Cama mais confortável que ja dormi, quarto grande e bem conservado, happy hour com bebidas e snacks gratuito todos os dias das 5pm as 7:30pm. Uma delicia, sem contar o cafe da manhã com muitas variedades. Vale a pena a estada, independente de onde voce esteja.

The facility is immaculate. Grounds are clean and manicured. Plant life is healthy and beautiful. The building is well maintained and clean and smells good. No musky humidity as found in some poorer quality suites. I will go again.

Eu fiquei aqui durante o tempo de COVID. O hotel está tomando boas precauções ambiciosas. Hotel construído é um pouco velho, mas foram mantidos bem. Elogios especiais para todos no balcão do café da manhã. Todo mundo foi tão amigável e útil. Muito obrigado pelo excelente serviço.

Always stay here. Lovely free breakfast huge selection. Quality. Love the river view. Across the street old Town fun to walk around in. Love the swans inside and atrium very relaxing nice rooms with living room seperate

They adhered to all safety regulations more than any other hotel I've seen in a long time. Their breakfast staff is amazing and I felt safe and protected with how well their staff adhered to infection control policies. Our Room service was awesome. Very much appreciated our state and would stay again even in this pandemic

The facilities are nice, and if you aren't worried about any special accommodations or customer service, you'll probably be fine. We arranged for a late checkout over the phone, then where charged $100 for it once we arrived. When I played back the conversation, the manager literally pretended she couldn't hear anything as I was playing it. Its not terribly priced, but there are plenty of other options with much higher standards of service.

É um hotel muito bom. O quarto era grande e bonito. O café da manhã era ótimo e tinha muitas opções. O pessoal foi amigável e útil. No entanto, a TV em nosso quarto não estava funcionando. Mas uma vez que estávamos lá apenas 1 noite, não reclamamos. também não gostei que não há onde estacionar. Tivemos que pagar 35 dólares a mais pelo estacionamento vallet. Também a academia e a piscina foram fechadas, o que é compreensível por causa do covid. Mas fora isso, era um bom hotel.

Nós amamos este local. Perto de Old Sacramento, o serviço de quarto foi muito rápido e nossa visão pode se explicar nas fotos que tirei de nosso quarto. Sugiro pedir um quarto com vista para a água. Não tivemos que perguntar, mas tivemos muita sorte que eles nos colocaram em uma sala de onde temos uma vista. Pegamos scooters de estrada e descemos para o médico, onde havia barcos. Foi divertido e relaxante.

It is a very nice hotel. The room was nice and big. The breakfast was great and had lots of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. However the TV in our room was not working.But since we were there only 1 night we did not complain . also did not like that there is no where to park. We had to pay 35 dollars extra for their vallet parking. Also the gym and pool were closed which is understandable because of covid. But other than that it was a nice hotel.

We loved this location. Close to Old Sacramento, room service was really quick and our view can explain itself in the pics I captured from our room. I suggest asking for a room that over looks the water. We didn’t have to ask, but we’re very lucky they put us in a room where we got a view. We road scooters and went down to the doc where there were boats hanging out. It was fun and relaxing.

Este ótimo hotel é um ótimo lugar para ficar em Sacramento, se você puder pagar. Eu fiquei lá várias vezes ao longo dos anos. Os quartos são de ótimo tamanho e modernizados. A comida é boa. Você pode atravessar a ponte até um bom restaurante ou apenas seguir alguns quarteirões para o centro. Meu único problema é que o preço é mais do que o fornecido. Às vezes, continuo checando se os preços caem antes da minha viagem para ver se consigo um quarto dentro do meu orçamento.

This great hotel to is a great place to stay in Sacramento if you can afford it. I've stayed there several times over the years. The rooms are a great size and modernized. The food is good. You can walk across the bridge to some good restaurant or just head a few blocks the other way to get downtown. My only issue is the price is more that what is provided. Sometimes, I'll keep checking back to see if prices drop before my trip to see if I can get a room within my budget.

El hotel bellísimo, un personal amable y es excelente desayuno, PERO el viernes 5 de julio que me quede no me dejaron dormir zancudos que estaban dentro de mi habitación, así que por favor solo percátense que no halla, quizás por la cercanía del Río, pero no podía dormir por esa situación, pero por lo demás todo limpio e impecable.

La habitación limpia, la cama súper cómoda, pero la televisión con un control remoto que no servía bien, me causó frustración porque lo reporté pero cuando el señor de mantenimiento vino, pareció que funcionaba y cuando se fue, otra vez lo mismo. Llamé al bar y la señorita que me contestó me dijo que estaba muy ocupada y me colgó. Recepcionista, súper amable y servicial. El personal del restaurante a la hora del desayuno muy escaso pero amable. Algo difícil encontrar a alguien que te ayude en el piso, no hay empleados realmente entre las mesas, sólo detrás de las barras. La hora libre me encantó.
