Un hotel muy moderno y cómodo. Las instalaciones de las áreas comunes son muy acogedoras. Pasamos una buena estancia ahí. El cuarto esta diseñado con buen gusto, la cama muy cómoda aunque si es un poco reducido de espacio.

AMAVAM!! A PISCINA DO TELHADO!!! Excelente vista da cidade!! O quarto era bom!! Serviço de quarto veio todos os dias como um relógio com toalhas e lençóis. A equipe do bar da cobertura foi extremamente amigável, 1 falava francês. A equipe da recepção era de olhos brilhantes e rabo de cavalo. Ótima experiência

LOVED!! THE ROOFTOP POOL!!! Great view of the city!! The room was nice!! Room service came everyday like clockwork with fresh towels & linen. The staff at the rooftop bar were extremely friendly, 1 spoke French. The staff at the front desk were bright eyed and bushytailed. Great experience

Hotel muito barulhento. Os hóspedes batem as portas dos quartos a qualquer hora. Sem elevador para levar bagagem até o lobby. Você terá que levá-los até as escadas sozinho. Café da manhã lamentável, caro e servido em pratos descartáveis! Devido ao trabalho na rua, acordávamos todas as manhãs com o som da britadeira, e não estou falando da noite em que o prédio teve que ser evacuado por causa de um falso alarme de incêndio (fique de 17 a 24 de agosto , 2022)!

UAU UAU UAU! A melhor hospitalidade que já recebi em todas as minhas viagens. Eles têm tantas surpresas guardadas na chegada que eu não quero dizer porque, SEM SPOILERS! O hotel era lindo, tão limpo. A estética foi digna de postagem. O bar estava ILUMINADO! A comida era incrível. Entre a piscina, a academia e a brinquedoteca eu realmente não precisei sair da propriedade para me divertir! A localização é privilegiada e a uma curta viagem de Uber de todas as principais atrações turísticas. Eu recomendo ficar aqui quando em DC. O gerente Eli e sua equipe foram incríveis em todos os pontos de contato, tornando minha estadia tão divina.

WOW WOW WOW! The best hospitality I have EVER received in all of my travels. They’ve so many surprises in store upon arrival that I don’t want to say cause, NO SPOILERS! The hotel was beautiful, so clean. The aesthetics were post worthy. The bar was LIT! The food was amazing. Between the pool, the gym and the playroom I didn’t really have to leave the property to have a fun time! Location is prime and a short Uber ride from all the top tourist attractions. I highly recommend staying here when in DC. The manager Eli and his staff were just amazing at every point of contact making my stay so divine.

Confortável, limpo e prestativo/funcionários simpáticos. Localizado perto das Embaixadas internacionais. Metro fica a uma curta caminhada de 3 minutos a pé. Assim é o melhor gelato de pistache que já provei (apenas mais 5 minutos na estrada). Esfrie ao redor. A única batida seria o volume da unidade AC na sala. Caso contrário, ótima estadia.

Comfortable, clean, and helpful/friendly staff. Located near the international Embassies. Metro is a short walk 3 min walk away. So is the best pistachio gelato Ive ever tasted (just another 5 min down the road). Cool all around. The only knock would be the loudness of the AC unit in the room. Otherwise, great stay.

I had a four hour drive to stay the night. Before we left, we noticed our room was a hundred dollars or so less that day so I called, asked someone at the desk about honoring that room amount. They said yes that would be fine and when I get to the hotel finally four hours later, the lady at the desk did not even tell me the amount before charging and it was $488. When I was told on the phone that the price that day and that they would honor was $327. The room was not worth that much money. No fridge. No microwave. Loud guests. Horrible area. Valet was $62. Worst experience and we travel a lot. Never again.

Loved my time at this property. The hotel is situated in an amazing location and loved how walkable the area is. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The king room with city views was spacious and perfect for my weekend stay in Washington DC, highly recommend booking a stay here!

