Equipe simpática, design de interiores super chique, academia disponível no 4º andar, galeria de arte localizada em suas “escadas secretas” e um bar super fofo disponível no local. Até mesmo o cheiro do lobby e do quarto era muito elegante e sofisticado. Localização super conveniente também! Não posso reclamar de nada ~

Nice staff, super chic interior design, gym available on 4th floor, art gallery located at their “secret stairs”, and super cute bar available on site. Even the smell of lobby and room was very classy and high-end. Super convenient location too! Can’t complain anything~

Nice hotel que se esforça para se apresentar como um boutique hotel, apesar de fazer parte do grupo Hyatt. Vibração, decoração e hospitalidade legais eram sólidas. Ficou desapontado com a falta de serviço de quarto, mas é pare para o curso. Hotéis como este continuarão terceirizando esses serviços para empresas como a Butler.com. Se você deseja uma experiência abrangente, hospede-se no Park Hyatt ou Ritz.

The location is the ONLY saving grace of this hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the poor customer service. This hotel is considered a 4 star hotel and it charges what a typical 4 star hotel does, however you don't get 4 star service in return. Prior to me checking in I called just to confirm reservation and I had special request for additional amenities. It took 3 days and multiple calls a day just to get through to anyone. The rep said they were busy and apologized for inconvenience. She assured me my request would be submitted and will be available once I arrive. The day of my arrival the rep said there was nothing indicating I had any request. She apologized said I would receive everything shortly. I did not receive everything that I requested. I had to call the front desk 3x before anyone answered and when I got ahold of someone I requested ice and the ice was never delivered. Also we advised the upfront desk the water was only warm and wouldn't get hot. They said they would send someone but no one ever came. Another day I requested towels and it took so long I had to flag down a housekeeper in the hallway who was able to give me a fresh set of towels. There was a gentleman named Michael who worked on the 20th floor that was extremely helpful and went above and beyond more than the reps at the front desk. I received an email asking me how my stay was thus far after 3 days of being there, which I expressed. Their response was thank you for the feedback! We were there for 6 days and the service kept declining. During checkout I expressed my frustration AGAIN and there was no remedy they offered to rectify the situation.

Nice hotel which tries hard to portray itself as a boutique hotel despite being a part of the Hyatt group. Cool vibe and decor and hospitality was solid. Was disappointed by the lack of room service, but it's pare for the course. Hotels like this will continue to outsource such services to companies like Butler.com. If you want a comprehensive white-glove experience stay at the Park Hyatt or Ritz instead.

Excelente localização na Gold Coast. O hotel e seus estabelecimentos estavam ocupados, o que é bom. Tenho certeza de que a equipe pode ser um desafio agora, mas esperava mais atenção aos detalhes. Bom hotel, mas começando a mostrar sua idade. É hora de uma atualização. Nada que nos impediria de voltar, mas podemos explorar outras ofertas do Hyatt na próxima vez, apenas para comparar. Great location in the Gold Coast. The hotel and its outlets were busy, which is good. I'm sure staffing can be challenging right now, but I expected more attention to detail. Nice hotel, but starting to show its age. Time for a refresh. Nothing that would keep us from returning, but we might explore other Hyatt offerings next time just to compare. We found nothing wrong with the artwork mentioned by others. See pictures in review--it's art. We thought it was cool.

Este hotel é deslumbrante, o design, as vistas e a localização!Primeiro, a equipe foi incrível. Os porteiros foram super simpáticos e gentis! O tipo de interação faz a diferença e um cavalheiro parecia conhecer os residentes da área, então foi legal ver o quão próxima a comunidade era a área. A recepcionista disse que ela era nova, mas incrivelmente atenciosa e gentil, ela está indo muito bem! Eu tenho uma de 1 ano de idade e ela gosta de gritar por qualquer motivo? Liguei para a recepção e a pessoa com quem falei foi tão gentil, engraçada e reconfortante. Eu queria ter certeza de que nenhum quarto estava por perto para ser perturbado e, se fosse, pedir desculpas em nosso nome, mas ela verificou para nós e isso foi um alívio. Estávamos no quarto perfeito em que ninguém estava por perto para não incomodar os outros e nossa vista era deslumbrante.2. Os quartos eram ótimos! Decoração espaçosa e interessante e vistas incomparáveis! Eles forneceram um berço que foi super útil e muito mais agradável do que embalar e brincar.3. O local era de longe maravilhoso! Havia outros locais do Hyatt, mas estou muito grato por termos escolhido este. Por todas as boas lojas para ir às vitrines e o restaurante literalmente do outro lado da rua. A agitação era perfeita !!! É um ótimo cruzamento para o meio ambiente e nós amamos !!!

This hotel is stunning, the design, views and location!
First, staff was incredible. The doormen were super pleasant kind and friendly! The kind interaction makes a difference and one gentlemen seemed to know the residents in the area so it was cool to see how close community the area was. The front desk girl said she was new but incredibly helpful kind and accommodating, she’s doing great! I have a 1 yr old and she likes to scream for whatever reason? So I called the front desk and whoever I spoke to was so kind funny and reassuring. I wanted to make sure no room was nearby to be disturbed and if so to apologize on our behalf but she checked for us and that was a relief. We were out in the perfect room that no one was nearby to not disturb others and our view was stunning.
2. The rooms were great! Spacious, interesting decor and views unmatched! They provided a crib which was super helpful and a lot nicer than the pack and play.
3. The location was by far wonderful! There were other Hyatt locations but I’m so grateful we picked this one. By all the nice shops to go window shopping and the restaurant literally across the street. The hustle and bustle was perfect!!! It’s a great intersection for environment and we loved it!!!

Hotel muy coqueto situado en una zona con mucho ambiente de buenos locales y restaurantes. A dos minutos de Michigan Avenue. Habitación amplia y muy chula, con unas vistas maravillosas, cuartodebaño muy original y grande. Los botones amabilísimos y muy dispuestos.

La ubicación es excelente para conocer Chicago, está en una zona con varios restaurantes y tiendas. El hotel tiene un estilo moderno, tiene un buen bar y el restaurante Nico es sobresaliente. Los cuartos son un poco pequeños

Fui a un evento de mercadotecnia y la persona atendiendo la puerta me mostro la recepcion para obtener la direccion al piso y cuarto indicado. El hotel se ve muy bien y todo los trabajadores son muy atentos.
