Worst Hotel ever. Hotel was already prepaid. They would not let us check in. We waited 1 hour for check in. According to them, their payment system for the deposit did not work why we had to wait.
The receptionist was unfriendly and rude. In the end he told us to leave.
Thanks to the travel provider who rebooked us right next to the walk of fame in an outstanding hotel instead.

The room I got was 105. When I first walked in it didn’t felt clean at all. I lift the sheets & it look like they didn’t even change it. The sheets felt so dirty. The tile floor was so sticky. Oh & not just this my boyfriend found a needle in the safe box. After we felt so gross out we didn’t even want to stay there anymore but had no choice cause we were tight on schedule. Literally the desk & was so dusty. I forgot to mention there was mold on the sheets. I’ll never book here again.

I stayed here on 12/15/19 after looking at the photos and location. Room 102 isn't a good room to rent out because it's not quiet at all. It's next to the kitchen, and you can hear either a machine vibrating and also a loud sound while you're sleeping. If you're flying in and want to stay in this room, I would suggest a different room furthest from the staff kitchen or high traffic area. Your sleep will be disturbed through out the night if you're a sensitive sleeper.
Overall, service was okay. The front check gentleman had me pay parking.. when I booked through groupon. So maybe he wasn't paying attention to the detail because I had no idea about parking fee so I paid it anyway.. At the time of check out, the check out woman noticed that I already paid for parking and reimbursed me :) so that was nice. I noticed the lack of detail, and then a good recovery. Perhaps the front desk should have 2 people working at all times so that the service and incoming calls can be handled with speed and shows customer care.
I would stay here again just to know if my review had some merit, and to see what they did to change the service, and room of 102.

It was cute yet elegant hotel! The room was beautiful. Service was great. Everyone was nice. Then only thing I was bummed about was the fact that there was no full length mirror :/ also parking is a bit tight. My car got hit on the side and left a huge mark. Other than that I liked the spot.

I had stayed here 3 years ago and found it a really great value for your money but sadly times have changed. They get a poor rating for several reasons. While it’s a short 10 minute walk to the Hollywood sights and the room was clean there were several problems we encountered. The privacy blind was broken in our room and when we called the front desk all we were told was “yeah it’s broke in that room”. So not helpful. So we had to change in the dark since our room faced the sunset strip. Also our A/C unit sounded like a small aircraft landing in our room. Made it hard to sleep, even with earplugs. Shower had low pressure and we only got one towel each. Oh btw did I mention when we went to check in the guy at the desk was so stoned he couldn’t check us in so he had to ask his manager to do it. Good times.
