Hotel sólido em uma boa localização perto da Disneyland. Provavelmente não é a melhor das boas opções ao redor. Não é branco a uma curta distância se você estiver com uma família, mas o ônibus ART está lá para um transporte fácil e barato. Os quartos com beliches são ótimos para famílias. As camas em geral não são tão boas. Mas de forma alguma desconfortável. Roupa de cama e travesseiros são apenas medíocres. Tem duas grandes piscinas e banheiras de hidromassagem. Um para adultos apenas no último andar com uma excelente vista. Adoraria dar 5 estrelas, mas é um pouco mais longe do que eu queria poder andar e, por causa da roupa de cama, só posso ir 4 no máximo. A equipe foi boa e útil.

Um dos nossos lugares favoritos em que ficamos durante nossa viagem à Califórnia. Hotel foi super limpo e bem conservado, funcionários simpáticos e localização conveniente para a Disneyland. Decoração divertida, brilhante e colorida. O nosso quarto era com duas camas queen size + beliches. As crianças gostaram da piscina, banheira de hidromassagem e zona de mergulho. Ótimo pequeno local no lobby para café e lanches rápidos em movimento. Lavanderia no local e uma loja para ajudar nas estadias mais longas. Recomendo esta localização e ficaria novamente!

Solid hotel in a good location near Disneyland. Probably not the best of the good options around. Not white in walking distance if you’re with a family but the ART bus is there for easy and cheap transportation. Rooms with the bunk beds are great for families. The beds overall aren’t that great. But by no means uncomfortable. Bedding and pillows are just mediocre. Has two great pools and hot tubs. One for adults only on the top floor with a great view. Would love to give it 5 stars but it’s just slightly further than I wanted to be able to walk and because of the bedding I can only go 4 max. Staff was good and helpful.

It has a great aesthetic and close to Disneyland. The restaurant was pretty good, at least better than many hotels. Nice coffee shop. Unfortunately, not very clean, carpeting throughout lobby and hallways were quite stained. The upholstered chairs in the room were very stained, I didn’t want to sit on them. The toilet kept sounding like it was plugged, not wanting to flush right.Day 1: no hand soap in room Day 2: room wasn’t cleaned, they are supposed to do a light cleaning, we were out of our room 7:30-4:30. Requested soap and extra towels, which were happily provided. Day 3: room cleaned but left us with only 2-3 towels. That evening our toilet got backed up, we told the front desk, they said they would send someone, never did. We spent the next morning trying to figure out where to use a restroom.

One of our favourite spots we stayed at during our trip to California. Hotel was super clean and well maintained, friendly staff and convenient location to Disneyland. Fun decor, bright and colourful. Our room was get with two full size queen beds + bunk beds. Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and splash zone. Great little spot in the lobby for coffee and quick snacks on the go. On site laundry and a store to help with the longer stays. Would highly recommend this location and would stay again!

Família e eu tiramos uma semana de férias para a Disneylândia. O hotel é moderno, limpo e espaçoso. As comodidades eram decentes. Para nós, acho que a única coisa que faltava era talvez uma kitchenette e uma banheira. Mas, a piscina e a cabana foram incríveis. Poderíamos ter utilizado o café-da-manhã de cortesia, mas não é um disjuntor do negócio. Hotel é provavelmente um pouco mais longe do parque, então normalmente gostaríamos..mas não extremamente. As áreas de estacionamento eram bem iluminadas e limpas e pareciam estar bem conservadas. Todos em todos, uma estadia agradável e com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente se a escolha.

Family and myself took a weeklong vacation to Disneyland. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. The amenities were decent. For us, i think the only thing they were missing, was perhaps a kitchenette and a bathtub. But, the pool and the cabana's were awesome. We could have used complimentary breakfast but its not a deal breaker. Hotel is probably a little farther from the park then we would normally like..but not extremely so. Parking areas were well lit and clean and appeared to be well maintained. All in all, an enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay here again if given the choice.

