Grande hotel, com muitas decorações peculiares interessantes, o serviço foi muito acolhedor e amigável e os serviços para os hóspedes foram excelentes. Localização era legal para caminhar para a área circundante. Meu único problema foi quando eles vieram arrumar o quarto, eles não fizeram a cama, mas todo o resto ... no entanto, não prejudicou a minha estadia, gostei de 3 noites aqui.
Great hotel, with lots of interesting quirky decorations, the service was really welcoming and friendly and the services for the guest was great. Location was cool to walk around to the surrounding area. My only issue was when they came to make up the room they didn’t make the bed but everything else.. however didn’t harm my stay I enjoyed 3 nights here.

Si está buscando un hotel de buena reputación con un buen servicio, aparentemente este NO es el lugar para quedarse.Mi hija se quedó aquí recientemente y dijo que nadie la recibió en el mostrador del hotel y que tenían que encontrar el camino hacia el "lado del apartamento" del edificio para encontrar a alguien. Covid o no, si administra un hotel, necesita a alguien en el mostrador. Leí las reseñas y parece que hay excusas para los problemas o que usted culpa al cliente. Oye,no vale la pena el precio en absoluto ... Normalmente no escribo reseñas pero este lugar es malo, entre otras las principales razones:1. El precio incluye la cantidad diaria de bebidas x, tuvimos que "rogar" por nuestra porción diaria de agua y se burlaron de que bebiéramos tanta agua 2. La llave electrónica dejaba de funcionar de vez en cuando, no hay respuesta del hotel; no hay recepción las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, así que buena suerte para encontrar a alguien cuando lo necesite 3. Al finalizar la compra, nos cobraron por el servicio de agua poco amigable ... 4 semanas después todavía no recibí una factura sobre los costos adicionales que NECESITO para mis gastos de trabajo ...
Got the room with a three level bunk bed (which was fun and interesting!) this hotel is perfect for groups of people to stay at for the night and enjoy the city.
If you are looking for a reputable hotel with good service- apparently this is NOT the place to stay. My daughter stayed here recently and she said no one greeted her at the desk of the hotel and they had to find their way to the “apartment side” of the building to find someone. Covid or not- if you run a hotel you need someone at the desk. I read through the reviews and it seems like excuses are made for problems or you fault the customer. Their room was a balmy 82 degrees and no staff was willing to help or respond to calls or emails. The air conditioner just straight up didn’t work and no one was sent to fix it. No excuses for this. Check-in was at four- when they arrived the cleaning staff had their room half-done at 5pm. An hour late and staff was leisurely cleaning a room that was supposed to be ready two hours before. Again there is no excuse for this. Hire enough staff to care for your hotel adequately. On top of all of this, they sit down to see that neither TV in the room is functional- again seems like an easy fix for an established Chicago hotel but it was not fixed and requests were not responded to. As far as I know no one has contacted my daughter’s guardian for that night to refund costs and fees associated with things they did not have- and don’t give me a written excuse that they are good for a year- that’s a ridiculous excuse and poor management. Please get your hotel and it’s staff on a better performance plane. Granted, not everyone cares about this but when my family goes into the city to have a good time I want the TVs to work, the room to be livable and clean (there were human hairs on the side tables AFTER the cleaning crew left), and FOR SOMEONE TO RESPOND TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES.

O preço inclui x número de bebidas por dia, tínhamos que "implorar" por nossa porção diária de água e zombávamos de que bebíamos tanta água 2. A chave eletrônica parou de funcionar de vez em quando, nenhuma resposta do hotel - não há recepção 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, então boa sorte para encontrar alguém quando você precisar 3. Consegui um quarto com uma cama de beliche de três níveis (o que foi divertido e interessante!) Este hotel é perfeito para grupos de pessoas passarem a noite e aproveitarem a cidade.
Horrible experiencia, nos hicieron cargos a la tarjeta sin sentido y cuando reportamos ese descarado robo solo nos devolvieron la mitad. NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
Hey, does not worth the price at all... I usually don't write reviews but this place is bad, among others the top reasons: 1. Price includes daily x number of drinks, we had to "beg" for our daily portion of water and were mocked that we drink so much water 2. Electronic key stopped working every now and then, no answer from the hotel - there is no 24/7 reception so good luck finding someone when you need 3. At checkout we got charged for the unfriendly water service.... 4 weeks later I still not received an invoice about the extra costs which I NEED for my work expenses...
Just simply horrible. No staff to greet you for check in or answer any questions. And when we did finally see staff later during our stay, they still didn't speak or see if our stay was going well. No useful amenities, just a place to sleep. Nothing special and over priced. Also fraudulently charges your account and can't get in contact with anyone. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.

It was a bit noisy and we weren't provided with the shower gel but besides that everything was fine. Location is great. Bathroom was clean. Lots of power outlets in the room. Lovely people at the front desk. No complaints, really. Not sure why the the rest of the reviews are so bad. We stayed at Deluxe King Room, #124.

