No geral, a estadia foi ok, há uma cozinha compartilhada, mas por algum motivo você é cobrado um extra de $ 50 para cozinhar. também as pessoas que moram / ficam no segundo andar andam por aí e conversam a noite toda além das "horas tranquilas", tornando difícil dormir.

Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia aqui! Fomos recebidos calorosamente e mostrou em torno dos quartos. Há uma cozinha lá que todos podem usar e dois banheiros compartilhados. Ou sala ainda tinha uma pequena varanda. Embora seja apenas 8 minutos de distância (de carro) do centro das atenções em Las Vegas, foi muito tranquilo à noite. Ah, e tem WiFi grátis! ;)

Nós tivemos uma estadia muito boa neste hotel. É extremamente limpo. Na chegada, fomos recebidos calorosamente pelo administrador. A equipe é simpática e cortês. A segurança para acesso do prédio é ótima, e o estacionamento na rua é abundante. É mais que um albergue, também, como todo o mundo adquire o próprio quarto deles / delas! Pior experiência de motel que já tive. Não havia calor no seu quarto e não havia água quente para tomar banho. Havia muco seco na parede ao lado da cama que eu tive que desfazer. Esperei cerca de 20 minutos para que alguém me deixasse entrar e me desse uma chave. Eles vêm do outro lado da rua em outra propriedade que é uma loucura que levaram 20 minutos para me dar uma chave. Quando você faz o check-out, basta deixar a porta aberta e a chave na cômoda para que qualquer pessoa que esteja lá possa danificar ou roubar seu quarto antes de verificar. É um motel muito sombrio, com pessoas desagradáveis correndo. Nunca fique aqui, mesmo que esteja desesperado, será uma decisão da qual você se arrepende.

Eu vou ser honesto, eu estava um pouco cansado depois de ler os comentários da cobertura amarela, na chegada eu estava um pouco aliviado ao ver um bairro tranquilo e familiar. A casa é um pouco mais velha, mas fechaduras muito seguras e atualizadas eu sou portas muito seguras. Eu observei pela primeira vez a limpeza que eu vi nos comentários e é verdade. O que eu mais gostei foi o silêncio e o preço com certeza. Acho que qualquer pessoa que cuide do orçamento ficaria confortável em ficar aqui.

Overall the stay was ok, there’s a shared kitchen but for some reason you get charged an extra $50 for cooking.also the people living/staying on the second Floor we’re walking around and talking all night past the “quiet hours” making it challenging to sleep.

I'll be honest I was a little weary after reading the reviews of the yellow penthouse, upon arrival I was a bit relieved to see a quiet family neighborhood. The house is a little older but very secure updated locks I'm very secure doors. I first noticed the cleanliness that I saw in the reviews and it's true. What I liked most was the quiet and the price for sure. I think any budget-minded person would be comfortable staying here.

Voy a ser sincero, estaba un poco cansado después de leer las críticas del ático amarillo, a mi llegada me sentí un poco aliviado de ver un tranquilo vecindario familiar. La casa es un poco más vieja pero con cerraduras actualizadas muy seguras. Soy puertas muy seguras. Primero noté la limpieza que vi en las reseñas y es cierto. Lo que más me gustó fue la tranquilidad y el precio seguro. Creo que cualquier persona con presupuesto limitado se sentiría cómodo si se hospedara aquí.

Worst motel experience I ever had. There was no heat in your room and there was no hot water to take a shower with. There was dried up snot on the wall next to the bed that I had to scrap off. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to let me in and give me a key. They come from across the street in another property which is crazy that it took them 20 minutes to give me a key. When you check out you just leave the door open and the key on the dresser so anyone staying there can damage or steal from your room before they check on it. It's a very shady motel with unsavory people running it. Don't ever stay here even if your desperate it will be a decision that you regret.

Estoy muy molesta con esta casa.que esta llena de pulgas, me cobraron 50 dolares por que dicen que las sabanas estaban manchadas de sangre, cuando yo soy una persona adulta que YO NO tengo periodo,. Eso se me hace unROBO, ademas quela casa esta muy sucia tienes que compartir el bano, y cuando abren la puerta de los otros cuartos la casa se simbra se siente que te estan abriendo tu puerta fue una experiencia horrible,ubicacion es en un vecindario lleno de gangas. Por su seguridad NUNCA vallan a esa casa pulgosa.I'm very upset with this house. that is full of fleas, they charged me 50 dollars because they say that the sheets were stained with blood, when I am an adult person that I do not have a period. It was a robbery, besides that the house is very dirty you have to share the bathroom, and when they open the door of the other rooms the house shakes feels that they are opening your room door, it was a horrible experience, the location is in a neighborhood full of bargains. For your safety NEVER go to that house.

