There were a number of reasons why we were very unhappy with our stay. The biggest disappointment was that the pool closes at 8:00! 8:00!! The pool deck is the only place in the hotel where you can enjoy the warm night air. Your rooms are TINY and do not have balconies. I always felt like a child being sent to their room at 8:00. The other guests were upset about this as well. Then there’s the shower: when the reviews say they leak, take it seriously!!! Water was everywhere over our floor. The house crew doesn’t speak a word of English so getting the number of towels you needed (to both clean up the water, then to “use”) was very tricky. Then there was our room key. We counted- we were actually at the desk 18 times between me and my guest getting new keys. Nobody knew why the keys didn’t stay working. Other issues included: lack of privacy, especially with regard to the toilet. If you enjoy doing all your business IN THE SAME SMALL ROOM - this place is for you. The neighborhood was sketchy and frequented many homeless people- I made a mistake of going out at 9:00 for food. NOT recommended. The good news is that there is a high police presence. It just did not feel safe or welcoming. And- the twin size beds were teeny-tiny. I really did not enjoy my stay at all. I was so happy to leave. The prices at the bar/restaurant/grab and go we’re outrageous too. You live and learn, but I would never ever stay there again.

O banheiro nem parece um quarto separado, a pia do banheiro fica a 4 passos da cama e não é fechada, apenas no meio do quarto. O quarto seria bom para 1 pessoa e é isso. A piscina é boa, mas totalmente coberta, sem sol. Ginásio é bom e muito atualizado. Sem opção de serviço de quarto. Restaurante no lobby parecia bom, mas extremamente pequeno menu. Para referência, este era um quarto “queen premium”.

Hotel relativamente novo, a equipe de check-in foi muito simpática, o quarto, embora muito pequeno, era muito limpo e as comodidades eram muito boas, a cama muito confortável. A piscina no terraço foi excelente, havia espreguiçadeiras e toalhas disponíveis e limonada ao seu alcance. Em geral, todas as instalações são muito modernas e novas.O pessoal do bar nem sequer lhe oferece um lanche, pois está disponível e o custo é um pouco alto por noite, embora se entenda que é um hotel novo e, além disso, você está em Miami.

Hotel relativamente nuevo, el personal del check in fue muy amable, la habitación aunque estaba muy pequeña, estaba muy limpia y las amenidades muy buenas, la cama muy cómoda. La alberca en la terraza estaba excelente, había camastros y toallas disponibles y limonada a tu alcance. En general todas las instalaciones son muy modernas y nuevas.El personal de la barra ni siquiera te ofrecen algún refrigerio, siendo que lo tiene disponible y el costo un poco alto por noche, aunque se entiende por ser un hotel nuevo y aparte que estás en Miami.

El hotel es nuevo, limpio y transitable, pero está bien. El registro automático no fue un proceso fácil de usar. Tenía que tener a alguien que todavía hiciera mis llaves. La habitación está limpia pero es muy, muy pequeña, la cama ni siquiera parece una reina, llena en el mejor de los casos. Paredes finas como el papel, puedes escuchar TODO. Es tan alto. El baño está básicamente justo al lado de la cama y está cerrado por un vidrio delgado, sin privacidad entre la habitación y el baño. El baño ni siquiera se siente como una habitación separada, el lavabo del baño está a 4 pasos de la cama y no está cerrado, solo en el medio de la habitación. La habitación estaría bien para 1 persona y eso es todo. La piscina es agradable pero totalmente cubierta, sin sol. El gimnasio es agradable y muy renovado. No hay opción de servicio de habitaciones. El restaurante en el vestíbulo parecía agradable pero con un menú extremadamente pequeño. Como referencia, esta era una habitación "premium queen".

