Atendimento prestativo e amigável, quarto amplo e confortável. Limpo. Na recepção sempre tem café, chá, água e maçãs. A localização é excelente, há poucos metros da union square.

Bom hotel, bem localizado, próximo a Union Square. Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Um pouco barulhento a noite, por estar ao Centro, próximo de muitos bares e restaurantes, além do Cable Car. Não possui café da manhã. Há vários Cafés proximos para experimentar. Os atendentes são bem crias e prestativos.

Hotel muito bom e muito bem localizado a alguns passos da praça Union Square, local bem agitado e no coração de um dos muitos agitos de São Francisco. O hotel é bem cuidado e limpo, com camas confortáveis e todo o conforto como TV tela plana, frigobar, secador de cabelos e até tábua e ferro de passar roupas nos quartos. O café da manhã não utilizamos pois há muitas opções do legítimo "American breakfast" nos arredores e bem mais em conta, por isso optamos por pagar a diária sem inclusão do café da manhã.

Good location if you wanna be near Union Square. For me, it was great, cos I like to walk, and this place gave me plenty of opportunities to walk around to all the places I wanna go.
Rooms are clean and good. Service was prompt.
For what it is, and for its pricing, this is a good hotel to stay in.
Recommended.

Great location... 2 blocks from Bart. I really like the room. Generally, every hotel room seems the same to me, but this one had character and space. Very friendly staff and helpful. Super close to Union Square, Bart, Westfield Mall.

El peor trato recibido en un hotel, llegamos el día 01/07/22 hasta el 04/07/22 y lo primero que nos dicen que no tenemos reserva, estábamos de viaje de novios haciendo ruta de Las Vegas a San Francisco y Hawaii, por lo que tenemos las reservas de los vuelos con los hoteles.... Pues bien nos cobran 300$ de fianza, más que en cualquier hotel, con el hotel prácticamente vacío nos dan una habitación en un patio interior con la ventana delante de una pared a escasos 1,5mtrs. reclamamos cambio de habitación y la recepcionista nos dice que nos había dado esa porque en las exteriores había mucho ruido, aunque de no muy buen gusto nos cambia la habitación, al día siguiente le decimos que la nevera hace un ruido insoportable, nos responde que luego la mirará alguien del personal, pues bien, la nevera no la revisó nadie, cuando pasamos por recepción se lo decimos y nos contesta la misma recepcionista rodeada de la persona encargada del mantenimiento, que no han tenido tiempo de revisarla, todo esto mientras comían en la misma recepcion, pues hasta la fecha de irnos nadie se preocupó de echar un ojo a la nevera, sin dejar de recalcar que la fianza tardaron unos 8 o 10 días en reembolsarla, resumen, lo único bueno la ubicación, por lo demás un hotel antiguo, pero reformado, las habitaciones son acogedoras, pero ya está. Sin duda no repetiriamos en ese hotel.

Clean room, huge, and it was only 10.minute walk to the venue for the concert we were there to see. Plenty of places to eat and a good variety of both cuisines and prices. My friend forgot her shoes and had a choice of a couple different places to get new ones. There was a cvs and a grocery store. All of these places within minutes of hotel. The staff was very nice and the place just gave off a great vibe. Would definately stay again or recommend any of you all to stay there as well. Oh check out was noon too!! Which was great. I hate trying to hurry and be out by 10 like most other places.

Lo único que tiene bueno es la ubicación, está en el centro, por lo demás, huele mal, las ventanas mejor ni abrirlas, ni siquiera la persiana porque las vistas son a máquinas que además de hacer mucho ruido están súper sucias y mejor no verlas. No hacen a diario la habitación, nos encontramos la habitación a la vuelta, después de estar todo el día fuera sin hacer, y se justifican diciendo que hay que avisar… primera vez que escucho algo semejante en un hotel. No volvería a repetir. Trato inexistente, no merece la pena ni quejarse.

