Está em uma localização muito boa e perto da Union Square ,uma praça muito divertida.O quarto do hotel é bem completo, tem cofre, armário , microondas etc. Serviço exelente.

Clean and well maintained, great views for around the city from the top floors. Valet service was great. Hut tub and sauna can only accommodate a few people at a time.

The only nice thing about this place was the comfiness of the bed. Both of my windows would not shut all the way so trying to get sleep was next to impossible. After the first night of getting about 2 hours of sleep I went down and asked the concierge they told me they would have the engineer go take a look. They fixed one window but did not fix the other. The second night I went back down and talked to the guy he said he would call me in my room to see if it had gotten fixed. Never got a phone call nor did they ever fix the window. On my last day of checking out I asked if they could give me any kind of compensation for not being able to sleep and having to pay $50 a day per parking. They said no. I highly doubt I will stay there ever again

This review is limited as we just had salad. My wife and daughter each had the Castle Franco which they described as under whelming with no clear path to flavor. On the other hand my shrimp salad was excellent and would definently recommend and would order again. Lastly we all agreed the bread was somewhat salty and disappointing. Remember this was limited and would encourage you to explore the menu to determine for yourself.

From the moment we walked in Joe, one of the bell men was the sweetest, most attentive, helpful person. He gave amazing food suggestions and checked in on us every time he saw us. The room was nice and clean and the rest of the staff were friendly as well.

Huge room with a nice view of the city. The sauna and jacuzzi were a delightful touch. The location is perfect for, well, everything you could need to get to in San Francisco and it wasn't over the top expensive. All in all a great experience.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The location was great for our sightseeing needs. The staff was so friendly. They even locked up our rental bikes overnight in a secured room for us. We also enjoyed their hot tub and lounge area on the top floor.

Excellent choice for San Francisco. Firstly the room size is so spacious and luxurious, room comes equipped with everything you need from water to wine opener to plush robe. Location is amazing and views from the room were great over looking the city. The restaurant was great, Italian food and jazz music combined can't go wrong! The club level has a fantastic outdoor rooftop area with living space which was stunning. The jacuzzi and sauna were so relaxing and everything was so clean! Honestly couldn't fault my stay will 100% stay again next time I'm in SF.
