We checked in late cause our flight was late,called the hotel and the shuttle came and picked us up ,matter fact he was there by the time we got outside and he was very accommodating,helped with the bags and opened the doors for us.

Great location - shuttle to and from airport was fast and convenient. Our bedding had a noticeable perfume smell - I'm sensitive to strong scents (give me headaches) and this was just on the verge of too much scent.

Rooms were comfy and clean. Construction going on right across the parking lot on the same side as my room. 1st thing in the morning, your woken up by pound pile driving bangs as they pound steal beams in the ground.

Hotel was clean and staff was welcoming. Good breakfast, but would like to have more fruits options. Door seems do not have proper insulation hence any chats over the corridor may disturb. It was a bit uncomfortable to find the entrance to the small pool/gym/hot tub is located in the breakfast serving area, you have to pass through it.

Fantastic large hot tub open 24/7 with perfect water temperature and strong soothing jets. Good breakfast. Nice exterior and interior. Room exceptionally clean. Bed and blankets very comfortable. Quiet. The best value for price paid in the Buffalo area. No. Everything was wonderful.

The price, the close location to the airport, the free breakfast, room was clean and spacious. The front desk at arrival after midnight was courteous. The staff in the afternoon of 2/13/19 was reluctant to help with a computer not turning to the airline site and later refused to help with the printer that would not print the third boarding pass.