Hands down the worst hotel I've ever been to. The entire experience felt like the place had just opened this week. we had to deal with things such as:- once we got into our room we noticed the beds had mysterious pink stains on them - Our window was right next to the train which ran every 10 minutes and could be heard in the middle of the night. - the bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder - The lobby has a full coffee bar with beans but nobody behind the counter and no menus, almost like it’s just on display. -The “Communal kitchen” area was completely empty save for a sink with an unknown liquid that did not drain for 4 days - The lounge space had TVs but they were all unplugged, an air hockey table that couldn’t turn on because the wire had been cut - we had to pay an additional daily rate to use the “parking lot” which was just a dirt road under the train tracks, at which point someone parked in our spot and there was nothing we could do about it until management got that car towed. - the front desk was empty almost the whole time we were there.This wasn’t even a cheap hotel to book. Spend your money elsewhere. Complete waste of an experience.
Sin duda, el peor hotel en el que he estado. Mala experiencia , un lugar centrico pero carala habitacion para que no funcione el clima y no podimos dormir agusto.
Willie foi ótimo em me registrar e se certificar de que eu estava no meu quarto. Ele usou uma ótima conversa para me fazer sentir à vontade e verificou as pessoas de maneira adequada. Ele foi muito acolhedor e fácil de conversar. Eu definitivamente irei patrocinar novamente!
👀O hotel é decente. Nós apreciamos a noite que passamos aqui. Nosso único problema eram os lençóis. Acabei de chegar aqui esta noite e cheguei tarde da viagem. A jovem incrivelmente simpática na recepção nos ajudou a fazer o check-in e organizar tudo. Ela foi muito doce e extremamente útil. Uma ótima primeira impressão e realmente definiu o tom para o resto da nossa estadia.

Willie was great at checking me in and made sure I was in my room. He used great conversation to make me feel at ease and he checked people out appropriately. He was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I will definitely patronize again!
👀The hotel is decent. We enjoyed the night we spend here. Our only problem were the sheets. We realized in the morning there were blood 🩸stains 😩 on the top left corner, and mid section. Please try to keep them clean, to avoid any further inconvenience. I didn't see the option to up load pics, I wonder why? 🤔
Just got here tonight and checked in late from traveling. The amazingly nice young woman at the front desk helped us check in and get everything organized. She was very sweet and extremely helpful. Such a great first impression and really set the tone for the rest of our stay.

Our stay was beyond phenomenal. Our check-in process was smooth. (Just make sure to read your emails fully ahead of time and follow their instructions.) Will, the manager, leads by example. He is an extremely compassionate, charming, and attentive representative of the hotel. I wish all hotels had managers like him. We also had the pleasure of being cared for by Maggie and Cynniece, who both upheld the standard set by Will. Last but not least, Lisa and Myeisha were kind and helpful every step of the way.Here I should note that during our visit, a member of our family required EMS services and hospitalization. Every staff member - named or not - and even other residents asked warmly about them and check-in both respectfully and lovingly.Through the lightest and heaviest parts of our trip, Will and his team have provided everything we - and anyone else, we imagine - could have needed or expected. We could not have planned for a better choice of lodgings and will visit again.
haven’t had a vacation in a very long time. went to lollapalooza, it was a very long weekend. we walked into this beautiful hotel very hip the person at the front desk Will was amazing and helpful. definitely recommend to stay
Still no response from the hotel… so I have to share this experience publicly. Last Monday morning, we were asleep in our room, when our door opened around 9am. Someone used a key card to unlock the door, and then walked in… it was dark, so we couldn’t really see her, but it was clearly an older or middle-aged woman, who was… seriously… carrying about 10 pink balloons tied to a string. She was kind of whispering in what sounded like another language. She walked into the room, and placed the balloons down on the bed where my two friends were sleeping. She then walked into the bathroom and started doing something in there. When I got down from bed to confront her, she seemed to realize she was in the wrong room and panicked. She started apologizing over and over (in English now), and then ran out of the room. About 10 seconds later, she used the key card that she somehow had to our room and came back in… apparently she had left something in the bathroom, so she ran in there to get it, and then threw the room key onto the bed and left again. We’ve never had a stranger come into a hotel room where I’ve been staying before, so we were extremely freaked out. We asked Willie, who was working at the front desk if he knew who this woman could have been. He said that there was only one master key for the entire hotel, and held it up for us to see. He didn’t really seem to believe that this incident had happened, and said “I would have to watch the security footage.” I honestly can’t even comprehend something so bizarre happening… it was truly the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had a hotel. I’m hoping that Willie, or maybe whoever employs him, has since watched the security footage and would be able to explain to me who this woman was and why she was bringing balloons into our room?? We still have a lot of unanswered questions.
One of the most unique hotel experiences I've had in the Chicago area, FieldHouse Jones is tucked away in downtown. Its rooms are on the small side but they have nice amenities and furniture. It is sports themed and the antique, minimalist style makes for a comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend checking this place out.
Great experience in every way - service, amenities (restaurant/bar was great), location. Really good experience for solo traveler to home base or hideaway and I could see it being great for families with kids also. Every space in hotel is well thought out and executed.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend getaway to Chicago! It is a very cool and unique atmosphere the moment you step in. I think it would be a great spot for kids especially! My boyfriend and I were looking for something different and Fieldhouse Jones did not disappoint. The parking right there is very convenient. The customer service was unlike any other place we’ve stayed. And the place is GORGEOUSLY renovated. The fact that it’s right next to the train and it doesn’t wake you up speaks volumes for this place. They’ve done a great job there! Highly recommend! Don’t think twice...book it!
I loved this boutique hotel! Absolutely recommend. I had a room with a full size bed and the room size was perfect for me. The window was right up against the elevated train track and there was a little noise as trains passed. I sleep with earplugs so it didn’t bother me and I actually enjoyed it. The bathroom was large and well appointed. The hotel decor is great fun. I thought the guest kitchen and dining room was superb and made myself some late night grilled cheese sandwiches :-). Families will really enjoy the communal kitchen and the enormous game rooms! Wow! Great coffee shop with delicious food. The hotel peeps were all super friendly and helpful. I first thought the neighborhood might be dodgy at night (think it’s going through revival) but had no problems at all. I will certainly be coming back to FieldHouse next time I’m in Chicago. A joy!