I work for a network of Tour Operator and in the city at the heart of technology this hotel doesn’t have phone in the room to contact a guest… and the “excuse” that the front desk tell me“…if you don’t have the room number we cannot transfer your call to the room…” Hallo!!! A while ago the policy was “for the privacy of our guest we screen the call give us your name a why you call”. Wake up people it’s not the Ritz Carlton… it is a 3 stars hotel remodel with some plaster and some paint job to look like a 4 stars without phone in the room. Thank you “front desk” give me a different lie next time. Sincerely

I was mislead by the 4 star review on priceline. If I were u I would question anything above a 2 star rating.The lobby is nice but most are. The elevator are tiny no more than 2 ppl with luggage at a time.The hallway on 2nd floor smells mildew like.I paid for a queen room. Only my bed was a full size..The sheets had stains but didn't notice u til I woke up and turned on all the lights. Gross.The tub was dirty and the bathroom smelled like musty men. We kept the door shut.Worst and creepiest part was the toilet if u flushed it a loud scream would I'll the whole room for 30 seconds it was scary.The TV was also too big for the TV stand therefore u couldn't watch TV in bed and it hung crooked on the wall.This room should be no more than 65 a night compared to the 187 I paid. The staff was friendly and it's by Powell and market but if u aren't there 2 shop you should find a better place.

We stayed quite comfortably here for 5 nights. Service and reception were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, although with only a quilt and no lighter blankets we found it hard to sleep without overheating.
This is old building has been refurbished to be fairly comfortable and modern, but the sloping floor and gaps under the door give away the age.
We enjoyed the comfortable area in the lobby to sit and read. We also appreciated the late check out (noon), and their willingness to store our luggage for a few hours until we were ready to train out to the airport.
No problem recommending this place, as long as you don’t expect 5 star accommodation.

Good location and good price. Lobby was really pretty and it clearly has been renovated recently, new paint and carpets. HOWEVER, upon check-in we were told their computers were down and couldn’t check in yet. So they stored our bags and we went to go eat. Came back about an hour later and still no ability to program us a room key so someone walked us to our room and we’re told if we left to just come to desk and someone would let us back in when we returned. The room was clean but way smaller than expected. Every window opened to a wall so no view. We finally got a key later in the evening which was fine. When we got back later in the night to sleep, our big bright light above our bed would not turn off even with someone coming up and trying to help. Finally I said just go we need to sleep so we slept all night with light on. Upon checking out we were told that a previous guest had programmed it that way and they haven’t been able to fix it. So you would think they wouldn’t use that room, but the attitude was like “that’s the way it is”. Won’t stay there again, could have stayed somewhere else for a few bucks more.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of July and had a fantastic experience. The room was large and modern, the bathroom was very clean with a great shower and all amenities you would need. The front desk staff were very helpful and the free coffee in reception each morning was a nice touch!

Nos gustó muchísimo este hotel. La atención desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos fue excelente, con recepcionistas de habla hispana muy simpáticos que no dudaron en recomendarnos y aconsejarnos sobre la ciudad. La ubicación es genial, muy bien comunicado con tranvías y autobuses para llegar a cualquier lado. La habitación es perfecta, cama muy cómoda. Aunque no servían desayunos, por los alrededores hay muchos sitios para comer así que para nada fue un impedimento. Volveríamos, sin duda!

The area of the hotel is nice as it is right next to BART, Cable Cars & downtown. Room was nice too and the price was okayish. I say okayish because 1) No drinking water- only small bottles that were too expensive. And 2) No laundry service available. And 3) Super expensive meals and tiny portion sizes. Which is weird for a hotel of this price.

El hotel es muy correcto, la situación es inmejorable, en pleno centro. La habitación bastante amplia, en comparación a los hoteles quede la zona. Estuvimos en el hotel galleria park que está muy cerca, y la habitación el baño no tienen nada que ver. Además estuvimos con un recepcionista que se llama Daniel que fue muy simpático y nos ayudo en todo, ademas de ser muy atento. Muy agradecida.

Este hotel lo único bonito que tiene es el punto céntrico..de la puerta para adentro pésimodesde el servicio al cliente enAdelante es un pesar que pague uno por comodidad y se encuentre con cosas tan desagradables como lo que me suecedio pague dos camas dobles y cuando llegue me dieron una habitaciónsolo una cama doble yun colchón sencillo el el piso, puse mi queja en servicio al cliente y la solución era que si quería me devolvían el dinerome pareció una respuesta horrible ya que somos turistas y no conocíamos San Francisco muy mal que traten al turista y le piden la tarjeta de créditodiciendo hay que dejarladescuentan el dinero y nunca reembolsa. La plataque supuestamente queda en respaldo. Ya que uno lleva todo pago en este hotel le salen otras cosa... pésimo este hotel mala experiencia 👎

Hotel en San Francisco muy bien situado. Cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas y el famoso tranvía turístico. Las habitaciones muy correctas, limpias y cómodas. Con amenities buenas en el baño. El servicio de recepción muy agradable. Relación calidad/precio muy buena para ser USA.