Realmente lindo hotel e de longe o melhor hotel que já ficamos. A equipe foi agradável e amigável. O quarto também era muito limpo e agradável. Eu realmente gosto que eles tenham uma garagem fechada. Eles também estão a cerca de 5 minutos da Disneyland se você planeja ir para lá. Eu não tenho queixas. Eu recomendo. Definitivamente estará de volta no futuro.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Foi a nossa primeira vez na Disneyland, então não tínhamos certeza da localização ou do que esperar. No entanto, este hotel foi perfeito. Really beautiful hotel and by far the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was also really clean and nice. I really like that they a closed in parking garage. They're also about 5 mins away from Disneyland if you plan to go there. I have no complaints. I highly recommend. Will definitely be back in the future.

We had a great stay. It was our first time to Disneyland so we were not sure on location or what to expect. However, this hotel was perfect. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and very welcoming. The location was fine. There are some buildings going up near by but you can not hear it. It was close to Disney but the ART bus is highly recommended to travel with.

Eu amei este hotel. Era perto da Disneylândia. As camas eram super confortáveis. O AC ficou muito frio, o que eu amo e é sempre difícil de encontrar! Eles fizeram as camas e tivemos toalhas limpas todos os dias. Todos os funcionários que encontramos foram muito simpáticos e super prestativos! Minha filha adorou a piscina aquecida e nós realmente amamos a grande banheira de hidromassagem… especialmente depois de caminhar pelos parques todos os dias! I loved this hotel.It was close to Disneyland.The beds were super comfy.The AC got really cold which I love and that’s always hard to find!They made the beds and we had fresh towels every day.All the staff we encountered were very nice and super helpful!My daughter loved the heated pool and we really loved the large hot tub… especially after walking around the parks every day!This will be our go to hotel for all our Disneyland trips in the future!

Check-in foi suave e fácil. A equipe é extremamente simpática e cortês. Os quartos são muito limpos e modernos. Estacionamento era conveniente e abundante. A distância para Downtown Disney e os parques temáticos da Disney são aproximadamente 5 minutos de carro. Se preferir, há um serviço de transporte que o levará até lá, mas há uma taxa para isso. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Rooms are very clean and modern. Parking was convenient and plentiful. The distance to Downtown Disney and the Disney theme parks are approximately a 5 minute drive. If you prefer, there is a shuttle that will take you there but there is a fee for this. There are plenty of good spots to eat as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Excelentes nuevas instalaciones de este bien ubicado hotel, lastima de su personal y de su Administracion. Personal de recepcion nada empatico y despota, no se ponen en los zapatos de un viajero cansado que necesita orientacion, buen trato, higiene y descanso para disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Con el pretexto del COVID, ademas de lo anterior; no hacen la limpieza de la habitacion mas que cada 3 dias; completamente al contrario de lo que requiere el covid, limpieza e higiene

I took my family here for a week trip to Disneyland. This is a fantastic hotel. I think earlier reviews were likely struggling with the pains of a new hotel opening. This hotel has been open for 6 months now, and I think they have things smoothed through.Scott and Alyssa at the front desk were helpful and kind. Check in was a breeze and Scott shared plenty of knowledge on how to get around the hotel and to the park. Alyssa helped with last minute room needs like extra towels and pillows.The room itself was spacious enough for 4 adults and 1 toddler. There's enough space in the closet to put a few luggage bags and there was plenty of space to put away our clothes.The room was clean. The bathroom was also spacious. There are 2 sinks which is convenient and the shower has an adjustable height shower head in addition to a rainfall shower head.The only complaint I have are the beds. The bed was a little too firm, but I get that all bodies are different. It's not a cheap bed kind of firm, it does seem like a durable bed. The only other complaint I have is the pillow selection. There are only two: flat and hard, big and fluffy. The fluffy pillow already seemed to be worn out, it felt like there were clumped up cotton in the pillow.We used the main pool on the ground floor which was heated and the hot tub as well. Plenty of seating and towels for guests.I also went to the rooftop bar and pool which was also a nice amenity.Parking is a breeze and the garage is next to the elevators that took us to our roomsThe ART Bus shows up in the actual valet spot of the hotel, not the road, which was a very nice perk to have at this hotel.Overall our family was happy with our stay.

