Os quartos são imensos e você pode usar toda a infraestrutura do MGM. Não tem café da manhã incluso no preço e demora uns 10min de caminhada até a strip, mesmo indo por dentro do hotel.

Quarto grande. Com sala, mini cozinha e varanda. Para ficar perfeito, faltou somente utensílios de cozinha (garfo, faca, etc.). Tem fogão, mas sem panelas. São 3 torres. Da torre 1 até a Strip são 10 minutos de caminhada. Apesar de não estar diretamente na Strip, eles cobram a taxa de resort. Vale muito a pena. Recomendo!

Quartos melhores ainda que os do MGM GRand. Legal poder se hospedar em um hotel com quartos melhores e ainda poder usar toda a estrutura do MGM grand normalmente. Dizem que a caminhada para chegar ao Signature é grande. MENTIRA! é super tranquilo. em menos 15 min vc vai do seu quarto até a strip, andando por dentro do MGM GRand. é super tranquilo e tem aquelas esteiras rolantes de aeroporto no caminho.

I had a 4 day stay. I paid for a room with a balcony, however the balcony door was locked making that amenity unavailable. I booked the room through booking.com. Which led me to a private owner by name of Bill room 9702 tower 2. He claimed that MGM will fix the issue. I give him some time to take care of the balcony but that never happened. So I asked for some compensation for my inconvenience. (Since I paid for a room with a balcony) The next day I called him. Once again he throws MGM under the bus stating that he's waiting for them to contact him. So I say to him your a private owner, so what your telling me doesn't make sense. His reply was, there won't be any compensation, safe travels. Then after check out he accuses me of stealing towels. I wish I could screenshot the text and post. He was unprofessional. My only regret was booking with a private owner. Please do your self a favor and book through the hotel.

To get the good points out 1st. The room was very nice, and the restaurant was as well. Now let's get to the parking, it was utterly ridiculous and to have a bully as the night (Manager) was over the top. They closed Towers 1 and 3 by 5:30pm and forced everyone to Tower 2 and that cause a major backup. We were told to self park at the MGM Grand and walk back to the hotel. I was threatened by the night Manager that she would have my vehicle towed. I spoke with her Manger the next morning and she stated I would be able to park when I return for the remaining of my stay, then the following night the bully threatened me again to tow my car and informed her that I spoke with her Manager and she stated I will be able to park. The bully stated she would contact her manager and when she returned she stated where are your keys and I stated to her will my vehicle get towed and she said no. The bully did not acknowledge that she was wrong in threatening to tow my vehicle. As I was walking away she told one of the Valet Drivers in a mean tone " Fine somewhere to put that Vehicle". I was to tired to go to her level because she wasn't worth it.
To sum this all up, they were short of workers and the night Manager Jacqueline did not have any compassion for no one as if it was the guests fault. I wanted this to be a relaxing experience for me, but dealing with this type of nonsense from The Signature MGM staff, I would not be staying ever again.

The staff lacked appropriate friendliness and hospitable welcome.They didn’t make you feel wanted as a guest. It started with valet.They were cruel to the guests with many confusing rules, odd hours and surprisingly for a hotel that’s only valet—they’d often refuse cars.The front desk staff seemed detached. They couldn’t even answer basic questions about the resort. 2-stars for room quality.1-star for staff.My suite was actually quite nice.Very spacious, very bright, the air conditioner was powerful and the shower didn’t have ridiculous environmental controls you see at other properties.I saw the police so often at the Signature towers that I didn’t feel safe, I actually wondered why they had to be there often.One huge negative was the fellow guests.I don’t know if this is an AirBnB or other third party online broker, but the other guests seemed out of control.I witnessed security trying to revive multiple pool guests that had passed out.One even required an ambulance.I understand that it’s Las Vegas, but for an MGM company so keen on suing victims of a tragedy to protect their liability from lack of security and lack of appropriate counter measures, one would think they’d now be better at controlling safety & security on their properties.

