(Updated with a photo of their embarrassing response after I filled out their survey that was emailed to me) Dirty dirty room (black hairs all over and coating the shower, something growing in the mini fridge, grainy dirty floors), fees up the wazoo that I wasn’t told about when checking in, we were put in a “deluxe suite” that I would have thought was economy due to the fact that there was barely room for even a bed, barely any amenities provided, and no soundproofing. I was woken up all night by thumps, bumps, babies crying, and what seemed to be a vacuum at 6 am. I will not be returning here ever again, and suggest that you run. The motel down the street probably would have been a more pleasant experience honestly.

Seu estabelecimento que aceita cães foi acima das expectativas ... nos trouxe uma cama, tigela, mimos, sacos penicos para o quarto e tigelas de água todos os dias à beira da piscina. Além disso, todos eles chamam a atenção. Os quartos são lindos, confortáveis e o restaurante é delicioso. Toda a equipe não poderia ter sido mais flexível, mesmo quando emprestou seus carregadores pessoais de telefone. As cadeias Viceroy continuarão sendo nossas favoritas por TODAS as razões. From the friendliest greetings with VJ and the rest of the front staff, it immediately felt like home. Their dog friendly establishment was above above expectations....brought us a bed, bowl, treats, potty bags to the room and water bowls each day by the pool. On top of that they all her by name. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and the restaurant is delicious. The whole staff couldn't have been more accommodating, even when loaning out their personal phone chargers. The Viceroy chains will remain a favorite for us for ALL the reasons. THANK YOU for a wonderful visit!

Este hotel é muito alto. Eu até ouço a velha música de dança alta com o som dos DJs gritando a 3 quarteirões do hotel. Pense se você está hospedado no hotel. Conversei com o gerente e reclamei sobre o som da música / festa da piscina. Ele disse "há um evento privado. E é até meia-noite". Eu disse "isso é um problema" e ele disse "sim", mas não há ação para isso .. Evite este hotel se quiser ter uma boa noite de sono relaxante depois Um dia longo.

Estava hospedado na área para a nossa recepção de casamento no Duke's e decidiu ficar aqui por causa da localização, a cama era confortável e tinha uma bela vista. A equipe foi super útil! Até nos trouxe alguns talheres de plástico para o quarto para nós. Definitivamente voltarei!

This hotel is really loud. I even hear the loud old dance music with DJ's screaming sound from 3 blocks away from the hotel. Think about if you're staying at the hotel. I talked with the manager and complained about the music/party sound from the pool. He said "there is a private event. And it's until midnight" I said "thats a problem" and he said "yes" but no action for this..Avoid this hotel if you'd like to have a relaxing good night sleep after a long day.

Was staying in the area for our wedding reception at Duke's and decided to stay here because of the location, bed was comfy and had a great view. Staff was super helpful! Even brought us some plastic silverware to the room for us. Will definitely be back!

Preço de luxo para amenidades semi-luxuosas. A equipe é de luxo. As camas são boas. Chuveiro / banheira muito elegantes. Agradáveis (mini) varandas. BOA VISTA! Bom pequeno-almoço e cocktails. Não nadar pequena piscina. Área de cabana agradável, mas caro. Dois elevadores (não aquele hóspede homem, então realmente não importa). Banheiros públicos incríveis (muito elegantes). Este é um ótimo hotel para uma visita (rápida!) À praia de Santa Monica / praia de Veneza / Los Angeles.

Usamos o Viceroy para uma conferência de trabalho! Eu estava realmente ótimo. Boa comida e vamos bar abastecido. A piscina em si é muito pequena, mas geralmente é uma mistura animada de pessoas que apreciam o ambiente contemporâneo. Um lugar descontraído, mas decentemente agradável para o nosso evento.

We used the Viceroy for a work conference! I was really great. Good food and we'll stocked bar. The pool itself is very small, but is usually a lively mix of people enjoying the contemporary surroundings. A laid back but decently nice place for our event.

Luxury price for semi Luxury amenities. The staff is Luxury. The beds are nice. Shower/bath very stylish. Nice (mini) balconies. GREAT VIEWS! Nice breakfast and cocktails. Didn't swim small pool. Nice cabana area but pricey. Two elevators ( not that man guest so doesn't really matter). Amazing public restrooms (very stylish). This is a great hotel for a (quick!) visit to Santa Monica beach/ Venice beach/ Los Angeles.

Hotel muito bom! E nosso quarto fica de frente para a praia! Nice área de estar externa também. Eu recomendo fortemente! Um salto e salto do cais de Santa Monica e do oceano. Preços razoáveis também. É um checkout obrigatório!

Very nice hotel! And our room face toward the beach! Nice outside sitting area also. I highly recommend! A hop skip and jump from Santa Monica pier and the ocean. Reasonable prices also. It's a must to checkout!