I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Not only were the rooms small but I paid in advance for my stay. I was charged almost $1000 additional on my card with no explanation of what the fees were for. The hotel said that their merchant ended up releasing my funds however it has been a week now and there is still a hold on my funds that i cant access. The charge caused my account to have a negative balance. I had planned a vacation trip to DC and this caused a major inconvenience causing me not to have any funds to use which ruined my vacation trip. I would not recommend this hotel.

Fiquei por três noites durante o Festival da Flor de Cerejeira. A equipe foi ótima. O homem da recepção com a barba foi especialmente gentil e Jorge o barman. No restaurante/bar, tomei um belo e delicioso martini de café expresso, uma salada e o Mac and Cheese. Estava tudo delicioso! Minha única reclamação é sobre a cobertura. Eu não estava ciente de que estava aberto ou fechado, mas um revisor anterior tinha fotos dele, então tentei subir um dia, mas a porta estava trancada. Eu gostaria que a equipe tivesse mencionado os detalhes no check-in.

I stayed for three nights during the Cherry Blossom Festival. Staff was great. The man at the front desk with the beard was especially kind and Jorge the bartender. At the restaurant/bar, I had a beautiful, delicious espresso martini, a salad and the Mac and cheese. It was all delicious! My only complaint is about the rooftop. I wasn’t made aware that it was open or closed, but a previous reviewer had pictures of it so I tried to go up one day but the door was locked. I wish staff would have mentioned the details upon checkin.

My new favorite hotel in Washington DC. The staff are super friendly, kind and caring. Each one of them gave us a warm welcoming feeling. They gave us friends bracelet (ven in danish means friend).
They have valley parking, nice gym and also Amazon lockers inside the hotel).
Jennifer was our favorite stuff member as she was the one to check us in and take care of us.
Location was great. There’s a cvs and couple of coffee shops near by (check out Emissary).
They’re also dog friendly and my best friend got a nice comfy bed too for our stay.
Only one thing that bothered me is the hearing was probably one of the loudest I’ve heard.

Uno hotel de ladrones, una vez que pagamos nos dijo el conserge que nos daban el vuelto al otro dia y ni cuando fuimos a hacer el check out nos devolvieron el vuelto del pago del hotel. Nos dejaron esperando mucho tiempo y nadie nos devolvio el dinero. Una verguenza. NO VAYAN NUNCA A ESTE HOTEL

El edificio y las habitaciones muy lindas. Pero tuvimos problemas con la calefacción ya que ellos la habían desconectado. Y además el parqueadero son 45usd la noche adicional al costo de la habitación. El personal es muy amable. Y aunque el restaurante está cerrado por remodelación

Es un buen hotel. Sin embargo, no es un hotel de 5 o 4 estrellas. Yo diría 3 estrellas. Tiene un sitio para comer, pero es muy costoso. Aunque todo en DC parece ser costoso. Por lo que pueda ser posible que simplemente tiene precios "normales" para el área. Está muy bien ubicado en la zona donde están todas las embajadas. No me puedo quedar mucho.

El servicio de recepción está muy bien, el chico que nos atendió muy atento y amable.Le pongo un 5 justillo porque nosotros estuvimos de luna de miel y como detalle nos pusieron solo dos botellas de agua, además de que el aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido ya que funciona por conductos y aunque lo apagues sigue haciendo ruido por el conducto general, y encendido tampoco refrigeraba la habitación, hemos pasado calor.Tiene wifi gratuito, pero la conexión es muy lenta.

En marzo de 2015 el hotel estaba terminando una reforma. Tanto la recepción como las habitaciones te hacen sentir como en un hotel de mínimo 4 estrellas. Se echa de menos el desayuno que no está incluido. Lo mejor es su ubicación en Dupont Circle, ha 5 paradas de metro de los monumentos y en una zona ideal para tomar algo o cenar

Durante nuestra estancia el hotel estaba con obras en la recepción, pero las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables. El servicio del hotel es muy profesional y atento. El precio es algo elevado, pero está más a menos acorde a los precios de la ciudad (es una ciudad bastante cara). Situado a dos minutos andando de Dupont Circle, está muy bien comunicado con la zona turística de la ciudad.
