I just checked out and it was a nice experience. Very pleasant apartment and had everything one may need. Although it’s not walking distance to the beach, the location is good, close to Miami Design District and Wynwood. It has a parking garage and a parking spot is included in your stay for no extra cost. Overall quiet and had no problems with the construction work going on the surroundings. Also, we did not hear anything from the other apartments. We gave four stars because the cleaning could use some improvement, but nothing that was a problem or got in the way for a nice time! Definitely recommend it and would stay again! Oh, the elevator was working during our stay. Acabei de fazer check-out e foi uma experiência agradável. Apartamento muito agradável e tinha tudo o que se pode precisar. Embora não seja uma caminhada até a praia, a localização é boa, perto do Miami Design District e Wynwood. Tem uma garagem e uma vaga de estacionamento está incluída na sua estadia sem nenhum custo extra. No geral tranquilo e não teve problemas com as obras nos arredores. Além disso, não ouvimos nada dos outros apartamentos. Demos quatro estrelas porque a limpeza poderia melhorar um pouco, mas nada que fosse um problema ou atrapalhasse um bom tempo! Apartamento muy agradable y tenía todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Aunque no está a poca distancia de la playa, la ubicación es buena, cerca de Miami Design District y Wynwood. Tiene un garaje de estacionamiento y una plaza de aparcamiento está incluida en su estancia sin costo adicional. En general tranquilo y no tuve problemas con el trabajo de construcción en los alrededores. Además, no escuchamos nada de los otros apartamentos. I was there for 6 nights, the day before I flew in I got an email informing me the elevator is down. I finished my trip and the elevator was still down. We stayed on the top floor which is the 4th floor, with a bad knee and lack of proper accommodations we had to carry our luggage up from the garage to the 4th floor.If you plan on using the pull out couch expect to sleep with light in your face, the outside lights in the courtyard are bright and light up the place.Unless you stayed to close the door expect a loud bang.Location wise it was close to a lot, took the trolley a couple times which was free. There is a nice food place in the area which is about 4 different food trucks which all provided great food. Access to lots of things to do in walking distance. Ficamos no último andar que é o 4º andar, com um joelho ruim e falta de acomodações adequadas tivemos que carregar nossa bagagem da garagem até o 4º andar.Se você planeja usar o sofá-cama, espere dormir com a luz no rosto, as luzes externas do pátio são brilhantes e iluminam o local.A menos que você tenha ficado para fechar a porta espere um estrondo.Localização sábia, era perto de muito, peguei o bonde algumas vezes, o que era gratuito. Há um lugar agradável de comida na área que é cerca de 4 caminhões de alimentos diferentes que todos forneceram boa comida. Acesso a muitas coisas para fazer a uma curta distância.

Lugar muito legal para ficar. Limpar. Nostálgico e moderno ao mesmo tempo. O estacionamento gratuito é uma vantagem. Se você já esteve em Miami, sabe do que estou falando. Eu adorava ter dois quartos. Parecia muito privado. Os quartos eram muito silenciosos.

Very neat place to stay. Clean. Nostalgic and modern at the same time. Free parking is a plus. If you have stayed in Miami, you know what I am talking about. I loved having two bedrooms. It felt very private. Bedrooms were very quiet.

This is a great place to stay in Miami. The apartment was comfortable and it was really nice to have a washer en suite. There is a kitchen but no stove or oven so you can't cook. The check in was super easy, they give you a code that works for all the doors, so no keys you can lose. The parking was also a huge bonus because we had a rental car and most hotels charge a lot to park in Miami. It was an easy walk the Wynwood and a ton of restaurants. Only downside is there's a massive construction site next door that operates week days and was fairly loud. Would highly recommend this spot. Este é um ótimo lugar para ficar em Miami. El apartamento era cómodo y era muy agradable tener una lavadora en suite. Hay una cocina, pero no hay estufa ni horno, por lo que no puedes cocinar. We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was clean and set up for us. We asked for a crib and they brought one. Very nice staff. Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa aqui. Tudo estava limpo e arrumado para nós. Pedimos um berço e eles trouxeram. Muito bom pessoal.

Incredibly safe, nice, and conveniently located. I was very impressed with the condition of the apartment and how safe it felt. I took one star off because I requested a late checkout far in advance because I was staying in miami for business and would not be back until after 11 am. They did not respond to me until two hours before checkout that morning, saying I couldn’t check out late. My friend had to take all our luggage and wait in the lobby for hours. They should have told me I could not do a late checkout earlier than 2 hours before checkout time. Incrivelmente seguro, agradável e convenientemente localizado. Fiquei muito impressionado com as condições do apartamento e como ele parecia seguro. Tirei uma estrela porque solicitei um check-out tardio com bastante antecedência, porque estava em Miami a negócios e só voltaria depois das 11h. I love Sonder and this place is great (so far).BUT, Sonder probably has the worst customer service App in the world. Echoing another person on comments here - I wanted an early check in - via the app, and then was in contact with the customer service people via email - still haven't got a response, many days later. If the Sonder CEO is reading this - you need to fire your entire customer service department and start again (at least in Miami). I stayed at a Montreal Sonder recently, and the customer service there was excellent.