Hotel is new and clean and walkable but just OK. Self checkin was not a user friendly process. Had to have someone still make my keys. Room is clean but very, very small, the bed doesn’t even seem like a queen - full at best. Paper thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING. It’s so loud. The bathroom is basically right next to the bed and enclosed by thin glass, no privacy from the room to the bathroom. The bathroom doesn’t even feel like a separate room, the bathroom sink is 4 steps from the bed and not enclosed, just in the middle of the room. The room would be good for 1 person and that’s about it. Pool is nice but totally covered, no sun. Gym is nice and very upgraded. No room service option. Restaurant in the lobby seemed nice but extremely small menu. For reference this was a “premium queen” room.

Luís foi INCRÍVEL!! Ele teve o melhor serviço ao cliente nunca!! Ele segurou nossa bagagem durante o check-out e até nos deixou relaxar ao redor da piscina após o check-out. O hotel é novo, então tudo nele é super limpo e encantador. O quarto cheirava a céu kkkk 😆. As luzes no quarto, a cama ajustável, a sensação no quarto era ótima. Os únicos problemas foram o chuveiro vazava toda vez que o usamos devido à má estrutura. Ainda dei 5 estrelas porque adorei o hotel e os funcionários. O gerente de mulher também foi muito, muito bom.

Um bonito e novo hotel boutique em uma excelente localização no centro de Miami. A uma curta distância de restaurantes e lojas com uma tonelada de restaurantes diferentes por perto. As pessoas são super simpáticas e o atendimento é excelente. Também está equipado com tecnologia de ponta em todas as áreas. Os quartos são um pouco pequenos, mas confortáveis - o único problema real é o banheiro. O banheiro e o chuveiro são envoltos em vidro esfumaçado, mas nenhuma das portas realmente trava, então a privacidade (e a acústica) é um problema se você estiver usando o banheiro. O chuveiro também pode vazar se você não tomar cuidado, pois é apenas uma porta de vidro com uma rachadura visível nas dobradiças. Mas ainda assim, no geral, é uma ótima opção se você estiver visitando Miami.

Sostuvo nuestro equipaje durante el check out e incluso nos dejó descansar alrededor de la piscina después del check out. El hotel es nuevo, por lo que todo está súper limpio y encantador. La habitación olía a cielo jajaja 😆. Las luces de la habitación, la cama ajustable, la sensación en la habitación era genial. Los únicos problemas fueron que la ducha goteaba cada vez que la usábamos debido a la mala estructura. Todavía le di 5 estrellas porque me encantó el hotel y el personal. La mujer gerente también fue muy, muy agradable.

Un lindo hotel boutique completamente nuevo en una excelente ubicación en el centro de Miami. A una caminata de distancia de restaurantes y tiendas con un montón de diferentes restaurantes cerca. La gente es super agradable y el servicio es excelente. También está equipado con tecnología de punta en todas las áreas. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero cómodas, el único problema real es el baño. El inodoro y la ducha están revestidos de vidrio ahumado, pero ninguna de las puertas se cierra realmente, por lo que la privacidad (y la acústica) es un problema si está usando el baño. La ducha también puede gotear si no tiene cuidado, ya que es solo una puerta de vidrio con una grieta visible en las bisagras. Pero, en general, es una excelente opción si visita Miami.

Luis was AMAZING!! He had the best customer service ever!! He held our luggage during check out and even let us lounge around the pool after check out. The hotel is new, so everything about it is super clean and lovely. The room smelled like heaven lol 😆. The lights in the room, the adjustable bed, the feel in the room was just great. The only issues were the shower leaked every time we used it due to poor structure. I still gave 5 stars because I loved the hotel and staff. The woman manager was also very very nice.

A cute, brand new boutique hotel in a great downtown Miami location. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping with a ton of different restaurants close by. The people are super nice and the service is excellent. It is also equipped with top end tech in all areas. The rooms are a little small but comfortable- the only real issue is the bathroom. Toilet and shower are encased in smoky glass, but neither door really locks so privacy (and acoustics) is an issue if you're using the bathroom. The shower may also leak out if you're not careful as it's just a glass door with a visible crack by the hinges.
But still overall a great choice if you are visiting Miami.

