Tantas coisas que eu gostei sobre este hotel. Custo e valor combinados. A localização é perfeita. Perto o suficiente para caminhar até a maioria dos pontos turísticos, mas longe o suficiente para ficar fora do trânsito e do caos. Perto do metrô para a linha 6. Abaixo do bloco é um alimentos integrais. E bagels jumbo fica a apenas três quarteirões de distância! Também um Starbucks a menos de um quarteirão. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e disposta a ajudar. O hotel está decorado como moderno e os quartos são limpos. A pressão da água era adorável e outros pequenos recursos, como uma luz de leitura da estrutura da cama, tornaram a estadia um pouco mais agradável. Tivemos suíte king. Muito espaço para um hotel de NY. Muitos armários para guardar itens. Há uma área agradável para tomar café da manhã com máquina de café expresso de cortesia! Este é o meu novo local para quando visitar NYC. Hesito em deixar uma boa crítica porque não quero torná-la muito popular!

No refrigerator or microwave inside any of the rooms. The supposed continental breakfast is just water, lemonade and muffins. The shower handle was broken and barely works. In a carriage house suite which is one best rooms and couldn’t change either temperature of the room. Oh by the way there are no water glasses in the room. ***BUT The doorman they have is wonderful!! ***

Great hotel near lots of Midtown experiences. My 2 bed was good sized, clean and very comfy. Also, not much noise for being in the heart of NYC. Be sure to check out the secret door to the lobby bathroom!

So many things I enjoyed about this hotel. Cost and worth matched up. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to most tourist spots, but far away enough to be out of the traffic and chaos. Close to subway for the 6 line. Down the block is a whole foods. And jumbo bagels is only three blocks away! Also a Starbucks less than a block. The hotel staff is very friendly and eager to help. The hotel is decorated as modern and rooms are clean. The water pressure was lovely and other small features such a reading light from the bed frame made the stay just a little more pleasant. We had king suite. Plenty of room for a NY hotel. Many cabinets to store items. There is a nice area to eat breakfast with complimentary espresso machine! This is my new spot for when I visit NYC. I hesitate to leave a good review because I don’t want to make it too popular!

Eu e minha família gostamos do Hotel 57 durante a nossa estadia no mês passado. Um membro da equipe chamado Daniel, realmente foi além! Ele é um cara incrível e eu sou grato por toda a sua ajuda.Todos os funcionários superaram nossas expectativas, eu gostaria de ter todos os seus nomes. Os quartos eram bastante espaçosos para NY. Sim, um pouco desatualizado, mas não o suficiente para me impedir de reservar com eles. A localização, a equipe e as comodidades valem o dinheiro. Muito perto do metrô. Assim como lojas e restaurantes! eu com certeza ficaria de novo. Obrigado novamente.

Me and my family enjoyed Hotel 57 during our stay last month. One staff member named Daniel, really went above and beyond! He is an amazing guy and I’m thankful for all his help. All of the staff exceeded our expectations, I wish I got all of their names. The rooms were quite spacious for NY. Yes, slightly outdated but not enough to deter me from booking with them. The location, staff and amenities are worth the money. Very close to the subway. As well as stores and restaurants! I would definitely stay again. Thanks again.

Obviamente, quando você está visitando a cidade, o objetivo é estar no hotel o mínimo possível, mas foi um refúgio tão agradável depois de um longo dia de caminhada e curtindo a cidade. Obviously when you're visiting the city the goal is to be in the hotel as little as possible, but it was such a nice retreat after a long day of walking and enjoying the city. Everyone was super friendly and I loved the decor of the hotel. Rooms aren't super fancy, but that did not matter to us at all.

The hotel offers a really convenient location for exploring New York and New Jersey.During the stay the staff were friendly and helpful and were an asset to the hotel.The rooms were fine but are in need of renovation and could have a better finish, though as a place to sleep they are comfortable.Be aware of the $40 charge per room per night, and make use of the stuff for which this is charged.

Hotel is nice. But rooms need renovation. Very old construction however preety good. Lift is super slow. Located in perfect place. I have stayed in your hotel for more than 5-6 times and your staff members are polite and kind. I appreciate a staff gesture.

A maioria dos funcionários é muito simpática (especialmente Raymond!), Mas em 4 ocasiões diferentes eu vi 3 membros da equipe que não usavam máscaras no saguão durante a pandemia. Pedi a um deles para usar uma máscara e ele gritou comigo. Conversei com a gerente e ela disse que cuidaria disso, mas no geral ela não se entusiasmou. Estou muito desapontado e não vou ficar aqui novamente, apesar do fato de que costumava ficar aqui muitas vezes.

Most of the staff is very nice (especially Raymond!) but on 4 separate occasions I saw 3 members of staff not wearing masks in the lobby during the pandemic. I asked one of them to wear a mask and he yelled at me. I talked to the manager and she said she would take care of it, but overall she was very unenthusiastic. I'm pretty disappointed and won't stay here again, despite the fact that I used to stay here often.

The customer service is really good..though like any other hotel in US not so spacious rooms.However,excellent staff and walking distance to all major NYC attractions..also right next to taco bell,subway,whole foods,GNC,CVS among many other convience stuff nearby.Awesome stay,always.

Not a bad hotel but not a good one either. The water comes out green due to the old age of the copper pipes being used throughout the hotel. Definitely not safe. The only way this issue can be resolved is to tear out every single copper pipe in the walls of the hotel and replace them with PVC; which probably won’t happen. The lobby service is mediocre: the room key cards don’t work half the time, 24 hour service is a lie: their systems go down around 10:00PM and don’t come back up until 3:00AM. All the other issues can be overlooked if you get an expensive room for very cheap (which I did) but the green water is not safe for anyone: especially children. Won’t come back again but I didn’t hate the experience. The only major issue was the green water, that includes: showers, any sink & faucet, baths, etc.

El hotel muy lindo y cómodo nos encanto, hasta el final de la estadia q nos encontramos con una factura de 280 dolares más sin saberlo... en el check-in nos pidieron la tarjeta pero nunca nos avisaron de los cargos q nos agregaron. El facility fee de 34 dolares por noche más los impuestos de la ciudad y el estado... me senti estafada...

This place was fantastic! Especially for the price right in midtown Manhattan. Very nice fitness centre and weight room which is important for me for sure. Lucy at the front desk was brilliant and made us feel at home right from the first five seconds. Unfortunately the rooms don’t offer refilled bottles of water daily or even enough bathroom supplies likes shampoo and soap, so we had to continually be asking. Also, they need a refresh of their towels… Every day the towels were tattered and shredding along the edges and tired looking. But everything was still very fresh and the room and lobby we’re very well decked out. This place was amazing! Especially for the price right in midtown Manhattan. Unfortunately the rooms don’t offer refilled bottles of water daily or even enough bathroom supplies like shampoo and soap, so we had to continually be asking. my room gets cleaned every day . . . but I was only given decaf coffee . . . which was heart breaking since I'm here for business. the regular one person queen rooms are about the size of a regular bedroom, enough room to walk around the bed. the bathroom has more room to stretch. . . but it serves its purpose. they dont have a hotel restaurant but there is a quaint diner right next door, they're pretty tasty, I go there every morning to pick up my breakfast and take my breakfast to eat on the rooftop of the hotel, which has a nice view of the empire state building not too far in the distance. . . so it saves the hotel from not having a restaurant of their own. this hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from central park, 15 minute walk from the love sculpture and 5 minute walk from the trump tower, in case anyone wanted to take a picture of that (ha). . . edit. . . this became 5 star because I could not sleep with all of the noise as I am not a New Yorker . . .and they brought me my personal fan.