Staff was great, very helpful and professional. The room was big enough for 4 grown adults very clean. 2 small complaints, the bed is a little stiff for my liking and the shower took a long time getting got. But besides those small things a great stay. Another plus is that the hotel is close enough for a quick drive to Disneyland but far enough away that its very quiet. Definitely found my new go to hotel.

This hotel is exceptional. Wonderful rooms, amazing decore, views for miles. Great restaurants and staff along with delicious food. To top it off the view from the rooftop restaurants wow! My girlfriend and I came to this hotel to give an honest review and vlog about this new hotel that opened up near Disneyland and to hopefully help drive back business back to the hospitality industry that has suffered during this pandemic. We were not sponsored by the hotel in anyway and spent our own money on the stay and it money well spent.

Hotel maravilhoso. Meu marido e eu ficamos lá e tivemos uma ótima experiência. Os adultos apenas piscina e banheira de hidromassagem na cobertura são maravilhosos - excelente vista da Disneyland. Os quartos são amplos, modernos e limpos. Eu recomendo fortemente uma bebida no bar da cobertura do Blu Sky - deliciosos coquetéis e comida saborosa. Hotel maravilloso. Mi marido y yo nos alojamos allí y tuvimos una gran experiencia. La piscina de la azotea solo para adultos y el jacuzzi son maravillosos: una gran vista de Disneyland. Las habitaciones son grandes, modernas y limpias. Recomiendo encarecidamente una bebida en el bar de la azotea de Blu Sky: deliciosos cócteles y deliciosa comida. Además, el transporte a Disneyland es bastante fácil usando el sistema de transporte público. ¡Volveré a este hotel!

Wonderful hotel. My husband and I stayed there and had a really great experience. The adults only rooftop pool and hot tub are wonderful - great view of Disneyland. The rooms are large, modern and clean. I highly recommend a drink at the rooftop bar at Blu Sky - delicious cocktails and yummy food. Also, transportation to Disneyland is fairly easy using the public transportation system. I will return to this hotel!

So, the hotel is great! Beautiful hotel. Great rooms. BUT we had some weird stuff come up I feel the staff needs better training on. We arrived at 11 and had to check in earlier to head to Disneyland and got charged $85 for such. When all other hotels let you check in early for free. If the room is available, why charge so much more? Then secondly I was checking my account and got charged $50 for parking, when we flew in and didn’t have a car. So I just called in now and upon inquiring why I was charged for parking when I did not have a car parked there, she lectured me on why it’s better to have a credit card and not a debit card. I never leave negative reviews but I’m very much so disappointed in the staff of this hotel. The hotel is fantastic, as for the staff and all these random charges, very unprofessional. Do not lecture me on how I go about my money, especially since I just paid and stayed in YOUR hotel. I recommend this hotel but you need to work on your staff as well as the random charges here and there.

Had been curious to stay in this hotel for a while now and finally had the chance. This was a week before 4th of July. Really nice looking hotel, although the main reason for my booking this hotel was to have access to the views from the rooftop. Although when I checked in I was disappointed to find out that the rooftop is closed Sundays and Mondays. Even the restaurant in the lobby was closed. So as much as I really wanted to enjoy the views on top I had to settle for the pool on the main level. Overall really great looking new hotel, just double check to make sure all the amenities you want are open.