An hour after arriving and leaving our car with the valet, we went down to get our car and make a run to a restaurant. No valet attendant was around but I saw our car parked about 40 yards from the entrance. I wandered over and found the drivers window wide open and the keys inside. I "stole" it and drove round to the main door where my wife was waiting. I could have taken the Porsche SUV that was similarly parked behind my car but didn't want to break the law. Anyone else could have easily taken either vehicle. A valet attendant had now appeared so I told her that I had "stolen" my own car and pointed out that anyone could have taken it or the Porsche that was still there. She told me that she had nothing to do with my car being parked. Yes, she was an on duty valet but apparently had no responsibility for guest's vehicles! I spoke to a valet manager who didn't seem particularly concerned and explained that the vehicles were waiting to be parked. Duh. He said he would speak to the lady on duty. If MGM is going to offer a valet service, please provide a safe secure SERVICE, not an open invitation for theft

Loved it here!I stayed in the deluxe suite.My room was clean and had a nice view!It came with a fridge, microwave, whirlpool bathtub, and even a stove top in case you want to cook your own food.My only gripe is that with it being such a nice hotel, there’s no room service.Public service announcement: They offer free valet parking for guests.You are allowed to park your car with them so you can check in.Once you return with your room key they can park your car.The Signature has their own parking garage, so don’t go to the MGM Grand!

Need better service! Waited on bellhop for an hour because the system had an error. Housekeeping never came when I needed them. Valet told me they were closed after we just left to get food and we had to complain to get them to park our car. Lobby under construction hurt ambiance. Loved the room though with balcony and strip view. Very roomy felt more like a studio condo instead of hotel. Had a nice kitchenette. Loved the shower and tub. Bed was comfortable. Table in room scuffed and old looking...needs replaced. Carpet had some stains. No smart TV. This hotel is so in need of renovation I saw a museum artifact....a DVD player. 🤣😂 The hallways look run down. I'd stay again though because overall the room was nice... overall nice stay.

We had great stay over my birthday in December. Got an upgrade for a suite for a good price. Room was big and had all amenities we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking is included and worked well. The only negative point is that tweezers were missing after room cleaning.

Definitely one of our favorites! This is exactly what a low key suite is suppose to be.As shown in the pictures it had everything we needed.It is also part of MGM so your able to walk through.It was definitely comforting,it is valet only so make sure you carry change.And if it does fill up there's a self park located behind the buildings but they do offer a shuttle drive back to the hotel.It was not stated in our itinerary but there is a $100 a night hold with a max of $300. Also they should have a designated smoking area I feel that's something they could work on for those who do smoke.

Very clean and well maintained suite! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. This is our new Vegas home away from home. Quick walk to the MGM Grand and Planet Hollywood. The balcony on the 32nd floor is a must have with strip view. Don't settle for a slightly less expensive suite, get the full experience! In suite kitchen with fridge and microwave is an absolute plus. The huge jacuzzi tub with separate shower is amazing with tons of hot water to fill it. Free parking is nice using the valet, but don't forget to tip. Signature is a wonderful experience.

Fabulous clean and quiet hotel close to action! I loved the included convenient parking options- valet or self parking if valet is full with a shuttle that takes just minutes to ride. My room faced the strip and pools. I enjoyed the clean Jacuzzi tub in my room every night, especially in December. What a peaceful way to relax! Will definitely stay here again next time I find myself in Vegas. I was here solo but felt I would enjoy this hotel with my family as well. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Absolutely horrible customer service if not for Alejandro it would’ve been a complete loss Alejandro was the only bright spot in the entire state I checked in they gave me a terrible room I had to go back Alejandro made everything perfection I didn’t mind paying more money because his disposition is so wonderful and his people skills are impeccable. But the young lady who checked me in oh my the young lady that checked me out was an absolute disaster I wish I knew her name she was short and Asian and absolutely made my entire stay so bad I will never stay at signature again I’m disgusted and completely turned off my room was dirty and dusty I had to clean my toilet in my tub I was charged extraordinary fees oh I was told I could check out late after four for $50 only to have the manager put a whole $300 charge or try to put a $300 charge on my credit card I am just tired of this please I want this nightmare over and I will never do business with them again this is the first time I’ve ever been to Vegas and gone through this if they don’t fix this problem I will not change my review if they satisfy my problemI’ll revise it not until and they probably couldn’t care less because they definitely didn’t care about me except of course Alejandro

