Localização boa. Ambiente escuro, cama e travesseiros moles, chuveiro fraco, limpeza preguiçosa, café da manhã só razoável e uma péssima experiência com a recepção. Não volto. Não indico.

O hotel é bem próximo da Times Square. Praticamente é só virar uma quadra para chegar lá. Os quartos são pequenos porém Vale muito a pena por conta da localização. O hotel fica também há duas quadras do metrô, que ajuda muito. É tudo bem limpo e bem funcional nos quartos, você percebe que aproveitaram bem todos os espaços. Acredito que o hotel é só para dormir mesmo E o resto do dia ser aproveitado na cidade. Na região da Times Square não adianta ficar procurando por preço é sim disponibilidade, porque no geral os hotéis são bem caros. Há, o café da manhã também é muito Bom!

Um excelente hotel para ficar nos redores da Times Square em NYC. O hotel é chamoso, discreto e tem um café da manhã delicioso. Não se escuta barulho, o staff é muito competente. Chegamos as 9 da manha e havia um quarto disponivel. E conseguimos negociar um late checkout sem custo. Voltando a NYC vou ficar lá de novo !

Pros: decent location 10-15 minute walk to most locations, pool, friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check into a room early in the morning instead of just dropping our bags. They upgraded and moved our room to get us away from a group that yelled and banged on each other’s doors late at night and early in the morning.
Cons: no hot water the entire 4 days we were there. City was working on it and even after they fixed it the water was still too cold to shower in. Hotel is clean where it matters but could use some repairs

Stayed for 2 nights, no hot water the entire time because of a boiler issue. Pool wasn't heated because of that. No soap in the room, stains on the bed. Would not recommend at all.

There were bugs under my bed, I would not recommend! Ahhh. in two different rooms. I was upgraded after the first situation, then there were more tiny ants under the bed in the second room.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed staying here. The hotel is in an amazing location, a 5-minute walk to Times Square but far enough that it's not super busy or loud. The staff was excellent, and very accommodating. My room was definitely on the smaller side but this is NYC and should be expected. I have stayed at The W hotel in the past where I paid hundreds more per night but the room is the same size as this room so don't feel like you're getting gypped when you walk in and see a small room. Note that not every room comes with a desk. I had to work during the day so I requested a room with a desk at check-in and the front desk clerk was super nice about re-assigning me to a room with one. Bathroom was clean, bed was super comfortable, cute decor, great shower head, free wifi. For the price and quality of the hotel, this might be the best deal in NYC.

From the second that we checked into the hotel until the second we checked out, the staff was the friendliest group of people that you could ever imagine. During check in there were three staff members at the front desk that welcomed us, they were extremely friendly and informative, they even had us standing there laughing for a good five minutes. The rooms were so cute, the size was exactly what you would expect for a New York hotel, the shower was amazing, we even ordered the room service and from the delivery man to the food I was nothing but impressed. During check out Allen was at the front desk and for being 4:30 in the morning, that man was super pleasant and genuinely concerned about what we thought of our stay. He took the time to ask us about our trip and what we enjoyed most about New York, our thoughts on the hotel, if there was anything else that we would like to see. He made us feel as though he truly cared about our stay. My husband and I will continue to use this hotel for all of our New York stays and I recommend everyone else looking for a nice, clean, friendly place to come here as well. Thanks for making our hotel stay one less worry.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The front desk employes are great, but i booked it because Hotels.com showed it as part of a Silver Membership program, they did not even know what was that program, so the main problem was the website, but the experience at the hotel wasn't good at all, the lobby and the room smelled cigarette and weed, very intense the hole time there. We got a room in the 3rd floor, when i asked for a quiet room, it felt like sleeping on the street. The shower was not clean, and an employee woke us up knocking the door at 8AM asking at what time we where going to do the check out when it showed until 12PM. Horrible experience from the booking agent and at our stay at the hotel. And after asking for refund they offer us a 20% of the booking price, so you know, do not choose this hotel and nor Hotels.com.

Excelente todo, muy atentos los recepcionistas, siempre saludan cuando uno se va o llega al hotel, además de muy buena disposición. Lo único es que las murallas son muy delgadas y las puertas estan muy cercas, por lo que derrepente sentía que abrían nuestra puerta cuando era la del frente, lo que nos asustó a veces. Increíblemente bien ubicado. Limpio el lugar y tiene piscina bajo techo.

Check-in process was quick and efficient. All staff (especially maintenance and custodial) were exceptionally helpful. During our first day, a maintenance staff member bolted back to the elevator to make sure the door was held open for us. The room was clean and updated. A very quick walk to Times Square, the subway, and hundreds of restaurants! Would absolutely stay again!

I loved this hotel so much I booked another trip to NYC just to stay here again. I really enjoyed my stay, the location and amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast was delicious, the sauna, gym and pool area is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the rainfall shower. My favorite place to stay in New York City I would highly recommend booking here.

Room was small but very clean and very beautiful and sleek. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel is just far away from times square to sleep great and not too noisy. Great pool area and the cafeteria is beautiful as well as the bar area. The rest room in the room very spacious and rain shower is nice . Like I said, Theroom is small but no one goes to be in the room all day. The room serves its purpose perfectly. Will stay there again.

Muy mal la política de devolución de las reservas no reembolsables, que su establecimiento está llevando a cabo ante la situación que estamos sufriendo a nivel mundial. He reclamado la devolución del importe de la reserva que tengo para el mes de julio, y lo único que recibo son evasivas y largas, sin una respuesta clara. Deben recordar, que si su prioridad es el bienestar de los clientes, no es solo de palabra, sino también de hechos, y de momento todo se queda en bonitas palabras. Es una pena que empresas Estadounidenses hallan entendido la situación y hallan reembolsado los importes de las reservas, y esta empresa que es española (en teoria) no atienda las solicitudes personas españolas.

Un trato muy bueno. En español una encargada espectacular que nos solucionó todas las dudas sobre la marcha y nos ayudó para que estuviéramos lo más cómodos posibles. Y la ubicación es inmejorable, la piscina es muy chula con su bar y toallas de cortesía para todos los huéspedes. Las habitaciones siempre limpias es la 2da vez que vamos y nos encanta .

Inolvidable. El personal de recepción fue increíblemente amable y nos ayudo muchísimo con todo. La habitación era preciosa y muy acogedora, no le faltaba de nada. La piscina interior es una joya, por no hablar de su desayuno buffet, de los más completos que haya visto. En general es un hotel 10 y repetiremos sin lugar a dudas, gracias a todo el equipo de Room Mate Grace por hacer que nuestra estancia fuese inmejorable.