Inicialmente, reservamos outro hotel que não estava absolutamente à altura dos nossos padrões - ou tbh de alguém. Solicitei um reembolso daquele hotel no mesmo dia do check-in e meu grupo pegou nossas malas e literalmente caminhou até o Yotel para fazer o check-out e reservar lá.Veredicto: É bonito, limpo, moderno e 1000% de acordo com os padrões comunicados em seu site. Lupe e o restante da equipe foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos em sua maior parte. A PISCINA ESTÁ QUENTE! A banheira de hidromassagem é MAIS QUENTE. YASSS! Há água fresca de limão e pepino no lobby e perto da área da piscina para que você possa se manter hidratado nesse calor de Dade. O robô entregando itens no nosso quarto também foi bem legal. :)A única crítica é que o chuveiro criava poças no chão em frente à pia e no banheiro ao lado. A equipe notou, porém, que eles estão cientes de que isso é um problema nos quartos e estão trabalhando para corrigi-lo antes da abertura oficial (este hotel está em fase de abertura suave agora - reservando apenas alguns quartos). Eles foram muito bons em nos dar muitas toalhas para garantir que a poça não ficasse muito ruim, mas espero que eles resolvam tudo porque 1) foi chato e 2) posso ver esse problema causando uma escassez de toalhas com as pessoas encomendar tantas toalhas para parar a água.Apesar da poça, eu reservaria este hotel novamente porque estava de acordo com meus padrões de limpeza, o que significa mais para mim. ¡Este hotel salvó por completo mi trasero y el de mis amigos mientras estábamos en Miami! Inicialmente reservamos otro hotel que no estaba a la altura de nuestros estándares, ni de nadie. Solicité un reembolso de ese hotel el mismo día del check in y mi grupo agarró nuestras maletas y literalmente caminó hasta el Yotel para verificarlo y reservar allí.Veredicto: Es hermoso, limpio, moderno y 1000% a la altura de los estándares comunicados en su sitio web. Lupe y el resto del personal fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales en su mayor parte. ¡LA PISCINA ESTÁ CALIENTE! El jacuzzi es MÁS CALIENTE. ¡YASSS! Hay agua fresca de limón y pepino en el vestíbulo y cerca del área de la piscina para que pueda mantenerse hidratado en ese calor de Dade. El robot que entregó artículos a nuestra habitación también fue genial. :)La única crítica es que la ducha creó charcos en el piso frente al lavabo y en el baño justo al lado. Sin embargo, el personal notó que son conscientes de que esto es un problema en las habitaciones y están trabajando para solucionarlo antes de la apertura oficial (este hotel se encuentra en una etapa de apertura suave ahora, reservando solo algunas habitaciones). This hotel totally saved mine and my friends' butts while we were in Miami!!! We initially booked another hotel which was absolutely not up to our standards — or anyone's tbh. I requested a refund from that hotel the same day of check in and my group grabbed our bags and literally walked to the Yotel to check it out and book there.Verdict: It's beautiful, clean, modern, and 1000% lived up to the standards communicated on its website. Lupe and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful for the most part. THE POOL IS WARM! The hot tub is WARMER. YASSS! There's fresh lemon and cucumber water in the lobby and near the pool area so you can stay hydrated in that Dade heat. The robot delivering items to our room was pretty cool too. :)The only critique is that the shower did create puddles on the floor in front of the sink and in the toilet room right beside it. The staff did note though that they are aware of this being an issue in the rooms and working to fix it before the official opening (this hotel is in a soft opening stage now — booking only some rooms). They were pretty good about getting us plenty of towels to ensure the puddling didn't get too bad but I do hope they get things all squared away because 1) It was annoying and 2) I can see that issue causing a towel shortage with folks ordering so many towels to stop the water.Despite the puddling, I'd book this hotel again because it was up to my cleanliness standards which means the most to me. The GREAT definitely outweighed the "eh."
