Como se ha perdido en este el mejor pais del mundo el respeto y profesionalidad, precio 114.00 dolares 1 noche, al entrar a la habitación las camas con habituayamiento usado, bañeras con mohos y toallas mojadas en el piso, con mis 2 niñas y esposa cambie por reclamacion, estoy de transito obligado, en la proxima habitacon de cambio con insectos grillos. Increibles. No reserven aqui.

The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. You will feel very welcomed here by the great staff. I would like to recognize the great customer service from Diamond Grant at the front desk who is super-friendly and very patient and helpful. She is doing a great job.

Parking lot is way too small for the amount of people that are staying at this hotel unless they have more Parking elsewhere that they failed to mention when I checked in. It is a 6 story building so probably about 600 rooms or more 🤔 and only one elevator was working the whole week I was there I left for work for two weeks and then went back and elevator was still not working. You think 🤔 that would be a priority to have fixed as soon as possible. I don't recommend that you drink the coffee they provide for in the morning drink at own risk is all I'm going to say

I came here due to an emergency and the staff was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful and understanding. Patty the manager was so great she made sure I felt safe and was on top of my safety. My daughter was staying here and Yaimi was really helpful and always made sure she had what she needed. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Dificultan demasiado el acceso, no funciona el ascensor y no hay forma de subir por las escaleras, las instalaciones lucen un tanto descuidadas, puede ser por la antigüedad, ya que si esta limpio. En las habitaciones solo hay lo más fundamental, camas y lamparas, una pantalla y el servicio de wifi esta restringido. El baño no tiene shampoo. Los empleados son amables

Las habitaciones no están limpias, conseguí cabellos en la bañera, chiripas por todos lados, las camas viejas y los colchones vencidos… no hay microondas en la habitación ni shampoo, las toallas prevén de dollar tree son como un papel, se escuchan todos los ruidos de las demás habitación y las habitaciones tienen un olor a viejo. En definitiva es un hotel donde solo hospedarse por necesidad.

Room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. Nice people at the front desk. Water was a little finicky and hot and cold was hard to get right. Other than that the room was nice and served its purpose.

A equipe da recepção foi ótima. O primeiro quarto tinha uma porta para o quarto adjacente que não fechava e muito menos trancava. Trocamos de quarto e a equipe foi simpática e pediu desculpas. O segundo quarto não tinha esse problema, mas a porta da frente não trancava. Você poderia empurrar a porta aberta com apenas um pouco de força. Não nos sentimos confortáveis deixando nossas coisas lá. Ficamos apenas uma noite e a trava funcionou, então apenas trancamos isso e ficamos no quarto. As camas eram limpas, mas havia alguma sujeira/cabelo nos cantos do quarto. Isso deveria ter sido fácil de aspirar. Você obtém o que você paga, então, se você está apenas dormindo, acho que funciona, mas eu não sugeriria ficar por mais de uma noite.

Em poucas palavras, sem frescuras por um bom preço. Fomos recebidos por Diamond na recepção e ela foi extremamente simpática e prestativa. O quarto estava limpo, e a cama era confortável. Este hotel é muito, muito básico, mas por US$ 97 em Miami valeu a pena para uma estadia rápida de uma noite. A pressão da água era baixa, mas era um banho quente, no entanto. A área de estacionamento é segura e, quando fizemos o check-in às 23h, havia um segurança no local e o local parecia seguro. Não usei a piscina, mas parecia bom!

In a nutshell, no frills for a good price. We were greeted by Diamond at the front desk and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. This hotel is very very basic, but for $97 in Miami it was worth it for a quick night stay. The water pressure was low but it was a hot shower nonetheless. The parking area is secure and when we checked in at 11 pm there was a security guard on site and the place felt safe. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice!

Front desk staff was great. First room had a door to the adjoining room that would not shut let alone lock.
We switched rooms and the staff was nice and apologetic. The second room didn't have that problem but the front door would not latch. You could push the door open with just a bit of force. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our stuff in there. We only stayed one night and the deadbolt worked so we just locked that and stayed in the room.
The beds were clean but there was some dirt/hair in the corners of the room. This should have been easy to vacuum.
You get what you pay for so if you are just sleeping I guess it works but I would not suggest staying for more than one night.

Os quartos pareciam bastante retrô, o que era divertido e eram espaçosos. O elevador era péssimo e demorava uma eternidade (acho que havia apenas um). O estacionamento estava atrás de um pequeno portão de braço e você precisava do seu cartão-chave para acesso ao hotel e ao elevador. Não foi ruim, mas acho que não ficaria aqui novamente, a menos que houvesse um bom negócio. Pelo menos as camas eram realmente queen e tinha uma piscina!

The rooms felt quite retro which was fun and they were spacious. The elevator sucked and took forever (I think there was only one). The parking was behind a little arm gate and your needed your key card for hotel and elevator access. It wasn't bad but I don't think I'd stay here again unless there was a really good deal. At least the beds were actually queens and it had a pool!

Limpió, bonito, tranquilo, lo único las maquinas lavadoras malas y la pieza es sin refrigerador ni microondas, lo cual al hacer la reserva por Despegar si lo ofrecían.

Servicio pésimo, ascensor dañado por varias horas. Nunca en los 4 días fueron a limpiar el cuarto, no cambiaron sábanas ni toallas. Ni tan siquiera tocaron para preguntar si necesitábamos algo. No lo recomiendo 🙄

Las zonas comunes muy sucias. El baño de la habitación muy antiguo y no muy bien mantenido. A pesar de prohibir fumar en un par de habitaciones había gente fumado marihuana. Lo mejor de todo es la excelente atención del personal, muy preocupadas y siempre con una gran sonrisa.
