Hotel com ótima localização, bastante perto da times square e da quinta avenida. As acomodações são pequenas, mas são bem confortáveis. Mas o grande diferencial é o café da manhã continental, bastante raro em Nova York. Em resumo, é um excelente hotel na relação custo X benefício!

Hotel muito bem localizado. Café da manhã excelente. As instalações são um pouco antigas. E os quartos poderiam ser um pouco maiores. Pecam um pouco pela limpeza. Na verdade mais pela poeira e cheiro de umidade. Pessoas alérgicas sentirão. Fora isso excelente escolha. Não deixem de ir no bar no terraço. Muito bacana e com atendentes simpáticos e legal para relaxar depois de um dia de passeios ou negócios.

Chegamos na sexta às 9h e já liberaram o quarto e ainda ofereceram o café da manhã. Recebemos um quarto amplo, limpo, com banheiro acessível. Não tinha vista pra cidade mas em compensação sem baruljo. O cafe da manhã é farto com frutas, iogurte. Localização ótima.

Localização : fantástica. Uma quadra da Times Square, perto dos principais pontos turísticos e estacoes do metro. Quarto: Bom. Não muito espaçoso, mas adequado. Banheiro: Bom. Se fosse maior seria melhor. Como o aquecimento era pelo ar do quarto, tinha que deixar a porta aberta para aquecer. Limpeza: Adequada Cafe da manhã: incluído no preço. Muito bom para a categoria do hotel. Tinha frutas, pães, ovo cozido, etc. Internet: boa. Podia ser mais rápida. Atendimento: excelente. Muito simpáticos. Atenderam o pedido de early checkin e late checkout. Hospedes: minha esposa, dois filhos adultos e eu. Conclusão: ótimo custo benefício. Hotel simples, com localização fantástica que atendeu nossas expectativas.

- Internet HORRÍVEL: Internet constantemente lenta em todo hotel, pior ainda nos quartos. Fiquei ainda 1 dia sem internet, pois não conseguiram conectar com o sistema. - Café da manhã bastante limitado: não apresenta opções de proteínas e ainda a comida bem ruim. Sem falar que o café é horrível e normalmente está frio. - Quarto: a cama é pequena, mal cabe 2 pessoas e o quarto não possui frigobar e nem microondas. - Banheiro: O chuveiro sai muita pouca água, parece uma gotinha de água caindo. - Atendimento da recepção deixa a desejar, depende muito de quem está lá, à vezes que fazem fila para ser atendido na recepção. - Único ponto positivo é a localização.

Bem localizado, na 46 perto da times Square. Nenhum luxo extra, mas para dormir e bater perna é excelente. Hotel tem um café da manhã incluso, mas estilo americano. Não espere buffet de café brasileiro. Recomendo. Bom custo X benefício

I was so impressed with this hotel. The location can't be beat for the price. We were so close to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, and the Broadway shows! There was much to do within walking distance and easy access to the subway as well.The staff was polite and very helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I loved the remaining touches from the past--the mail shoot and the stair rail had great character. I would definitely recommend.

Terrible front desk service. Waited 18 minutes for a clerk to show up at 3:30 pm to check-in. Run down and dirty. Maid went through our suitcases. Luckily nothing stolen. Checked out, no receipt. Credit card showed $100 overcharge. Contracted the hotel staff manager who promised a receipt through email. Nothing. Three times called and promised receipt. Still nothing stay away from this rip-off place.

La ubicación es perfecta. Sin embargo son habitaciones antiguas, con moqueta, sin una limpieza diaria a fondo. Necesita reforma por fuera y por dentro.

It's not your typical "5 star" hotel.... but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the wifi was great. I have no complaints. And for the price in THAT location--- we are very happy. We were able to walk to most anything we needed and not far from wonderful views! They were also friendly-- from the desk to the housekeepers. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to this beautiful city.

Sabemos que há taxas extras mas elas são informadas no momento da reserva e geralmente são taxas mínimas e não um valor absurdo de $350 dólares extra a reserva

I have stayed here many time. The location is perfect for my needs and due to world changes, I appreciate the in-room microwave for take away reheating. My room was quiet and the bath amenities were appreciated. I always try to stay here when I go to NYC.

Huge room for NYC and great location near Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza. Front desk staff very accomodating included lending us an umbrella for snow storm and getting us into our room early. Room cleaning daily left room spotless. Only issue was no dining in hotel and the lobby was very plain. Doorman pointed us to a few good breakfast places near the hotel.

The Hotel is a simple, clean and safe place to crash right in the heart of Broadway. Basic needs are met with a comfy bed, clean linens and the usual amenities. It could have used a coffeemaker and water glasses, but there was a fridge and microwave.
Will most likely stay there again.
Bonus - /walking/ distance to Times Square and the theatre district!

Location & room were exactly what we needed! Restaurants, bars, subways were easy & convenient to get to. Room was clean, staff was polite, & very accommodating. This was our 1st time in New York, given the chance id come back to this hotel :)

Great location to Times Square, broadway, most the areas’ sightseeing. Get what you pay for hotel. Affordable but not great. Rooms were average, carpet rips, signs of bathroom mold. Rooms did not have hotel/channel guide. Some outlets did not work, 1 television did not work (don’t go to NY to watch tv in a hotel I know but should still work). Coffee machine in lobby is wonderful.. when it’s filled with ingredients to make coffee. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Es un hotel céntrico, y limpio pero tiene mejor pinta en las fotos que en físico, un poco ruidoso por la ubicación y algo costoso para lo que ofrecen, nunca pude tomar un café porque la máquina estaba fuera de servicio y estuve 1 semana hospedaje.

We spent 4 nights and everything was perfect. Just one thing, they dont have coffee maker in the room, we had to bring ours. Shower was really hot, so after a cold day outside, that was nice! Front desk helped us with everything, no waiting time, and no extra charge for an early check in. They stored our bags because our flight was late at night, no charge for that. Great location in the center of times square. So we will come back for sure ! They made us have a beautiful stay !

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY STAYING HERE!!Waited for over an hour to get keys to our room after 3:00pm check in time. Lobby staff was rude, extremely slow and had no sense of hospitality training or customer service. Lobby was dirty and old looking, walls and lobby furniture full of stains and finger prints, main stairwell rails chipped with exposed wood.Rooms, old and need a modern update! No coffee maker as stated on website, fridge was dirty and had items still in it from previous guest. Sheets on bed were such quality is that I felt like I was sleeping on paper. Bathroom, shampoo and lotion dispensers above sink and in shower were all empty and bottle nozzle was flitty.Notified staff, nothing was done to correct room issues, no on duty manager was working the three days of our stay to assist guests. We contacted manager via phone that lobby staff provided and the voicemail box was full and disconnects you each time you call. Lobby staff could not give a name of the manager (didn't know) or what company managed the hotel!By far the worst hotel experience in the USA we have had.
