Bed is practically on the floor it's so low, and is rock hard.Flat pillows made it even more fun to try and sleep. No parking pass was left for me and I requested one in advance of my stay. No one is answering phones or responding to my texts.I am left wondering WHYdidn't I stay at a reputable hotel? If you are looking for a good night's sleep and uncomplicated stay, I would keep looking!

Тряпки, средство для посуды, таблетки для посудомойки - все имеется. В одной спальне в санузле ванна, в другой душевая кабина. В общем отличная квартира, денег не пожалели, хотя за эту цену был отель, но без многих перечисленных удобств.

Olhando para os quartos online, estávamos ansiosos para aproveitar a nossa estadia tão perto do National Mall, mas infelizmente estou dando uma avaliação de 2 estrelas. O quarto era bom o suficiente e os funcionários foram muito prestativos, mas a localização faz você pensar “por quê” de fato. Nosso quarto dava para a rodovia que não diminuía o trânsito durante toda a noite. As janelas não são de forma alguma à prova de som, então dormir era quase impossível sem fones de ouvido ou tampões de ouvido. Se ficarmos novamente em DC, procuraremos acomodações em outro lugar.

Mirando las habitaciones en línea, estábamos emocionados de disfrutar nuestra estadía tan cerca del National Mall, pero desafortunadamente estoy dando una reseña de 2 estrellas. La habitación era bastante agradable y el personal era muy servicial, pero la ubicación te hace pensar "por qué" de hecho. Nuestra habitación daba a la autopista que no disminuyó el tráfico durante toda la noche. Las ventanas no son de ninguna manera a prueba de sonido, por lo que dormir era casi imposible sin auriculares o tapones para los oídos. Si nos quedamos nuevamente en DC, estaremos buscando alojamiento en otro lugar.

Looking at the rooms online we were excited to enjoy our stay so close to the National Mall, but unfortunately I am giving a 2 star review. The room was nice enough and the staff was very helpful, but the location makes you think “why” indeed. Our room overlooked the highway that did not let up traffic-wise the entire evening. The windows are by no means sound proof so sleeping was nearly impossible without headphones or ear plugs in. If we do stay again in DC we will be looking elsewhere for accommodations.

É uma experiência diferente, pois você tem que baixar um aplicativo para acessar o estacionamento, prédio, elevador e, claro, o seu quarto! Depois de entrar, você começa wow !! Decorações super fofas, super limpas, super espaçosas, os quartos eram super lindos e relaxantes! Eu reservei o estúdio de 2 quartos e cada quarto era grande e tinha um banheiro de bom tamanho. A única coisa que eu mudaria, talvez fosse uma TV nos quartos, tínhamos que nos revezar para assistir. Quarto era tão brilhante! Tectos altos, o melhor quarto em que ficamos em termos de espaço, funcionalidade e estética.

Es una experiencia diferente ya que tienes que descargar una aplicación para poder acceder al parking, edificio, ascensor y ¡por supuesto a tu habitación! Una vez que entras te pones guau !! Decoraciones súper lindas, súper limpias, súper espaciosas, ¡la habitación era súper bonita y relajante! Reservé el estudio de 2 habitaciones y cada habitación era grande y tenía un baño de buen tamaño. Lo único que cambiaría es quizás una televisión en las habitaciones, teníamos que turnarnos para mirar. ¡La habitación era tan luminosa! Techos altos, la mejor habitación en la que nos hemos alojado en términos de espacio, funcionalidad y estética.

It is a different experience since you have to download an app in order to access parking, building, elevator and of course your room! Once you go in you get wow!! Super cute decorations, super clean, super spacious, room were super pretty and relaxing! I reserved the 2 bedroom studio and each bedroom was big and had a nice size bathroom. The only thing I would change, is maybe a TV on the rooms, we had to take turns watching. Room was so bright! High ceilings, best room we had stayed in terms of space, functionality and aesthetic.

Viagem em família para DC. O hotel foi recentemente renovado, alugando dois andares em um apartamento. Tudo cheirava a fresco e o espaço era enorme.Nossa primeira noite o quarto original tinha algum problema (então 4 estrelas no quarto). Mas a equipe acomodou-se em outra sala de canto de emergência de graça. A piscina da cobertura e a academia também foram incríveis. Há uma mercearia a 6 minutos a pé, tão fácil de encher a geladeira sem um carro.Em geral, para o preço que pagamos este hotel é uma pechincha!Um pequeno conselho ao pessoal: queríamos pagar com outro cartão de crédito em vez do que temos. Fomos informados de que isso é possível no momento do check-in e só precisamos trazer o cartão no momento do check-out. Mas quando fizemos o check-out, fomos informados de que o cartão em arquivo foi cobrado automaticamente e não pode ser revertido. Não é grande coisa, mas foi um "hein? Disseram-nos de forma diferente". Espero que possa ser comunicado de forma mais clara.

Nos lo pasamos genial en este lugar. Era tranquilo y confortable. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Fue muy agradable tener 2 dormitorios y baños. Esto hizo que la estancia fuera más agradable. Tivemos um grande momento neste local. Estava quieto e confortável. Nós tivemos tudo o que precisamos. Era tão bom ter 2 quartos e banheiros. Isso fez para uma estadia mais agradável. Fue una grata sorpresa descubrir este hotel. El departamento de dos dormitorios es precioso y muy comodo. Fue un placer porque esta muy bien equipado. Como viajeros frecuentes por todo el mundo en los ultimos 40 años, hemos tenido la oportunidad de alojarnos en muchos de los hoteles iconicos de las grandes ciudades de Estados Unidos y Europa. Aqui en Washington hemos disfrutado the Williard, the Saint Regis, the W at Embassy Row (ahora Fairfax), the Graham Georgetown y varios apartamentos, ya que hemos trabajado con OPS aqui. Ubicación es perfecta, tan solo a unos mins caminando del National Mall y todos los museos de la ciudad. Estaciones de metro, restaurantes y supermercados a la mano. Las habitaciones (apartamentos) y el gimnasio están equipados con todo lo que se necesita. Excelente lugar.

Family trip to DC. Hotel is brand-newly renovated by leasing two floors in an apartment. Everything smelled fresh and the space was huge.Our first night the original room had some issue (so 4-star on room). But the staff accommodated with another emergency-backup corner room for free. The rooftop swimming pool and the gym were incredible too. There is a grocery store 6-min walk away, so easy to stuff the fridge w/o a car.Overall for the price we paid this hotel is a steal!A small advice to the staff: we wanted to pay with another credit card instead of the one on file. We were told this is possible upon check-in and just need to bring the card upon checkout. But when we checked out we were told the card on-file has been charged automatically and that can not be reversed. No big deal but it was a "huh? we were told differently". I hope it can be communicated more clearly.

We had a great time at this location. It was quiet and comfortable.We had everything we needed.It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. This made for a more enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, we did not have access to the pool because we were not staying for 30 days or more.It was still a nice place and we would book again.

The location, a few blocks south of the mall and near Nationals park was superb. The staff was very helpful. Underground parking was convenient, but it is also close enough to metro stops. The apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc., though there weren't any staples. The road noise was noticeable, though it was clear that efforts had been made to block it out as much as possible. Darker shades would help keep the lights out at night.

Everything was amazing. Location couldn’t have bee. Better. Full kitchen, in room laundry, two bathrooms, pool, beds were great, beautiful capital view from roof. 7min metro walk. 20min walk to mall. McDonald next door. Have nothing bad to say about the place. I felt like I lived there! Would absolutely stay at another WhyHotel.
