¡LaSalle Chicago es absolutamente impresionante! Al ingresar al hotel, un portero lo recibirá y lo acompañará al lobby del hotel en el piso 21. El personal es muy agradable y acogedor. El tamaño de la habitación es perfecto e incluye una ducha, tocador, un amplio armario y ventanas grandes y hermosas. O LaSalle Chicago é absolutamente deslumbrante! Ao entrar no hotel, você é recebido por um porteiro e escoltado até o lobby do hotel no 21º andar. A equipe é tão agradável e acolhedora. Eles me forneceram uma lista de atrações e eventos para participar durante a minha estadia. O tamanho do quarto é perfeito e inclui um chuveiro, penteadeira, armário amplo e grandes janelas bonitas. O serviço de limpeza visita o seu quarto duas vezes por dia, uma vez de manhã e outra à tarde para serviço de abertura de cama. Fiquei satisfeito com cada momento neste hotel e voltarei a ficar novamente muito em breve.

The LaSalle Chicago is absolutely stunning! Upon entering the hotel you are greeted by a doorman and escorted to the hotel lobby on the 21st floor. The staff is so pleasant and welcoming. They provided me with a list of attractions and events to attend during my stay. The room size is perfect and included a walk in shower, vanity, ample size closet and large beautiful windows. Housekeeping visits your room twice a day once in AM and once in PM for “turndown” service. I was pleased with every single moment at this hotel and will be back to stay again very soon.

Me alojé en The Hotel Chicago para la Convención Dental de Midwinter y cuando regresé a mi habitación el viernes por la noche noté de inmediato que mi ipad con teclado, cargador y auriculares no estaban. Tuve que esperar medio día más en Chicago para presentar un informe policial solo para que el gerente del hotel me llamara después de regresar a mi casa en Michigan y decir que no se someterían al seguro porque nadie más que yo había estado en mi habitación. Y, sin embargo, mis artículos desaparecieron mientras yo no estaba. I se hospedaram no Hotel Chicago para o Midwinter Dental Convention e quando voltei para o meu quarto na sexta-feira à noite imediatamente notei meu ipad com teclado, carregador e fones de ouvido onde se foi. Eu tive que esperar meio dia extra em Chicago para registrar um boletim de ocorrência apenas para que o gerente do hotel me ligasse depois que eu voltasse para minha casa em Michigan e dissesse que eles não se submeteriam ao seguro porque ninguém além de mim estava no meu quarto. E ainda assim meus itens desapareceram enquanto eu estava fora. Foi-me dito que Kate Higgins iria me ligar, mas depois de alguns dias eu tive que ligar de volta e falar com Irvin, o gerente do hotel. Há algo seriamente errado neste hotel, fique em outro lugar.

I had items stolen from my room here. I stayed at The Hotel Chicago for the Midwinter Dental Convention and when I returned to my room on Friday night immediately noticed my ipad w/keyboard, charger and earbuds where gone. I had to wait half a day extra in Chicago file a police report only to have the Hotel manager call me after I returned to my home in Michigan and say they would not submit to insurance because nobody but me had been in my room. And yet my items disappeared while I was gone. I was told that Kate Higgins would call me, but after a few days I had to call back, and talk to Irvin the manager from the hotel. There is something seriously wrong at this Hotel, stay somewhere else.
