Experiência adorável, como antes. O check-in antecipado / check-out tardio de cortesia agregou muito valor para nós, pois fomos capazes de tomar um café da manhã tranquilo, dar uma caminhada pela cidade e voltar para relaxar um pouco antes de ter que fazer as malas e ir embora. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestativos e o quarto era limpo e grande. As janelas são grossas o suficiente para bloquear o som do ponto de ônibus do outro lado da rua, o que foi ótimo.

Lovely experience, as was the time before. The complimentary early check-in/late checkout added so much value for us as we were able to have a leisurely breakfast, go for a walk around town, and come back to relax for a while before having to pack up and go. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and large. The windows are thick enough to block out the sound of the bus stop across the street, which was great.

Staff were very friendly. They were smiling and always there to assure you are satisfied. However, there is no gym and the breakfast menu is quite limited. There is no fridge and the office is quite small to work with in the room. The office chair is not even comfortable. I don't recommend this hotel until there are some upgrades.

Clean, tidy and well furnished rooms for a good price. Staff was very accomodating and easy to talk to. Love the L'occitaine complimentary toiletries. Had a good stay even if was just overnight.

We loved the hotel from the exterior and interior. We loved the room we stayed in but why we put 3 stars because of the uncomfortable matress and pillows first, room service was very slow second and The restaurants there were very expensive, unbelievable rate, actually we went outside of the hotel for dining. The hostess there wasn't friendly enough especially with my kids, she was giving orders or stopping them from pushing the elevator button (what for? My kids actually are the most calm and comprehensible kids so she has no right to do so) another hostess was very nice with us, smiling and very welcoming she even offered balloons to my kids. The breakfast was nice and the waiter was friendly. The pool was lovely (we liked that they gave us a small ice box with water bottles complimentary) even the towels were offered directly at the pool.

Me ha parecido un hotel precioso y la atención del personal maravillosa. La habitación muy bonita y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy correcto y de excelente calidad. La ubicación del hotel perfecta, todos los puntos de interés están cerca. Cuando vuelva a Vancouver volveré al St Regis.

Excellent location in downtown Vancouver, excellent service from hotel staff, restaurant and bar. There was no problem that they could not solve. If in Brasilia I consider Aparthotel Bonaparte as home, in Vancouver from now on, home will be St. Regis Hotel for me. The whole experience was amazing. Service was among the best I have ever had! Room was super clan and comfy beds. Modern amenities, and the shower was just perfect.The restaurant was pretty good as well, not cheep but tasty! Can't wait to go back and explore this amazing city more
