The first room they put us in smelled like Yellowstone National park. They were quick to move us to a new room. Jeanette at the front desk took great care of us. The appliances in the rooms are a bit outdated but overall comfort and cleanliness of our second room was excellent. The free parking was very attractive to us and definitely is worth it. We will be back after the renovations are complete this spring.

Charging resort fees with no amenities. Asked why I was paying a resort fee for no real amenities and I was told it is for the workout room and “free parking. Welp, not free parking if I am paying for it and $40+ dollars a day for a workout room is more than a month at most gyms. Needless to say, this is my last time staying here (5 times previous) because the service has gone downhill and I rather pay more to get more. Way more.
As for the room, it was dusty. Dirty tub. Floor needed sweeping and vacuuming. Mirrors were dirty in the room. I know the shampoo and body wash were left over from previous guest. However, the housekeepers and security were the best part of my stay. They were prompt and polite. Guest services sucked. There is no hospitality anymore and covid really made it non existent and gave folks excuses to not have people skills.

Gave it a 1 bc I can't go lower. The worst place to stay. They never cleaned or sanitized the room for the 4 days and nights we stayed here. Also, we never had towels exchanged. The casino and other resort amenities were not open at all. Just the worst stay at the price we paid.

This place is an older hotel but they are working on it all over to clean it up and bring it into the new century!! The hotel balconies are locked and even though it still had a beautiful view, being able to go outside would have been nice. It was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. You won't be upset for and off the Strip stay.

La única contra es estar lejos del Strip y la movida, todo lo demás fue muy pero muy satisfactorio... El departamento, la atención, el super gimnasio, la pileta, todo genial... El casino es chico y poco concurrido, pero allí se encuentra el buffet AYCE, el mejor y muy barato de las vegas, también hay un mc donalds y varias opciones culinarias más, el estacionamiento cubierto y el valet parking están incluidos

El lugar es bonito y está enorme, sin embargo en los pasillos había un olor muy desagradable, ademas este es un lugar para personas que definitivamente no vienen a descansar, es para gente demasiado reventada, para jóvenes que viven la vida loca jeje, hay ruido a todas horas del día. No lo recomiendo si eres una persona "normal". 😋

El complejo es excelente y tiene todo tipo de actividades (casino, slots, pileta, locales, patio de comidas, disco). El personal super amable. Y el Pearl Theater para ver conciertos es genial! Lamentablemente, están en obra y eso hace incómodo moverse por el complejo, sumado al ruido que generan desde temprano, que molesta para dormir.

Este casino sí me gustó mucho. Los hoteles son de lujo y los precios son un poquito alto. Lo que me gusta mucho Aquí es que las películas las enseñan por sólo $6 por la mañana y el día y en las noches cuestan $9 por persona. En el momento el casino tiene mucha construcción.

Este hotel es hermoso! Te da la sensación de estar en otro planeta! Cuenta de tres torres bellas! Las habitaciones muy lindas y confortables! La piscina es súper linda parece un paraíso! Las únicas desventajas que vi es que solo hay piscina en una torre y el que se encuentre en las demás tiene que hacer un largo recorrido para llegar a ella, no tienen una buena comunicación entre las torres! Incluso hay que atravesar una parte por el parqueo, es decir, para un hotel tan lujoso eso no está funcionando bien, pero creo que están haciendo remodelaciones para arreglar eso! También otra cosa, si vas con niños ellos se van a aburrir ya que no tienen ninguna sala de juego para niños ni tampoco un centro donde los puedan cuidar y que puedan jugar! El único entretenimiento para los niños es la piscina y el cine! Creo que para un hotel tan grande no les costaría nada poner algo aunque sea pequeño para los niños! Pero este hotel me encantó, la verdad se los recomiendo, para una pareja está espectacular!!

Los servicios de WiFi, pileta y gimnasio no están incluidos. Cuestan casi uss35 que te cobran aunque quieras prescindir de los mismos y encima anda pésimo. Tienen 4 ascensores de los cuales 2 están fuera de servicio. No tienen desayuno incluido y en la heladera de la habitación aún hay productos de huéspedes anteriores. Un asco.
