reservation because my wife ID had expired 2 weeks ago. We showed her the confirmation from the dmv she said she needed picture ID. My wife then said she had her work permit and she said that was not a valid california ID with smug remarks. We tried to get refunded and called every number and they all said the hotel had to refund. The phone from the third party would literally make the front desk phone ring. She was hiding in the back for 30 min when we are left stranded 3 hrs away from home at midnight. She called us incompetent and said she was not "entitled" to help us get out money back.

Quartos muito agradáveis, limpos e confortáveis a preços muito razoáveis. A recepção ficou fechada por quase 20 a 30 minutos, então eu tive que esperar. Além disso, estava tudo bem.

Se você gosta de ser expulso do seu quarto às 2 da manhã porque seu parceiro decidiu passar a noite com você, e não estamos lá no check-out. Este é o lugar para você! Acabei sendo expulso às 2 horas da manhã porque minha namorada veio passar a noite comigo e ela não estava comigo no caixa e não mostrou o RG, tentei argumentar com a recepcionista da recepção pelo nome fé, mas ela estava determinada a nos tirar. Então, às 2 horas da manhã, tive que ir conferir no Hampton e pagar mais US$ 180 só para dormir. Eu não sou o único a reclamar ou fazer barulho sobre as coisas, mas essa situação era super inaceitável e não é uma maneira como um cliente deve ser tratado.

If you like getting kicked out of your room at 2 o’clock in the morning because your significant other decided to come spend the night with you, and we’re not there at check out. This is the place for you! I ended up getting kicked out at 2 o’clock in the morning because my girlfriend came to spend the night with me and she was not in with me at checkout and did not show her ID, I tried reasoning with the front desk receptionist by the name faith but she was determined to get us out. So at 2 o’clock in the morning I had to go check it in the Hampton and pay an extra $180 just to sleep. I’m not the one to complain or make a fuss about things but this situation was super unacceptable and not a way A client should be treated.

Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms at very reasonable prices. Front desk was closed for almost 20 to 30 minutes so I had to wait. Besides that everything was fine.

Ele faz o que precisa fazer - ser um hotel relativamente barato e simples. O quarto cheirava bem, o ar-condicionado funcionava, o chuveiro estava quente e as camas eram boas. Havia café (incluindo café gelado surpreendentemente decente de uma máquina) e muffins até 9h30. O lobby (mas não os quartos) tinha um microondas.

It does what it needs to do - be a relatively cheap, no-frills hotel.The room smelled fine, the AC worked, the shower was hot, and the beds were fine. There were coffee (including surprisingly decent iced coffee from a machine) and muffins until 9:30am.The lobby (but not rooms) had a microwave.