BEWARE--- THIS IS THE Worst Place Ever!!!!!! This is in the GHETTO, Garbage Everywhere, BARS on all the windows in the neighborhood, tons of Graffiti. IT was so bad we didn't even stop!!! Then they still charged my credit card for the stay. Don't waste your time! Do not go there- the area is filled with beggars, bums and is seriously NOT safe. Do Not Go There!!!! PEOPLE are better off to pay more Money and stay in a Nice SAFE Area! Oh and AS FOR YOUR REPLY - then when I do exactly what I told you I would do- post a review, you call me a liar! Wow! You lie about the location of your property, you have misleading information posted about parking. THEN You attack my character, because I told the truth about your SCAM! THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE! IT is DIRTY, AND IN A TERRIBLE NEIGHBORHOOD. IT IS NOT CLOSE TO ANYWHERE NORMAL PEOPLE GO! You have many more negative reviews. Plus You didn't even know who you were talking too when you called me yesterday. Also I read your REVIEWS- so many of the positive (fake ones) are from India, my guess is they are your relatives, or friends who have never even seen the place. The Grammar gave it away. If you can sleep at night knowing you steal and cheat people- that is on you. I didn't take your money- you took mine!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

This place wass generally clean and the people were not mean although the neighborhood was pretty getto. The parking lot was only big enough for 2 small cars! This was more like an apartment building that got turned into a motel. Like I had to share the one restroom with four other rooms. But they did somehow manage to pipe in running water (see picture). A flat screen TV, kitchen sink and a brand new mini fridge in each room! On top of that the price was pretty good and there was no bugs. So overall it was okay

“Thank you for a clean and affordable option - LOVE the no-smoking policy.”The Yellow Penthouse was very comfortable and clean, with warm and friendly owners and workers. We arrived early and it was no problem as we didn't mind that their jobs were still being done and they didn't mind either! The security to access of the building is great, and the on street parking plentiful. It is more than a Hostel, too, as everyone gets their own room! I would stay there again in a HEARTBEAT!Can't think of a thing I didn't like!!!

This place is a real cozy place. If you aren't used to hostels and bathroom share then it'll be new experience for you. The bed are extremely clean, I was skeptical about the rental, but I read some reviews and it is absolutely worth the price. It's only 8 miles from the strip, can either take the highway or small roads. Easy access and fast. Quiet place, and it has a shared kitchen so you can make your own food and such. VERY AFFORDABLE! If you are on a budget, definitely get a room. If you need a quick place to sleep, it is way more worth than spending $65 at other places in Vegas, resort fees are ridiculous. Since it's just a house setting, parking is limited to the street, but that doesn't affect the stay of the trip. Overall it has everything you look for, clean sheets, towels, refreshments (water bottles), kitchen, restroom.

We had a very good stay in this hotel. It's extremely clean. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the administrator. The staff is courteous and friendly. My room was comfortable and the air conditioner worked properly. They also have a very well equipped kitchen. Everything for a very reasonably price. Would definetely recommend to everybody!

We enjoyed our stay here! We were greeted most warmly and showed around the rooms. There's a kitchen there that everyone can use and two shared bathrooms. Or room even had a small balcony. Though it's only 8 minutes away (by car) from the center of attention in Vegas, it was very quiet at night. Oh, and it's got free WiFi! ;)

"Gracias por una opción limpia y asequible: AMA la política de no fumar".El Ático Amarillo era muy cómodo y limpio, con dueños y trabajadores cálidos y amigables. Llegamos temprano y no fue un problema, ya que no nos importó que sus trabajos todavía se estuvieran realizando y ¡a ellos tampoco les importó! La seguridad de acceso al edificio es excelente, y el estacionamiento en la calle es abundante. ¡Es más que un albergue, también, ya que todos tienen su propia habitación! Me quedaría allí de nuevo en un CORAZÓN!No puedo pensar en algo que no me gustó!

El peor sitio en el que he estado en la vida.. habitacionespequeñas y mugrientas la moqueta pegajosa el baño se compartecada 6 habitaciones el agua caliente se acaba enseguida se escucha todo cuando entran al edifico los demás inquilinos ...todas las noches sirenas de coche policia y coches derrapando por la puerta del motel y para terminar de arreglarlo nos cobró 60 dólares de fianza cuando en booking esta prohibido pedir fianza sino lo específicas en la página ... pues cuando ya vamos a hacer el check-out para irnos se ha inventado que huele a marihuana el cuarto para quedarse con la fianza cuando nosotros ni fumamos porros y salimos a fumar tabaco a la calle o sea que la habitación no podía oler a nada... hemos empezado a discutir con el por queno podíamospermitirnos perder los 60 € y vams enseguida se a puesto agresivo y nos ha tirado de alli diciendonos fuera de mi propiedad y ya nos ha dado miedo y nos hemos ido sólo nos queda poder avisar por aquí de que este tío es un estafador... en definitiva por vuestro bien no vengáis aquí nunca os van a estafar y encima la estancia es penosa ... 1 saludo de un humilde español!!!

La cama es extremadamente limpia, era escéptico sobre el alquiler, pero leí algunas reseñas y vale la pena el precio. Está a solo 8 millas de la franja, puede tomar la autopista o caminos pequeños. Fácil acceso y rápido. Lugar tranquilo, y tiene una cocina compartida para que pueda hacer su propia comida y tal. ¡MUY ACCESIBLE! Si tienes un presupuesto limitado, definitivamente consigue una habitación. Si necesita un lugar rápido para dormir, es mucho más valioso que gastar $ 65 en otros lugares en Las Vegas, las tarifas del resort son ridículas. Ya que es solo un entorno de casa, el estacionamiento está limitado a la calle, pero eso no afecta la estadía del viaje. En general, tiene todo lo que busca, sábanas limpias, toallas, refrescos (botellas de agua), cocina, baño.
