Hotel cheira mal - muito azedo. Teve que abrir as janelas para limpar o odor. Meu secador de cabelo estava quebrado e ninguém atendeu o telefone quando liguei para a mesa. Acabei tendo que descer com o cabelo encharcado para substituí-lo. Então, a luz acabou e acabamos tendo que fazer as malas e sair no escuro. Não houve comunicação de ninguém sobre a situação do poder. Finalmente, quando estávamos saindo, a mulher na recepção nem sequer nos reconheceu. Apenas uma experiência ruim ao redor.

El hotel huele mal, muy agrio. Tuve que abrir las ventanas para limpiar el olor. Mi secador de pelo estaba roto y nadie contestó el teléfono cuando llamé al escritorio. Terminé teniendo que bajar las escaleras con el cabello empapado para reemplazarlo. Luego, se fue la luz y terminamos teniendo que empacar y salir en la oscuridad. No hubo comunicación de nadie sobre la situación del poder. Finalmente, cuando nos íbamos, la mujer del mostrador ni siquiera nos reconoció. Simplemente una mala experiencia en general.

Hotel smells bad--very sour. Had to open the windows to clear out the odor. My hair dryer was broken and no one answered the phone when I called down to the desk. I ended up having to go downstairs with sopping wet hair to get it replaced. Then, the power went out and we ended up having to pack and get out in the dark. There was no communication from anyone about the power situation. Finally, when we were leaving, the woman at the desk did not even acknowledge us. Just a bad experience all around.

Harsh é facilmente a pessoa mais agradável do mundo agora. Ele não apenas resolveu algumas anomalias logísticas hoje, mas teve o respeito de entrar em contato e se comunicar de acordo. Chamadas feitas antes da minha interação com Harsh, a resposta que recebi de outra equipe foi "Por favor, ligue de volta quando Harsh estiver aqui" - e é claro o porquê. Harsh es fácilmente la persona más agradable del mundo en este momento. No solo resolvió el problema de algunas anomalías logísticas hoy, sino que tuvo el respeto de comunicarse y comunicarse en consecuencia. Llamadas realizadas antes de mi interacción con Harsh, la respuesta que me brindó otro personal fue "Por favor, vuelva a llamar cuando Harsh esté aquí", y está claro por qué. Harsh is easily the most pleasant person in the world right now. Not only did he problem solve some logistical anomalies today, he had the respect to reach out and communicate accordingly. Calls placed prior to my interaction with Harsh, the response I was provided by other staff was “Please call back when Harsh is here” - and it’s clear to see why. While that approach is not right, Harsh deserves all the accolades for not only managing a lot but also going out of his way to he thorough, concise, accommodating and kind. He’s an example for us all and you should promote him! Thank you

I spent the weekend here for a family wedding and there was 5 of us staying in a joining rooms. The place is very clean, beds comfortable, very good shower and the ac was great. We paid 99 $ a night because we were in the wedding reservation. The staff was excellent and plenty of parking. Hotel is located in a very convenient location. Also offered a continental breakfast that was decent but only had cold options due to the covid restrictions. Would definitely return and recommend
