Located in the new pulse of downtown LA: The Bloc. We have completely revitalized our hotel through a $75 million redesign. We have activated the entire hotel. From our welcoming lobby and open-air Deck to our top-floor Club Lounge, every area in our hotel has been activated by our revitalization. All of our guestrooms have been redesigned and now feature crisp modern bathrooms, a casual contemporary décor and technology upgrades including Quadriga tech platforms that make each guestroom a standalone hotspot. Our location, inside The Bloc, allows you to experience LA just the way you like, with fantastic shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues just steps away. The newly created Metro stop just outside our door puts all of LA – and beyond - within easy reach. But why leave? Downtown LA has never been more vibrant.

I enjoyed my stay. Great interior. I was very disappointed with food. My breakfast was terrible. Not so crazy about outside . They could have at least one or two concrete benches or seating outside. On the side. Of they had the cooks that's at the Sheraton Gateway and outside exterior. It would be 💯. However it's a great location for downtown and mall shopping.

We had an absolutely five star stay here for a business trip. They were super welcoming and gave us a beautiful and quiet room. The lounge is quite nice and very well stocked. We had zero complaints. Even the valet is very convenient and offered friendly service. We already booked it again for the next business in two weeks.

Central location next to the Bloc & Metro stop. Lovely rooftop outdoor area. Well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Valet pickup on bottom floor. Elevators use keys and preselect of floor like other DTLA hotels. Lower floors have views of art deco buildings next door.

Great clean rooms. Great restaurant. Be prepared to shave or try to see yourself in the dark in their restrooms. Your restroom vanity lighting is ridiculously dark and they know this already.

We were stressed from driving in traffic downtown, but as soon as we pulled into the well designed check in area we felt relief. When we checked in with our little dog, we felt like the staff was taking good care of us! From the valet who took our car to the staff at the front desk, and the concierge guys who always seemed to be there whenever we needed a hand. They upgraded us to the third floor that had an outdoor patio right off the room. Perfect for our pet! And at the end of the hallway is a huge beautiful garden patio with heaters where we were able to enjoy dinner (from the restaurant on site) with our daughter who lives nearby. Beautiful rooms! They even provided a doggie bed and poop bags and food/water dish for our stay. The room was clean, modern, and very nicely decorated. Everything felt brand new.