I love the jointed rooms me and my friends had, check in was smooth… the kitchenette has a small stove so ask for plates, utensils, pots and pans during check in or you maybe waiting a while if you call downstairs for it. We received everything we requested right away. Even got complementary comfy slippers. I really enjoyed the jet tub… I didn’t want to get out. I love that you can catch the Monorail from this hotel. I’ve been to Vegas several times and never knew how to get on.. so that was a plus to my trip. I love a new experience. I love that it has a mall and plenty of restaurants connected if I wasn’t in the mood for the strip and just wanted to stay near my room. The only bummer was the pool closed at 6pm and I never got to touch it, I had a busy weekend. Free valet was awesome, ask security at the gate for the self parking pass if valet is full. You can park in their garage and they have nice black shuttle trucks to pick you up and take you to check in or to your tower. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend..

La suite está muybien todo muy limpio ,mi única queja es que la albercael lazy river no está accesible parael Signature MGM solo para el hotel Grand MGM y en el website no dicen eso ,dicen que si se pueden ir los hospedados aqui y es una de las razones por la que escojimos quedarnosaquí pornuestra hija y que tuviera un bonito día en esta alberca.

La comodidad de contar con cocina completa nos permitió pasar un 31 de diciembre realmentemaravilloso La independencia que da este tipo de hotel es muy buena.Personal de habla hispana amable y eficiente. Sólo hay que saber ubicarse entre las 3 Torres que forman el complejo.

3 torres con habitaciones super amplias. Conectado al mgm grand (el edificio verde recontra conocido) y en medio tiene tiendas, food court, restaurantes, etc. El baño es un sueño no solo con la tina con hidromasaje, tiene tambien una ducha amplia. La habitacion cuenta con una mini cocina de 2, una pequeña refri, un horno microondas, cafetera y pequeños artefactos eléctricos. En el closet tiene una plancha con su planchador respectivo y una caja fuerte. Tiene servicio a la habitacion pero ojo el desayuno no está incluido. En el piso del lobby hay un starbucks donde la mayoria toma desayuno

Un hotel 5 estrellas por donde lo mires. Su particularidad es que no tiene un casino por lo que encontrás tranquilidad aunque se encuentre a 2 cuadras del centro. Otra cosa para destacar es que por dentro del hotel podés ir hasta el MGM y utilizar sus piletas aunque yo prefiero las del Signatura porque son más tranquilas y chicas. Mucha seguridad, la entrada al hotel está controlada por gente de seguridad y tiene una reja que solo la podés abrir con tu llave. Lo único que me incomodo fue el valet parking, si bien es gratis uno no tiene la posibilidad de estacionar su auto, es obligatorio dejarlo en la entrada y pedirlo cada vez que lo necesitas. Por lo demás, para mí, es perfecto. Volvería siempre

Me hospede aquí durante una semana, todo muy bien, la habitación super cómoda. El frigo enfriaba de mas ideal para bebidas y evitar ir a la maquina de hielo (Hay varias por piso). La cocina obviamente es muy chica, pero muy practica como para picar algo en algún momento de descanso. La pileta como todos los hoteles de las vegas, una maravilla, la única contra (Por eso bajo una estrella), es muy lejos del hotel, hay que caminar como 50 metros desde que salís del aire acondicionado del hotel hasta la misma, sin ningún techo ni nada...para el calor de las vegas es mucho. El servicio de los apartados es MUY BUENO, unos platos de frutas exquisitos, buena variedad de cervezas y los camareros super atentos ( Si no estas en este sector que obviamente es pagando extra casi no te prestan atención, incluso te llevan bebidas hasta la pileta sin problemas, ya que como mencione antes, estan muy atentos a quien paga por un servicio ¨mejor¨). Volveria a ir, aunque lo lindo de las vegas es ir a distintos hoteles ya que cada uno tiene su encanto.

MGM Grand es un buen hotel, pero tiene mucho que mejorar. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y tienen un buen tamaño. El serviço es bueno, pero no es extraordinário. La relacion calidad/precio deberia ser mejor porque el hotel es muy simple. Mis expectativas para este hotel no se lograron.