I wish I could give it no stars. "How was the stay?" I guess I can't really consider it a stay seeing as the ladies at the front desk had the police escort my two friends out. After booking a room for two nights my friends, who I was getting the room for, needed to put a card on file for incidentals they said. Which is another $100 per night charge. Okay, sure. Not a problem butIt took them about 15 minutes to move the money around as to have it on a physical card since they would not take mine over the phone or use the card I booked the rooms with. I guess the staff grew impatient waiting for them to do this so they literally called the cops on them. Canceled the reservation and refused service to them. At this point all my money is tied up waiting for the refund this hotel promised so I can't book another hotel and my friends are stuck on the street with all their luggage. I called and spoke to whoever does security and they refused to give me any information about why they were denying service to my friends and she was quite rude. Very very unimpressed. Save your money, you'll have a much better stay at a cheaper hotel where the staff is more personable.

My husband I wanted to stay locally for our anniversary. We watch the hotel being built and thought it would be a nice place to experience, especially the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, our stay will not be remembered for the excellence, but for the pure absurdity of it all. The amenities are what draw you to a hotel. Such as the rooftop pool, unfortunately it closes at 5pm. Restaurants, there's "only" one onsite, if your a seafood eater your golden. Room service? Don't ask, not available. Complimentary water in your room, not even, you must go to the gift store or a vending machine. Grab and go food , closes at 11am. Parking? $25 a day, to leave the structure, you have to have them buzz you out from the front desk. I've stayed at other hotels during covid, these are not covid issues, they should rethink whether or not they should be open until there ready. And what's the smell when you first walk in? A new hotel smell?

Had been curious to stay in this hotel for a while now and finally had the chance. This was a week before 4th of July. Really nice looking hotel, although the main reason for my booking this hotel was to have access to the views from the rooftop. Although when I checked in I was disappointed to find out that the rooftop is closed Sundays and Mondays. Even the restaurant in the lobby was closed. So as much as I really wanted to enjoy the views on top I had to settle for the pool on the main level. Overall really great looking new hotel, just double check to make sure all the amenities you want are open.

I wish I could give it no stars. "How was the stay?" I guess I can't really consider it a stay seeing as the ladies at the front desk had the police escort my two friends out. After booking a room for two nights my friends, who I was getting the room for, needed to put a card on file for incidentals they said. Which is another $100 per night charge. Okay, sure. Not a problem but It took them about 15 minutes to move the money around as to have it on a physical card since they would not take mine over the phone or use the card I booked the rooms with. I guess the staff grew impatient waiting for them to do this so they literally called the cops on them. Canceled the reservation and refused service to them. At this point all my money is tied up waiting for the refund this hotel promised so I can't book another hotel and my friends are stuck on the street with all their luggage. I called and spoke to whoever does security and they refused to give me any information about why they were denying service to my friends and she was quite rude. Very very unimpressed. Save your money, you'll have a much better stay at a cheaper hotel where the staff is more personable.

Estou muito satisfeito com o serviço, limpeza, aparência e comodidades deste hotel. É um hotel de 4 estrelas e parece exatamente isso. Tinha tudo o que eu precisava e queria para uma estadia com minha família. É muito perto da Disneyland e no centro de muitos restaurantes excelentes. Logo na saída da rodovia, posso voltar para casa (para Los Angeles) e para qualquer outro lugar (como South Coast Plaza) com facilidade. Os quartos são espaçosos e o quarto que eu tinha era excelente para a minha família, com um beliche e uma mesa / banco para comer, além da poltrona normal e uma secretária para trabalhar. Eu vou ficar aqui a qualquer momento que estiver em Anaheim! Sem queixas.

Justo al salir de la autopista, puedo regresar a casa (a Los Ángeles) y a cualquier otro lugar (como South Coast Plaza) con facilidad. I'm very pleased with the service, cleanliness, look & feel and amenities at this hotel. It's a 4-star hotel and feels like exactly that. It had everything I needed and wanted for a stay with my family.
It's very close to Disneyland and central to many great eateries. Right off the freeway, I can get back home (to Los Angeles) and anywhere else (like South Coast Plaza) with ease.
The rooms are spacious and the room I had was excellent for my family, with a bunk bed and table/bench for eating in addition to the normal couch chair and desk for working.
I will stay here any time I'm in Anaheim! No complaints.

