It is a very nice casino. Pretty and clean, the casino floor wasn't too crowded with machines. The food at the food court was very good. I definitely will be going again.

Modern hotel with beautiful panoramic views of the Vegas strip and mountains. Most staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Front Desk: 1 of 4 interactions were very dull. The one was very friendly. Needs improvement. Housekeeping: Fantastic! The extra effort cleaning the room daily really showed. You may not see them but tip your housekeeper! Maintenance: The room we were given had an obnoxious gurgling sink. If you need the life sucked right out of your vacation call this guy. His attitude was horrible. Food Service: The coffee was bad, like IHOP coffee bad. Starbucks mile up road. Staff were all very friendly. Lastly, the pool was also great and overall I'd recommend this off the strip location to anyone looking for a nice hotel.

I have been here almost six months and every time I stop by the main office the ladies there meet me with a smile I love Sam, she is the best. always helpful anything you need just ask and they will help you find out how to get it if they can't get it for you, but I love Sam,love this place. A wonderful place to live.

As a Las Vegas local, I really enjoy playing here. M Resorts gives you that away from the big city feel, without losing any of the big lights and flashy machine thrill the strip is known for. The machines seem fairly loose (not that I'm knowledgeable in this field). I speak more so from a place of walking away with a "lot" more than I walked in with. M Resorts is definitely worth the drive. It's a true experience!

I just started traveling January of this year and I can finally say I found somewhere that is excellent top of the line And I will always come back to whenever I come to Vegas. This was my first time to Vegas and I'm so glad I picked this hotel it's 15 minutes from the strip so that means it's quiet. The rooms were very clean And housekeeping cleans your room everyday not like every other hotel that only comes if you ask them to clean your room which I found amazing. I had a mountain view room that was actually mountains I could see it was Great the bathroom was gorgeous with a tub and shower and the plus was there was a TV inside of the bathroom mirror which I thought was pretty high-tech. Customer service/concierge was great and very professional. Of course there's a casino and about four restaurants in the hotel so I didn't even have to leave the hotel to go eat. The grounds of the hotel were very clean and The pool was amazing. There's a spa in house with the salon, a wine cellar for tastings And a UPS store. I can only imagine what their top of the line rooms look like One day I'll find out. All I can say is I see why the raiders chose this hotel as their headquarters!!!

This hotel is always quiet, clean and well maintained. My favourite favourite off the strip steak house is Anthony's. Amazing meals and great service.馃構 It's always busy so a reservation is recommended! Go check it out! You will not be disappointed.Ask for Derek or Bruno to serve you. 馃槉

I鈥檝e stayed here twice. The first time was amazing. This last time was real rough. Asked for a king size bed away from Elevator. Got two queens right next to the elevator. Changed rooms and got a room where the heat wasn鈥檛 working. So made the 3rd room change. Said the pool was gonna be open. Was still closed. Asked for something to be delivered to the room during the day. Talked to 3 people and they all said they couldn鈥檛. Asked for the room to be serviced in a couple hours instead of in the morning. Never came back to service the room. And on the last day they tested the emergency alarms at 8:30am with no warning before it was just a test. So we evacuated the building and found out it was just a test. But the people that work the restaurant and table games are nice.

I loved my 1 week stay here I had a beautiful city view! I鈥檓 so glad I stayed here it has everything you need! The suites are just beautiful makes you feel you鈥檙e at home. Aside from the comfortable suit, the entire resort is clean and has so much to offer from slots to restaurants. It may be a bit far from the strip but it鈥檚 worth the stay!

The room was huge with an amazing view! Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly & professional. Anthony's restaurant was spectacular. Everything was clean & beautiful. The only reason I didn't 5 stars is the bed wasn't bad, but was very firm (not my preference) but the pillows made up for it. I'm a local who needed a peaceful 1 day retreat...mission accomplished. I will be back! And I will be recommending the M to my friends.

La ubicaci贸n es perfecta, el hotel es hermoso. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque estuvimos hospedado en temporada que est谩 cerrada. El casino perfecto y con Las medidas de limpieza por el COVID-19. Lo que no me gust贸 fue la limpieza de la habitaci贸n, las sabanas sin sacudirla, teniamos que hacerlo nososotros mismos, habia mucho polvo. Si me gustar铆a volver pero ese detalle de higiene con el personal de limpieza en las habitaciones hay que tomarlo en cuenta.

Facilidades para estacionar y adem谩s puedes disfrutar de unos atardeceres 煤nicos y coloridos.Es recomendable para visitar en Fam铆lia y de visita obligatoria al llegar a las Vegas. The M resort is a funny little place. I never been here and I live in Vegas, now. The place is absolutely quiet. I mean that is not a bad thing. Most of Vegas is packed even with limited capacity due to the pandemic. Finding a table or slot to play in some of the more popular casino is sometimes a daunting task since 3 or 4 per table and every other slot is shut down. But at the M, it is still 3 per table. But since no one is here. Not much of a wait. All slots are opened and I was able to jump from 1 slot to another without blinking.
Sadly. Because of the lack of people, the cocktail ladies are limited, but once they know that your tipping and playing, they move towards you quite quickly. So waiting for my first drink, it was 20 minutes. Waiting for my next 3 drinks. 5 minute apart. My neighbor who I came with drove. So no DUI's
Now for the other amenities, non existant. But it was a weekday. Also, for new members. 5 dollar free slot play and more free slot play money once you gambled. I think I got 50 dollars of free slot play for the day. Ended up 700 dollars richer then I came, just from the free play from hitting a bonus on buffalo. 200 from the bj table. Not a bad day.
