The only good thing about this place was that when I freaked out about the "waterbug" (HUGE roaches) infestation in my room and decided to leave after one sleepless night, I was given a refund on the the two nights I wouldn't be staying there. I didn't even bother to give an explanation for why I needed to leave early because they already know they've got a terrible bug problem and clearly don't care enough to try to take care of it.
So if you need a cheap room and don't mind a mass of roaches the size of your fist appearing after the sun goes down, this is your place.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! MANAGER IS CRAZY!! I called in advance to check for availability and was told by the manager, Nancy, that a room would be held for me. Once I arrived I was told "NO ROOMS!" by her husband and when I asked to speak to her, she started screaming at me like she knew me or something. When I tried to reason with her, she came out from behind the counter, screaming, slammimg doors and even put her hands on me and my belongings. NEVER STAY HERE!!!

I enjoyed staying in the first, front room of vista motel while attending ucla school of film, television and theater getting a certificate in professional program in producing in 2005. It had a very spacious closet for all my luggage out of the floor space and walk-in shower they cleaned daily even though he gave me a weekly price paid each Sunday. There is a laundromat directly across the street and restaurants aling sepulveda. The bus stop is in front of this location if you have no transportation that ryns every 10 minutes. There is a rental car place right next door and you can buy monthly bus pass on ucla campus as well as in santa monica main bus terminal. I was driving to the mall about 4 miles from sunburst hotel and saw their prices slightly more reasonable for my long term budget. It is family owned and the manager/ owner sits in the office to the left shown in this picture. I tried to get him to hire me part-time to cover my rent but he hired another renter. Very nice man always spoke to me. You have to pay for ice in the machine but it always available and filled with ice. He was getting the landscaping redone and I saw the flowers about to be planted not my favorite. I asked him if I could buy the pansies I like to be in front of my picture window since I was going to be there at least another month and he said sure. So I found a Home Depot. And went to buy 2 slates of flowers to give the gardner. I discovered also no BBQ in the city limits. You parallel park outside your room door like highland hotel on Franklin where stayed 1 night to take my remainder tuition and meet the school student leader. ave in hollywood that

I made reservations the day before. When I got there at 2pm there was no on in the office. I asked one of rhe people that lived there if he could call the owner. The owner said he had no openings and was at the races. I do not recommend the Vista Motel. Extremely unprofessional and I believe the owner Matt is racist. Various things in the room don't work. The owner Matt lives on the premises along with about 8 other white people. I do not recommend staying at this Motel. Extremely unprofessional.

The man that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me I had been calling to get a room just so I could be close to my job. I had enough money to pay for a full week.I had been calling the motel and no one would answer. And when he finally did he was extremely rude for no freaking reason. All I was trying to do was see if they had a room available so that I won't have to waste gas going there for nothing. you just don't treat people like that. And on top of that when he first answered the phone he was cursing at someone in the background smh.