Ótima estadia, você pode agendar o ônibus ART para passar no hotel para buscá-lo caso precise de transporte. Vai para as principais áreas, incluindo a Disneylândia. Não tive a oportunidade de verificar a piscina para adultos no topo, mas a piscina de acesso geral foi excelente. Ótimo para crianças e nadadores iniciantes. O ponto mais profundo é de 5 pés, que está no centro do círculo, e chega a 3 pés em torno do perímetro externo do círculo. Aquecido e muito agradável de estar, mesmo num dia um pouco mais frio. As camas eram confortáveis, gostamos que eles colocassem uma capa de plástico descartável no controle remoto da TV, as coisas estavam muito limpas ao redor. Equipe amigável. Definitivamente recomendaria uma estadia aqui.

O hotel é limpo e moderno, mas não vale o preço. O estacionamento era gratuito, mas toda vez que você queria sair da garagem tinha que levar a chave para a recepção para ser validada, o que era demorado. O depósito de $ 100 por noite parece excessivo. Eu fiquei em hotéis melhores que não cobram depósitos estranhos. Pensamos que, por termos um quarto familiar com beliche, o hotel seria adequado para famílias, mas realmente não era acolhedor para as crianças. Não há carpete nos quartos, então os sons ecoam muito mal e se as crianças tropeçam e caem, isso os machuca muito. Meu bebê acordou e chorou e as pessoas ao lado tocando música alta bateram na parede várias vezes. Liguei para a recepção para reclamar, mas a música nunca desligou e ninguém veio ao nosso andar para verificar, apesar da regra “não há festas depois das 22h” que foi postada. Os elevadores são péssimos porque o leitor principal mal funciona e o elevador começa a seguir em uma direção diferente antes que o andar correto possa ser selecionado. Não há microondas nos quartos, os produtos de higiene são difíceis de dispensar e os quartos só são limpos e o lixo removido a cada 3 dias. Parece que este hotel está cobrando muito, mas cortando custos de qualquer maneira que eles podem.

Great stay, you can schedule the ART bus to stop by the hotel to pick you up if you need transportation. Goes to major areas including Disneyland. Didn't get a chance to check out the adult pool up top, but the general access pool was excellent. Great for younger kids and beginner swimmers. The deepest point is 5 ft, that's at the center of the circle, and it comes up to 3ft around the outer perimeter of the circle. Heated and very pleasant to be in, even on a slightly colder day. Beds were comfortable, we liked that they put a disposable plastic cover on the TV remote, things were very clean all around. Friendly staff. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

Nossa estadia foi ótima. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Blu sky bar é incrível! Grite para Danny! Seu serviço é excepcional. O quarto estava impecável e muito relaxante. Minha única crítica menor são os dispensadores de sabonete e xampu na sala. A forma como se assentam na parede não permite que o sabão seja empurrado para fora. Ouvi outros hóspedes falarem sobre o elevador ser difícil de usar, mas descobrimos isso muito rápido (basta usar a chave do quarto e selecionar o andar). Acho que esse é um ótimo recurso de segurança. Depois de nossa estadia no Radisson, fomos para uma árvore dupla em San Diego com nossos filhos e percebemos em comparação o quão melhor este Radisson era. Nós voltaremos!!!

Our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Blu sky bar is amazing! Shout out to Danny! His service is exceptional. The room was spotless and very relaxing. My only minor critique is the soap and shampoo dispensers in the room. The way they sit in the wall does not allow for the soap to be pushed out. I heard other guests talk about the elevator being difficult to use, but we figured it out pretty quick (just use your room key then select the floor). I think this is actually a great security feature.
After our stay at the Radisson we went to a double tree in San Diego with our kids and realized in comparison how much better this Radisson was. We will be back!!!
