Prós: perto da rodovia e estacionamento gratuito Contras: a torneira do banheiro estava quebrada, a geladeira não funcionava, o chão estava sujo, as toalhas estavam sujas e o anúncio falsamente “aceita animais de estimação”. O estabelecimento possui uma placa de Proibido Animais de Estimação quando a Hotéis.com diz que aceita animais de estimação. Se você não quiser animais de estimação, altere a descrição. O proprietário do sexo masculino tentou me repreender por ter meu cão de serviço. A dona tem uma atitude muito desagradável! Ela nunca cumprimenta convidados ou nos agradece por nosso patrocínio. Ela parece preconceituosa. Se você não gosta de negros, fique fora de nossa vizinhança! Eu nunca vou voltar.

Este é de longe o pior motel em que já me hospedei. Quando chegamos para o check-in, o associado da recepção foi rude e curto conosco. Ela solicitou $ 5 em dinheiro e eu perguntei por que ela disse nada além de um "depósito". Fiz uma reserva online no Booking.com e disse a ela que não tenho dinheiro, já paguei o quarto. Ela insistiu nos $ 5 em dinheiro e nos disse que havia uma loja de bebidas com um caixa eletrônico na esquina. Assim que pegamos o dinheiro, ela nos deu um controle remoto de TV, se eu soubesse para que serviam os $ 5, eu o teria recusado, pois não assistíamos TV. O quarto cheirava a cigarro e estava sujo. As cadeiras e o chuveiro estavam cobertos de pichações, sujeira nas paredes e as toalhas sujas. Foi fornecido meio rolo de papel higiênico e nada mais. Tendo visto comentários anteriores, veio pronto com nossos próprios lençóis, travesseiros, toalhas, sapatos de banho, lenços clorox, lysol e spray de insetos raid (todos os quais são uma necessidade absoluta se você encontrar-se hospedado aqui). Havia apenas UMA tomada localizada atrás da TV, a 2 metros de altura na parede. Apesar de todos os contras, este motel é INCRIVELMENTE perto do Estádio Banc of California, a menos de 5 minutos a pé, e é fechado para que não fique de frente para a rua, o que o torna mais seguro. Este motel é muito adequado para uma estadia de uma noite, se você estiver participando de um evento no estádio e quiser evitar o tráfego depois, mas eu não o recomendaria para uma estadia mais longa do que isso.

Pros: close to the freeway and free parking
Cons: bathroom faucet was broken, refrigerator did not work, floor filthy, towels were dingy, and falsely advertised “pet friendly”. The establishment has a No Pets Allowed sign when Hotels.com says it is pet friendly. If you do not want pets then change the description. The male owner attempted to reprimand me for having my service dog. The female owner has a very nasty attitude! She never greets guests or thanks us for our patronage. She comes off as prejudice. If you do not like blacks then stay out of our neighborhoods! I will never return.

This is by far the worst motel I've ever stayed in. When we arrived to check in the front desk associate was rude and short with us. She requested $5 in cash and I asked why and she stated nothing but a "deposit". I had booked online at Booking.com and told her I do not have cash, I already paid for the room. She insisted on the $5 in cash and told us there was a liquor store with an ATM around the corner. Once getting the cash she handed us a TV remote, if I would have known that's what the $5 was for I would have refused it as we did not watch any TV. The room smelt like cigarettes and was dirty. The chairs and shower were covered in graffiti, grime on the walls, and the towels were unwashed. There was half a roll of toilet paper provided and nothing else. Having looked at previous reviews we came ready with our own sheets, pillows, towels, shower shoes, clorox wipes, lysol, and raid bug spray (all of which are an absolute must if you find yourself staying here). There was only ONE outlet located behind the TV 7ft high on the wall. Despite all the cons, this motel is INCREDIBLY close to the Banc of California Stadium, less than a 5 minute walk, and is enclosed so it doesn't directly face the street making it feel safer. This motel is very well suited for a one night stay if you are attending an event at the stadium and wish to avoid traffic afterwards, but I would not recommend it for a stay any longer than that.

