Overall it was decent. Rooms was nice and check in went smoothly. Appreciated the upgrade a Titanium member.
The only issue we had was the breakfast. The breakfast room was insanely hot and it was so uncomfortable to spend time there. There needs to be air conditioning. Also, the breakfast service was completly understaffed and people were waiting for food to come out all the time which was noticeable. The breakfast service really needs to be addressed please.

Super pleasant stay, in a prime downtown location. Great for sightseeing, and lots of places to go for an in-town walk/run.
The staff -- from the front desk clerk at night to the front desk manager -- were all extra-pleasant and helpful.
Two things to be aware of: First, you ARE right downtown (and across the street from Maxwell's Plum on one side, and Gahan House on the other)... so if you're sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs. Second, they DO have indoor parking, but if you drive a big SUV or pickup, be careful: The ceiling height is just over six feet and only in ONE of the two parking areas.
Definitely would stay here again. Recommended.

The location was great. Hotel very clean and well maintained. The parking at hotel was convenient. The breakfast was excellent very fresh. Would stay again.

Good:
- polite staff
- breakfast included and it is decent
- Rooms are spacious and have everything need for a comfortable longer than a day stay
-central location
- comfortable bed
Bad:
- TV and remote connection is really slow. Changing the channel is a chore
- center of everything, but also comes with the live music that tends to end at around midnight
- the gym lacks supplies and equipment
Ugly:
- our flight arrived before check in and rooms weren't available yet. That's fine with me to wait. Before checking in I specifically asked for a room that doesn't face the pub as I am a light sleeper - they will accommodate. Came back and was given the room right in front of the pub. Walked back and asked for another room and the junior staff had to argue with me that the pub street is not that loud. After some debate, I was shown a room at the P2 level - wasn't too happy, but I suppose. The manager came back at that time and heard my concern and was able to give me a room facing the Rogers Square. All this took extra half hour of walking around to rooms with my luggage. This situation could've handled better.
- not much of a concern for me, but should be mentioned for others. The garbage can in the kitchen was not refreshed

Great hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean and spacious and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. The breakfast was okay but free so no real complaints (had bread, bagels, cookies, eggs and breakfast meats). One note is housekeeping is not frequent and needs to be requested. Also, Argyle is quite loud. Our room was on this street and the music was going until 2am Fri/Sat, this was fine because we stayed out later anyways but I can see how others would be annoyed by this. Overall would stay here again.
