Beautiful grounds, however i paid extra for a room with a garden view and they tried to stick me by the pool, when I mentioned it, they proceeded to try and give me the view I paid for. However ot was not worth the extra money. I was charged an outrageous 40 resort fee or parking fee every single day, for what I'm not sure but I was not told about it being a daily charge and would never have stayed that long had Iknown.

The view from our room was amazing was like being at a tropical island. I loved a¢Â¤a¯Â¸Â the view. Would definitely stay there again The hotel was a 10. And the staff was amazing. But $23.00 a day for parking as a guest was a shocker but it was still nice.

The staff was absolutely lovely, pretty much everyone at the front desk that I encountered was super helpful and sweet, the ladies and men who clean the rooms or brought us cups and what not were also super duper friendly and sweet. I felt very welcomed. There's not much to complain about, breakfast was great, workers were great, I know it's out of hotel staffs ability but I was not aware that we couldn't get our room cleaned while we were out, but no big deal!

the first room that I was given, didn't meet my expectations. It was adjacent to laundry room and housecleaning supply room. I called front desk and they were very nice and moved me immediately to a more satisfactory room. There was a lot of Monday morning noise--who uses a blower at pre-dawn hours?? I guess they do!! Really strange and loud noises to wake up to!!!

Rooms are extremely clean, and They have a heated Pool. The rooms do not have patios. Jacuzzi was closed due to COVID-19, but that's not their fault, I'd love if I had the chance to try it.

Very convenient to everything. Just letting staff know to tell everything to guests. I was not informed on $50 hold on room. When I called they told me it would be $1,400 yes $1,400 a night. A manager confirmed me that was ridiculous and wrong.

Location right off the freeway Too noisy, couldn't sleep well due to room being right where people come in and out of cars in parking lot. Also the parking fee for night was outrageous!!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received at any hotel of any star level. It started with at the front desk and continued through every other employee we encountered. I will always stay here when we are in town.

Location It's nice that hotel can accommodate people with this abilities however the modifications that were made to the room were a bit awkward for people who are not disabled... The hotel is outdated! Drinks at bar were watered down too! Parking not include

Location and proximity to the freeway, but you don't hear any freeway noise, private in that respect. The beds and bedding are amazing and you will sleep like a dream. Pretty quiet in spite of our room being on the end near the door and ice maker. $20 parking fee that was not disclosed at the time of reservation in addition to taxes etc. The thermostat is not on the right wall and there's no instructions. The TV kept losing signal and the phone did not have instructions to call the front desk.

The hotel was a great place to have a staycation... Bathroom configuration needs to be addressed. Door slammed into bathtub and was cramped.
