Hotel é excelente! Limpo, bonito, moderno, pessoal nota dez. Fica perto de estações de trem e de ônibus (que funcionam muito bem!). Não restam dúvidas que voltaria e voltarei a set hóspede. Estão de parabéns!

Funcionários mal educados. Pedi que reservasse mais uma diária em razão da mudança no vôo e lançaram no meu cartão um valor referente a 2 diárias. Lançaram no cartão da minha cunhada um valor de 120 dólares, que não souberam explicar do que se tratava. Fui mal atendida no telefone. Eles não tem a mínima ideia do que é tratar um hospede bem. Quartos pequenos e apertados, banheiro pequeno. Lugar ao redor do hotel feio, barulhento. Jamais voltaria nesse hotel.

Stay ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! Rooms are Tiny, Dark, Dingy, Dirty and AC does not get cool. We reserved a standard king room on Nov. 3rd &4th. After much complaining and 4 visits by engineers and Supervisors to the room during the night for TV NOT WORKING that they could not fix, at 11pm the overnight Mgr Doug finally offered to change our room to a room that we did not request or want and specifically told us that if we took it, the first night would be at NO CHARGE and that he would make a record of it for management to see. Upon checkout, there was no record in their computer. General manager Abner Withers was non-existent and completely uncaring about his hotel property. It then took numerous calls and messages to reach Operations Manager Lucy Cox Atuana, who was then extremely rude, belligerent, and nasty and extremely un-professional on the phone, decided to hang up on me rather than try to resolve the issue. Upon returning home 2 weeks later, my credit card was not only charged for BOTH nights, but they CHARGED ME for a THIRD NIGHT that we weren't even there for!! I had to dispute everything through my Credit Card and spend even more time making calls to them to get the card changed to prevent this and any further fraudulent charges. I travel all over the country but wouldn't ever stay here again even if it was FREE!!

Very clean!! The staff is amazing!! Location is perfect! Just 500 yards is the train stairs. Take it 2 stop and you are in Mid Manhattan!! Great safe area. Long Island City is a new rebuilt location!!

If you you are looking for a convenient, safe place to stay close to Manhattan with all the amenities, look no further. This location is close to any and everything, super clean, and you need a key to access the elevator so you will feel safe. They have a full bar breakfast and, a market. Staff is super friendly and accommodating thanks to Abner. Lucy, Nancy, Dianna, Lisa Veena, cyril will go to the extreme to make sure that you are pleased. Nana spent an hour trying to get me a robe. You will not be disappointed.

Positives: close to Manhattan, easy to catch bus or train. Plenty of food options available next door/in walkable distance. Negatives: Our room was so close to road, so we could hear train sounds all night. I feel experience/stay for the price paid is not great. Had to wait ~20 mins to get a room even though reserved in advance and had no option to change room as everything was booked and we arrived late.

The windows cannot be 100% closed, so we always hear the train /subway noise every day. We tried to chat with the manager, but they said there was no additional room for change. In addition, I lose the Slim Flip Flops after the room service. I cannot believe we will lose our things after the room service. We also tried to chat with the manager, but they still said they didn't know why. It is a very, very bad experience.

Firstly, let me say I am a Marriott member and have never had an issue at a Marriott until now. My room was disgusting. The furniture was old and torn up with scratches, scrapes, stains, it was horrible. Maybe others here are accustomed to subpar lodging but I anm not. I took pics and requested a better room. The next room was worst than the first! The front desk staff were extremely apologetic, and it truly isn't their fault.The operations manager stated not all the rooms have been updated yet, and the updated rooms were sold out. Hopefully they will complete the updates in the near future but as of now, it's a no for me. I immediately canceled the reservation and left the same day.

Marriott is always one of my favorite hotels to stay at. They’re very accommodating and go way above board to make sure you’re comfortable and things are taken care of. The general manager helped us and did a fantastic job. Very comfortable and clean great location

Location is good but that it, staff at check in not welcoming, despite being a gold member, rooms dated, service requests answered very late. Good access to the metro lines and bus,super market just across the road. Laundry self service for 2.25$. Security manager was very kind and helpful.

Me quede aqui solo por una noche y mi experiencia fue terrible. Primero el hotel me informa que el parque tenia un precio de 35 dolares y que una vez entraba mi carro ya no lo podia sacar. Cuando voy al parqueo me infirman que el precio no es 35 pero 45 dolares porque mi vehiculo era una SUV, cosa que el hotel nunca me dijo. En fin como ya era muy tarde en la noche no tenia otra opción de parquear alli 45 dolares por 24 horas. Cuando fui a mi habitacion nadie me enseñó como llegar a mi habitacion ni nadie me ayudo con el equipaje. Cuando llegue a la habitacion 514 el lavamanos estaba roto, es decir, no bajaba el agua que usabas y el refrigerador estaba dañado. El personal del hotel nunca me dio una sonrisa, eran muy rudos y no ayudaban, tuve un problema con un hombre del parque que tuve que llamar a la policia, la cual acusó al hombre de harassment, la experiencia fue terrible y en definitiva no recomendaria este hotel a familiares o amigos.
