They set us up with a second floor room, but they have no elevators and we, being elderly, would have found that difficult. So we asked if there was a ground-level room available. They set us up with one, but on entering the bathroom door was oddly in the way of the entry door. The TV was on, and the room smelled heavily of alcohol and was already occupied. We gracefully backed out and closed the door. The occupant made no sounds at all, despite our noisy entry. We informed the office and suggested they might do a welfare check on the occupant. They apologized and set us up with an upgrade to a bungalow. The rooms are dated but clean. The heating/cooling worked flawlessly. We did not get the breakfast, as we made an early rise and start on our return home because snow was threatening our progress in the southern Oregon passes. We DO hope the gentleman in the occupied room was okay. Eles nos montaram um quarto no segundo andar, mas não têm elevadores e nós, sendo idosos, teríamos achado isso difícil. Pool and hot tub were nice. One door to the pool is broken so if you can't get in just go around to the other. Hot tub smelled like a type of gas when the jets turned on. Suite rooms are very large, they do have AC and heat. LOTS of outlets. No elevator to second floor that I could see. Little weird in the open circle between rooms. Cleanliness was not great. An old coffee pod was in the coffee maker when we came in. Beautiful coy pond and nice walking pathways to get to and from different areas of the buildings. Call and reserve a spa time a day ahead or you probably won't get one. You can check out physically or do a contactless checkout just leaving your cards in the room. One of the worst experiences of my and my wife's lives. Not only was our room completely filthy but it was filled with spiders. The floors had NOT been cleaned, so much so our socks are now permanently stained grey/black. The maintenance was also lacking like crazy, toilet leaked all night, walls were clearly not repaired and maintained well, and the soap dispenser leaked. Not to mention I had to come running when my wife found a SPIDER IN THE SHOWER and almost had a heart attack.The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking but we found cigarette butts all over the back porch. The entire hotel premises was a mess, and the landscaping was in complete disarray. We even had someone who was staying there tell us that he worked on the initial hotel layout and how nice it used to be... but not anymore.The bed was alright but it seemed a little strange that it didn't come with a fitted sheet. The pillows were EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the A/C was far too loud to even sleep. We came to his hotel to get a spa day and get some relaxation but we actually left within 8 hours of our arrival in the middle of the night. We didn't sleep at all and will never come back here ever again. A complete waste of money and actually made our stress level worse than if we would have never gone at all. Os pisos NÃO foram limpos, tanto que nossas meias agora estão permanentemente manchadas de cinza / preto. A manutenção também estava faltando como um louco, o banheiro vazou a noite toda, as paredes claramente não foram reparadas e mantidas bem, e o dispensador de sabão vazou. Sem contar que tive que vir correndo quando minha esposa encontrou uma ARANHA NO BANHO e quase teve um infarto.O hotel deveria ser para não-fumantes, mas encontramos pontas de cigarro por toda a varanda dos fundos. Todas as instalações do hotel estavam uma bagunça, e o paisagismo estava em completa desordem. Nós até tivemos alguém que estava hospedado lá nos dizendo que ele trabalhou no layout inicial do hotel e como costumava ser bom ... mas não mais.A cama era boa, mas parecia um pouco estranho que não viesse com um lençol. I drove four hours after calling to make a reservation and asking if they had a pool. I was unable to book any spa services as no one ever answers the phone and the front desk is unable to help. I arrived in 108 degree weather to check in a find the pool shut down. The vending machines are also empty and the cleanliness of the room was more than questionable. My feet turned black from walking on their floors and the bed skirts and curtains were filthy. The next morning we tried to order food from the restaurant. They didn’t answer the phone for more than ten minutes and then they told us they did not have half the food listed on their website. Terrible experience. Won’t be back.

Large room, interesting architecture, reflection pool was pretty cool. Air conditioning and refrigerator were loud but effective. Bed skirt was too short but the beds were comfortable and clean. Some things needed maintenance -cushions missing from some pool chairs, hot tub was out of order. Pool was clean and the grounds were interesting, staff were friendly and put some care into making sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was good, with generous servings.
