I have been a platinum elite member since 2016, and I can say this is by far the WORSThotel I have ever stayed in. From beginning to end , the shuttle has a old damp water and cigarette smell. The front desk does not greet you upon entering just looks at you, normally it's a good afternoon or welcome back nope just stares. There is a $10 a night up charge free for any guest after 2 that's not listed on the booking website or in the building nor are you informed at check in even though i was asked how many guest, iwas not aware until I asked about the additional$40 charge, when I checked out. The guestroom levels have a bad odor. The pictures on the siteare far from accurate. The room with old and out dated, the water drains slow in the tub so if you are showering make sure you turn the shower on from the beginning or you will be standing in a tub full of water. The ceiling appeared to have bad water damage which could be a reason for the smell. The bed is a pile of ROCKS. No Microwave at all on site No mini fridge If you are familiar with Chinese or Vietnamese then you might want to grab you something to eat/drink prior to heading back to the room. Do not waste your money if you looking for anything that is at least normal accommodations.

Praticamente tudo fica a poucos passos deste hotel, se você planeja passar um tempo no centro de Flushing - que é como a pequena China. Há toneladas de ótimos restaurantes autênticos e lojas nas proximidades.Os quartos do hotel são confortáveis, limpos e silenciosos. O lobby recém-reformado é ótimo, e a equipe é profissional e amigável. Há também uma sala do clube para aqueles que têm acesso.As únicas desvantagens que eu mencionaria foram que existem dois conjuntos de elevadores que você precisa navegar, um conjunto para os quartos e outro para o nível inferior e garagem. Eles não estavam com ar condicionado nos corredores (pelo menos no 16) e no nível do estacionamento, então, enquanto eu não precisava passar muito tempo neles, eles estavam desconfortavelmente quentes.Definitivamente meu hotel para ficar na área.

Participei de uma conferência aqui na semana passada e foi uma ótima experiência. Mas fiquei especialmente impressionado com sua equipe de manobrista! Eu havia deixado uma garrafinha de água que tinha valor sentimental e foi devolvida para mim por causa dos esforços extras feitos pelo pessoal do manobrista, juntamente com a recepcionista do hotel. Este hotel e sua equipe são todos de classe!! O ambiente é limpo, limpo e moderno. No geral, é um ótimo ambiente. Se eu tivesse que passar a noite na área, seria uma decisão fácil reservar uma estadia aqui. Obrigado Sheraton pela equipe tão bem.

I attended a conference here last week and it was a great experience all around. But I was especially impressed with their valet staff! I had left a water flask which had sentimental value and it was shipped back to me because of the extra efforts made by the valet staff, along with the hotel’s receptionist. This hotel and its staff is all class!!
The atmosphere is neat, clean, and modern. Overall, it’s a great environment. If I had to stay overnight in the area it would be an easy decision to book a stay here. Thank you Sheraton for staffing so well.

Virtually everything is steps away from this hotel if you're planning on spending time in downtown Flushing - which is like little China. There are tons of great, authentic restaurants and shopping nearby.
The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. The newly remodeled lobby is great, and the staff is professional and friendly. There is also a club room for those that have access.
The only downsides I'd mention were that there are two sets of elevators you have to navigate, one set for the rooms, and the other for the lower level and parking garage. They weren't running AC in the hallways (at least on 16) and the parking level so while I didn't have to spend much time in them they were uncomfortably warm.
Definitely my go-to hotel for staying in the area.

O lobby foi recentemente renovado. Mais importante ainda, os funcionários da recepção são muito prestativos e gentis. Originalmente, eu deveria ficar mais tempo, mas tive que fazer o check-out alguns dias antes porque meu bebê estava doente e não estava dormindo bem. Tivemos que viajar para casa mais cedo do que o esperado. O gerente nos deu um reembolso pelos dias em que não estávamos hospedados, embora as estadias no hotel não sejam reembolsáveis. Que pessoa gentil! Eu nunca vou esquecê-la! Eu gostaria de ter pego o nome dela.

Minha experiência foi boa, o quarto estava limpo, o serviço foi excelente. Eu gostaria que fosse em um local diferente, com mais opções de restaurantes. Foi um fim de semana prolongado muito caro. Muito caro. A equipe da recepção foi muito atenciosa. Obrigado Kevin, Mathew, as belas senhoras fizeram um excelente trabalho para tornar a minha estadia confortável.

Lobby is newly renovated. Most importantly, the staff at the front desk are so very helpful and kind. I was originally supposed to stay longer but had to check out a couple of days earlier because my baby was sick and wasn’t sleeping well. We had to travel home earlier than expected. The manager gave us a refund for the days that we weren’t staying even though hotel stays are non-refundable. What a kind person! I’ll never forget her! I wish I caught her name.

My experience was good, the room was clean, the service was excellent. I wish it was in a different location with more choice of restaurants. It was a long weekend very pricey. Too expensive. The Front Desk Team was very accommodating. Thank you Kevin, Mathew, the beautiful ladies did an excellent job to make my stay comfortable.

Bonito, novo e confortável. Eu colocaria isso como meus três melhores hotéis. Eu viajo muito e estava animado para experimentar este novo hotel. Estacionamento era um pouco demais, US$ 30 por dia para manobrista, mas isso é Nova York, então sim. Gostei dos quartos limpos, a equipe muito simpática do hotel (a senhora da recepção nos fez confortável e foi tão doce). Recomendaria e da próxima vez que estiver em NY, ficarei aqui.

Eu viajo para Flushing cerca de uma vez por mês. Eu costumava dizer no Hyatt do outro lado da rua em In Flushing há 10 meses que vi que o Sheridan estava sendo reformado e estava ansioso para ficar quando concluído. Fiquei lá ontem à noite. O atendimento aos hóspedes foi excelente. Do estacionamento ao quarto. Eu estava em Washington DC e liguei tarde para a reserva. Liguei às 3 e só consegui reservar um quarto com cama de casal padrão. Quando fiz o check-in, perguntei se poderia obter um single king, e a recepção foi capaz de me acomodar. O quarto era ótimo e minha equipe foi ótima. Viajo com frequência e estou muito impressionado com a equipe e as acomodações. Este é agora o hotel em que ficarei no futuro.

I travel to Flushing about once a month. I used to say at the Hyatt across the street in In Flushing for 10 months now I saw the Sheridan was getting remodeled and I was looking forward to staying when completed. I stayed there last evening. The guest service was excellent. From the parking to the room. I was in Washington DC and called late for the reservation. I called at 3 and could only book a standard double bed room. When I checked in I asked if I could get a king single, and the desk was able to accommodate me. The room was great and my staff was terrific. I travel frequently and I’m very impressed with the staff and accommodations. This is now the hotel I will be staying at in the future.

Nice, new and comfortable. I would put this as my top three hotels. I travel alot and was excited to try this new hotel. Parking was a bit much, $30 a day for valet, but that's New York, so yeah. I enjoyed the clean rooms, the very friendly hotel staff (the lady at the front desk made us comfortable and was so sweet). Would recommend and next time I'm in NY, I'm staying here.
