The housekeepers are hands on and very cleanly, the rooms are spacious, the service is out of this world....This place is AMAZING!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Nice and clean room smelled like weed though. Normally I wouldn’t care but was worried my employer would notice if it consumed my uniform. My only disappointment was when I called to get my rate was told one price and when I showed up was told I was misinformed and had to pay $25 more than what I was quoted. Had I know, I wouldn’t have paid that amount when I only had 8hours to test up.

Debbie en la recepción fue absolutamente maravilloso, ella es un gran activo para la empresa. Sin embargo, nuestra visita fue terrible. Llegamos alrededor de las 215 pm y el hotel no tenÃa agua debido a la construcción exterior. Se suponÃa que debÃa aparecer a las 3 p.m., a partir de las 11 p.m. todavÃa no tenÃamos agua. Nuestra primera habitación estaba sucia, toallas usadas en el armario, el baño no estaba limpio. Nos trasladaron a otra habitación, el agua estaba encendida pero estaba manchada, la televisión no funcionaba, las alfombras no habÃan sido aspiradas y olÃa a cigarrillos. Nuestras duchas en la mañana estaban en agua de color oxidado. Condujimos casi 7 horas con un niño de 4 meses, empacar todo por tercera vez para ir a otro lugar fue demasiado. Para un hotel completamente nuevo, las habitaciones parecÃan estar juntas. Muy mala mano de obra. Este hotel definitivamente no estaba listo para ser abierto. Se necesitan muchas mejoras para ser completamente nuevo.

Debbie na recepção foi absolutamente maravilhosa, ela é um grande trunfo para a empresa. Nossa visita foi terrÃvel. Chegamos por volta das 21h e o hotel não tinha água devido à construção externa. Era para chegar à s 15h, a partir das 23h ainda não tÃnhamos água. Nosso primeiro quarto estava sujo, toalhas usadas no armário, banheiro não estava limpo. Fomos levados para outra sala, a água estava ligada, mas irregular, a TV não funcionava, os tapetes não haviam sido aspirados e cheirava a cigarro. Nossos chuveiros de manhã eram em água enferrujada. TÃnhamos dirigido quase 7 horas com uma criança de 4 meses, arrumar tudo pela terceira vez para ir a outro lugar era um pouco demais. Para um hotel novinho em folha, os quartos pareciam boogered juntos. Muito pobre acabamento. Este hotel definitivamente não estava pronto para ser aberto. Existem muitas melhorias necessárias para ser novo em folha.

Debbie at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, she is a great asset to the company. Our visit was terrible though. We arrived around 215pm and the hotel had no water due to construction outside. It was supposed to come on at 3pm, as of 11pm we still had no water. Our first room was dirty, used towels in the closet, bathroom was not clean. We were moved to another room, the water was on but spotty, the TV did not work, the rugs had not been vacuumed and it smelled of cigarettes. Our showers in the morning were in rusty colored water. We had driven almost 7 hours with a 4 month old, to pack everything up for a 3rd time to go someplace else was a bit too much. For a brand new hotel the rooms looked boogered together. Very poor workmanship. This hotel was definitely not ready to be opened. There is a lot of improvements that are needed for being brand new.

Debbie is awesome at the front desk! Easy check in. The room was perfectly new and well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and ice bucket. Had a nice desk, plenty of drawer and closet space. Bathroom was very nice and had a hair dryer. An iron was also in the room. Breakfast was your typical continental, but sufficient. Waffles were delicious! Excellent place to stay if you are flying out of JFK. CLEAN!
