I love this Las Vegas Legendary Coffee Shop with their Delicious affordable prime rib & steak dinners and the World Famous home brew root beer! Surprisingly amazing rooms, they had a recent Remodel and it is still nice and new in the rooms. The only complaint I had was some road noise but the location downtown Vegas made it worth it yeah. Definitely a great Casino and Hotel in Downtown Vegas on anyone on a budget. With five star customer service from both the casino staff and the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to experience Vegas without spending Breaking the Bank on your hotel rooms.

Ellis Island Brewery is one of my favorite places to eat and drink. My husband and I usually order the steak and baked potato. The steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. My daughter ordered the 50/50 burger and Root beer (her favorite). Never disappointed! Only the fact that the wait time to be seated is longer now. But worth the wait.

We went for Karaoke and it was a lot of fun!! The Karaoke Bar was operating at 50% capacity.
We ate dinner beforehand and Ellis Island did not disappoint!! Great food at reasonable prices! One of my friends was SHOCKED at how reasonable the prices were!
Ellis Island has a brewery on-site, so if you drink alcohol (I don't), please know that the beer is CHEAP but it is also REALLY GOOD (so I am told).
Of course Ellis Island also has a casino, it seemed to be operating at 50% capacity as well.
And it even has a motel! If you are looking to save money and don't mind being 1 block off the Strip, Ellis Island is a GREAT choice!

I've been going there for years. It's a mix of old school and modern with the newly added courtyard. Thank you for not changing too much Ellis! Great drinks. Food is the best on the strip and a bargain! Staff is awesome even when busy. Walked in today and felt at home. Hats of to terrific food and staff.

The hotel is older and only a couple blocks off the strip. front table personnel became friendly and green. The cafe eating place has massive portions at exact prices. The casino offers tasty 20oz craft beer for $2.50 (or free if gambling!). The walls in the inn are skinny and the slamming doors are noisy. The casino is small however it's exceptional so that it will stroll round it speedy and grasp a taco or pizza whilst you want.

Hidden Gem. VALUE. Great deals on food, $2.50 20oz. Brewed in-house beers (All tasty). Renovated, clean, comfortable rooms at competitive rates. Great staff throughout the place. Best value in Las Vegas.

(Edit:8/2020) Haven't been to the casino itself recently, but the new Front Yard addition really ups the game here. I liked Ellis Island before, but it was sort of hard to get seating - Front Yard fixes that. It's got a really good outdoor/indoor seating combo and it's both relaxed and classy in its presentation. Went here a few times before the world went crazy, looking forward to heading back when things eventually calm down. For those looking for a place to go out, I can see social distancing being pretty easy to do here, so if I was to venture out this place would be one of the first on the list.
