Gostei muito do local, do ambiente, das pessoas.... O único problema é que para pedir o serviço de quarto énecessário descer ao restaurante para ter acesso ao menu. Acho que a opção "serviço de quarto" perde o sentido dessa forma.

CLOSER TO A HORROR HOUSE THAN A FORTUNE HOUSEYou order an apartment with a garaje but the lady at reception cannot provide you access to the garaje until 4 days later (apparently only one persona can prepare that type of cards and (s)he works in the mornings), due to CoVid they have cut on cleaning (very consistent) and in a full month start I am only granted 2 clean-ups (when I asked for the first one they were not sure to be able of providing this in a whole week window- I had to write the manger again) but yesterday the whole building was left without electricity for 18hours and we weren’t given any facility, compensation or anything… they told me they assumed zero responsibility.IF YOU FANCY A STAY IN AN OVERPAID HORROR HOUSE WITH NOISES AT NIGHT… this is your best choice.

Excellent. We have stayed there pre pandemic but only writing the review now. as it was our first time we we upgraded. The apartment was outstanding so were the views. Staff very helpful, nice location. Very pleasant stay, will come back for sure when in Miami

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any resort. They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed.
This was an outstanding hotel! I got the room I liked the most where I can see the blue sky and amazing scenery. The staff who accommodated me that day was very understandable, polite, and respectful. I am very happy and grateful that I turned to this perfect hotel for my vacation. One of the best experiences I've ever had.

El hotel muy bien ubicado. Un apartamento de dos dormitorios, limpio y perfecto para lo que necesitabamos. El personal atento, educado y nos asistieron inmediatamente cuando llamamos por un bajón de flipones. Lo recomendaria en un 100%.

I saw the pool bar flyer in the elevator and checked it out with some free drink coupons received at check-in. Jazzie at the pool bar was great! I'll definitely be back! The room was cozy and simple with a great balcony. The bed was super comfortable and would definitely recommend it to friends and family in the area. Wish the pool had scheduled dj events in the day/night and maybe a happy hour 3-7 to bring more people out!
