Adivinha o que caras, eu tive 2 noites neste hotel com minha família. E minha esposa esqueceu seu relógio e anel Cartier na sala. Liberamos isso após 5 horas do nosso check-out do hotel. Altamente recomendável se você foi abusado pelo aeroporto JFK e precisa de um lugar para ficar enquanto a companhia aérea ordena um novo voo para você. Samil foi tão simpático, educado e prestativo, fornecendo artigos de toalete de cortesia. As camas eram confortáveis, o hotel um pouco barulhento. Transporte gratuito para o aeroporto + pequeno-almoço para levar são destaques!

Prós: Distância perfeita para JFK, quartos limpos, banheiro espaçoso, design moderno, check-in e check-out fáceis, a equipe foi flexível e me deixou fazer o check-in mais cedo devido ao voo canceladoContras: -Quarto 428 para ser exato estava muito frio, mesmo com o calor todo o caminho. Não tenho certeza se isso é devido à falta de janelas isoladas ou o calor não está funcionando corretamente. A recepção sabia sobre isso e eu estava bem em levá-lo desde que eu precisava de um quarto o mais rápido possível. Só espero que seja resolvido logo. - O serviço de transporte não é tão frequente como pensa; é quase como se você tivesse que reservá-lo com horas de antecedência para usá-lo. As placas dizem “avise a equipe 10 minutos antes de precisar”; Fiz check-out às 6h e o próximo não foi até as 7h… felizmente não coloco um show, então acabei de pedir um uber para JFK (apenas $ 10)Ficaria novamente em um cenário de cancelamento de emergência.

Highly recommend if you have been abused by JFK airport and need somewhere to stay while the airline sorts you a new flight. Samil was so friendly, polite, and helpful, providing complimentary toiletries. Beds were comfortable, hotel a little bit noisy. Free shuttle to the airport + grab and go breakfast are highlights!

Pros:
Perfect distance to JFK, clean rooms, spacious bathroom, modern design, easy check in & out, staff was flexible and let me check in early due to cancelled flight
Cons:
-Room 428 to be exact was very cold even with the heat all the way up. I’m not sure if this is due to the lack of insulated windows or heat not working properly. Front desk knew about it and I was okay with taking it since I needed a room ASAP. I just hope it’s addressed soon.
- Shuttle service isn’t as frequent as you think; it’s almost as if you have to reserve it hours ahead of time to use it. The signs say “advise staff 10 minutes before you need it”; I checked out at 6am and the next one wasn’t until 7am… luckily I don’t put a show so I just ordered an uber to JFK (only $10)
Would stay again in an emergency-cancellation scenario.

Guess what guys, I had 2 nights at this hotel with my family. And my wife forgot his Cartier watch and ring in the room. We released that after 5 hours from our check out of the hotel. Fortunately, the staff was found it and keep in the front desk for us. Thank you, Daniel, and the staff. Super clean and super team

O quarto era uma caixa de sapatos apertada, mas cabia duas camas de casal e minha família de 3. O quarto era extremamente limpo, moderno, bom controle de temperatura e tinha boa iluminação e frigobar, chuveiro quente, plugues para dispositivos. Roupa limpa. Perfeito para uma estadia de uma noite em um vôo AM. Excelente serviço de transporte gratuito para o aeroporto. O quarto era pequeno, mas o lobby era espaçoso e moderno, com muito espaço para relaxar, ler livros e desfrutar de comida para viagem ao lado da TV. Toddler estava muito feliz brincando com a lareira falsa. Não poderia ter pedido um hotel melhor para o vôo JFK.

Room was a a tight shoebox but fit two full beds and my family of 3. The room was extremely clean , modern, good climate control, and had good lighting and mini fridge, hot shower, plugs for devices. Clean linen. Perfect for a one night stay for an AM flight. Excellent free airport shuttle. The room was small but the lobby was spacious and modern plenty of room to relax read books, enjoy takeout food by the TV. Toddler was very happy playing with the fake fireplace. Could not have asked for a better hotel for JFK flight.

If you are flying in don't expect the shuttle to be there every 20 minutes, waited just under an hour and called the hotel twice with no indication if the driver was on his way (he wasn't picking up). Rooms are modern and clean but tiny. Also the grab and go 'breakfast' is nowhere near a breakfast, just a bag of sugar. Spoke to reception and she agreed the breakfast is questionable

Danielle (ou Daniella) foi muito profissional e útil desde o meu primeiro telefonema de reserva até a hora de sair. Ela fez recomendações úteis e ótimas sugestões de itens essenciais como comida, roupas, transporte, etc., especialmente porque fiquei sem minhas malas de viagem depois de perder meu voo de conexão. No geral, toda a equipe foi útil nas 48 horas em que estive lá. Vou dizer isso, tente não ficar nos quartos perto dos elevadores em cada andar; muito barulhento! E mesmo com isso, me foi oferecida a oportunidade de trocar de quarto, mas decidi usar apenas meus protetores de ouvido de avião. Hotel é novo e os quartos são limpos e atualizados.

Danielle (or Daniella) was very professional and helpful from my first booking phone call until it was time to leave. She made useful recommendations and great suggestions for essentials like food, clothing, transportation, etc., especially because I was stranded without my travel bags after missing my connecting flight. Overall, the entire staff was helpful over the 48 hours I was there. I will say this, try not to stay in the rooms by the elevators on each floor; very noisy! And even with that, I was offered the opportunity to switch rooms, but decided to just use my airplane ear plugs instead. Hotel is new and rooms are clean and updated.