Reservei com antecedência pelo booking.com para chegar a um lugar mais próximo do show do Rammstein no LA Memorial Coliseum. Eu escolho pagar na chegada $ 114 que já é um preço bem caro! no entanto, na chegada a recepcionista me disse que eu tenho que pagar $ 5 para que ele processe o pagamento através de cartão de crédito! Além disso, por algum motivo ele me deu e **obrigou** a preencher um formulário com informações desnecessárias, como o número da placa do meu carro (mesmo que eu tenha vindo sem carro) etc! O quarto estava escuro - algumas das luzes não estavam funcionando, o que deixou o quarto sombrio! Não havia tomadas elétricas ao lado da cama para carregar o telefone! ! — então tive que carregá-lo usando a tomada da geladeira! Algumas toalhas estavam sujas/usadas! O chuveiro era nojento - o quente/frio estava funcionando com atrasos e a pressão era muito fina! A única razão pela qual não dei 1 estrela é que - não encontrei nenhuma outra opção (hotel/motel) por perto para ficar! P.S. e fiquei muito chateado quando descobri que o Rammstein realmente remarcou seu evento (perdi a notificação, porque usei meu segundo e-mail no ticketmaster ..), então, essencialmente, vim para Los Angeles de Denver para nada! (mas no geral Eu realmente gosto de CA).

I’ve booked in advance through booking.comto arrive at a place which would be closer to Rammstein’s show at LA Memorial Coliseum. I choose to pay at arrival $114 which is already pretty expensive price! however, upon arrival the receptionist told me that I have to pay $5 in order for him to process the payment through credit card! Also, for some reason he gave me and **required** to fill a form with unnecessary info, such as my car license plate number(even though I came without car)etc! The room was dark — some of the lights were not working which made the room gloomy! There were NO electrical sockets beside the bed to charge the phone!! — so I had to charge it using the refrigerator’s socket! Some towels were dirty/used! The shower were disgusting — the hot/cold were functioning with delays and pressure was very thin! The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is that — I didn’t find any other option(hotel/motel) nearby to stay! P.S. and I was really upset when I find out that Rammstein actually rescheduled their event(I missed the notification, because I used my second email at ticketmaster..), so, essentially I’ve came to LA from Denver for nothing!(but overall I do really like CA).

Me disse que o check in é às 12 no telefone, eu vim e eles dizem que o check in é às 3, eu tenho que pagar 30 dólares a mais. Na chegada, o quarto estava tão sujo que meus pés ficaram pretos 2 degraus tirando meus sapatos. A pia do banheiro e o chuveiro entupiram, e eu vi um bug antes de dormir 😞 Eles então me disseram que não podiam me dar meu depósito porque o quarto estava muito sujo. Não me dê um quarto já sujo então ??? 😭

Told me check in was at 12 over the phone, I come and they say check in is at 3, I have to pay an extra 30 dollars. Upon arrival, the room was so dirty my feet turned black 2 steps taking my shoes off. Both bathroom sink and shower clogged, and I saw a bug before sleeping 😞 They then told me they couldn’t give me my deposit because the room was too dirty. Don’t give me an already dirty room then ??? 😭

Não profissional e rude. se houver zero eu vou escolher Minha reserva foi cancelada sem aviso prévio. Fui para LA e planejei minha viagem para passar a noite e eles cancelaram minha reserva sem me ligar ou avisar. Se você está planejando reservar um quarto neste lugar, certifique-se de ter o plano B hospedado em outro lugar, pois sua reserva pode ser cancelada a qualquer momento e você passará a noite na rua.

Unprofessional and rude. if there is zero i will choose My reservation was cancelled without notice. Went to LA and plan my trip to stay overnight and they cancelled my reservation without calling or notifying me. If you are planning to book a room in this place make sure to have plan B staying somewhere else as your reservation may be canceled at anytime and you will spend the night on street.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, en el baño había pelos y restos de los anteriores clientes. La toalla de hecho estaba rota, y tenia restos de lo que parecía ser cera de oídos, un poco cutre en ese sentido. Pedimos dejar las maletas allí para no cargarlas durante todo el día, pagando si era necesario, y desde la dirección nos dijeron que no, que no tenían sitio donde dejarlas... Visitar Los Ángeles cargando con tus maletas...
